Unfortunately the parts required were on back order and took 4 months to arrive (!), but Amy at Panelcraft kept me fully informed. She was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Despite the long delay which was not their fault, their service was very efficient and I would recommend them.

The quality of the repair seems excellent although supply chain issues with the replacement bumper meant that the car was with them for nearly four weeks. When it was returned to us it was clear that the radio channel had been altered and a phone used with the car. Mechanics/drivers need to learn to reset car settings when returning vehicles to owners.
