An honest, trustworthy, reliable and efficient garage; we started using C J Auto Service a few years ago for repairs, servicing and MOT’s for our VW Polo and have always been very satisfied; this week the windscreen washers packed in, they checked it out and reported back that it only needed a new fuse which they sorted out and wouldn’t even charge us for it! Exceptional service thank you 👍

The diagnosis was quick and precise. The work required was explained perfectly and in laymans terms. The parts were ordered, delivered and fitted within 2days. My vehicle was given an all round health check and the findings explained comprehensively. Vehicle was tested and return running sweet as a nut. I had an MOT, DSG gearbox oil change and some diagnostics performed on my Audi A4. Communication, quality and service were all spot on. They were able to provide me with a full print out of relevant error codes (which may be related to a component replaced with a different mechanic) and gave appropriate advice.

Great guys at C J autos. I needed a service that went on my BMW idrive specifically. They carried out the service, uploaded to the idrive and carried out an extensive health check of the car. End price was even cheaper than I was initially quoted so very happy and will be returning for future services and issues. Nothing bad to say about this place.

I'm not usually a person who posts reviews online, unless I've had a properly outstanding experience with a company. This is one such instance. The team at CJ Auto Service are fantastic, they are polite, professional and the quality of their work is excellent. I am admittedly a garage's worst nightmare, having "done some of the diagnostic work myself" but they humour me, and take my comments on board, and put it into their work. Not once have I felt ripped-off or taken advantage of, as is too often the case nowadays with some indie garages. I would whole-heartedly recommend the team at CJ Auto Service to anyone.
