C. H.I’ve had a wonderful experience with motofix. The moment I needed my electric car fixing after an accident they have been keeping me updated with the process. They sorted all the parts out and order everything I might possibly need. Once they had my car they gave me regular updates. I picked my car up and was welcomed with a friendly smile from Ed at reception. He talked me through everything and had a friendly chat about cars. For me it was so refreshing for a woman to walk into a car place and made to feel comfortable and welcome. Professional with good communication.

R.Wow, what a fantastic, friendly, well organised professional service, wing N front end damage to my Audi A4TFSI after it was hit by a bus outside my home, although it was arranged by Hastings for repair, the car was collected the next day and repaired within 2 weeks, and with the parts being ordered from abroad, I had a courtesy car arranged also and when the car was returned I was amazed that motofix took the time and had it valeted, the quality of work was Amazing and looked like s brand new car and customer service was Excellent.thank you so much Ed, James and Alan for your services, I hope I won’t need your services again but if I do motofix will be my first choice and most definitely I will recommend you to everyone
