“I can sleep tonight! Absolutely over the moon with the service I received from Archers Autos today! I booked my ford transit in,as I had a couple of warning light on the dashboard come up. My son recommended you to me as he recently had a first class service from you with his Audi Q7. It was booked in for 8.30 in the morning, by 08.35 it was plugged in for diagnostics. I received two phones calls during the day keeping me up to date and informed of progress. By 4.30 my vehicle was ready to take home. I got lucky today! 4 new glow plugs(old one firmly stuck!!) Here’s one happy self employed man back at work tomorrow and earning ,thanks to Archers autos! I will sleep tonight ,thanks to your team, top technicians.

I live an hour and a half away in Leicester and was in such a bad situation today where I thought I’d be stuck having to sleep in my car overnight. I had 1% battery on my phone so couldn’t even call for help from family and was super stressed about it all. I was directed here by somebody who recommended I ask for Brian’s help. They fit me in pretty much straight away, and had me back on the road within 5 minutes. I have had a few bad experiences with garages and if I lived closer, this would now be my go to. These are such genuinly helpful people and I’m so grateful for them today! If you are looking for a garage you can trust, this is it, and I recommend them without any hesitation. My car was presented to Archer's after two other mechanics had attempted to get it running. Mr.Archer, despite never having seen one similar, worked methodically on it for three hours. He identified the fault and got me on my way. I will not embarrass him by stating the price. It was minimal.He is the man I would trust to service my car if I did not live 200 miles from him.
