On two separate occasions after i had experienced an unexpected electrical and mechanical fault with the car. On speaking to Mo he immediately arranged to get the car back in for investigation and repair without further cost to me. P. H.These people are fabulous. My exhaust snapped off last night and I was desperate to get it replaced by 12.30 today as I need the car this afternoon. I phoned them at 5.45 yesterday, explained the situation, dropped it off at 9am, got a phone call by 10.15 to say that it was all done. Just picked up the car, and it sounds and drives fantastically well.
The staff are always polite, friendly, and quote a good and reasonable price. I’ve never felt ripped off.

D. F.It was my 1st time using this garage because I didn't even know it existed and its really close to me. I Had tyres done here through Blackcircles, and also booked the free tracking check. They checked the tracking but then did the tracking without asking me or showing me if/how far it was out. They made the mistake of doing it, but still charged me. ( they reduced the cost to £15 ) Tracking doesn't cost them anything other than 5 mins of their time, so I think to charge me after they made the mistake , is pretty unfair. Thank god I didn't book a free break check too !
The guy who did the worked seemed like a nice guy though. I still won't use them again though because of the way they handled the mistake.
