I am compelled to leave a review for Camco for having gone above and beyond the call of their duty. I called to ask how much to recon a Fiat 500 engine ecu, and Bruce in the tech dept asked me what the issue was that we were having and basically gave us the benefit of his knowledge and experience, and with his advice, we sorted our problem here without having to send the ecu to him! So he talked himself out of a ecu recon fee, but earned himself a million brownie points in my opinion. Highly recommended!

Had an electrical fault on my suzuki vatara day time running lights (dlrs) dealer said o you need 2 new lights and nearly £700 a pair !!!! Friend said try camco so I rang them and the did a diagnostic turned out to be a corrided wire those guys sorted it now my drls are perfect . Forget going to dealer ring camco ask for Bruce or John they did one hell of a good job on my car . They are not cheap but you get a 1st class job done and they saved me a fortune ,dealer wanted hundreds of pounds for parts I didn't bloody need. Thanks again Bruce and John.

My ECU from a Toyota MR2 (30 years old) was brought back to life within 2 days. I cannot not fault them for service, communication and price. I shall pop around in the car once all work is completed (after a local garage left my car in pieces trying to find the fault). Great job I cannot than you enough.

My car broke down with a flat battery around Feb 2021. I could not get into the car because the Key FOB key supplied with the car when I bought it, did not fit the car. The breakdown service I am with recommended Camco and the locksmith they use , so they took it to them in Warrington. I spoke to Camco to see if they could supply a new FOB and key to fit my car. A few weeks later I had a phone call to say the car is going but no locksmith yet. I went to Camco on the 1st of April saying I needed the car to go to hospital, I paid for the job they did, and was recommended by them to pay for the new FOB, which I did. A few weeks later Camco phoned to say the locksmiths coming in, I took it, the job was done, but again no new FOB yet. it's now 08-06-21 still no FOB or phone call.

Fantastic service from Bruce & John, experts in their field, but at a fraction of the main dealer costs. Great communication throughout the time they had the car, couldn't fault the level of service. I'd take my car back to them every time. Thank you!

My car engine developed a fault and kept losing power at approx 1800 rpm. No one had been able to diagnose the problem. However, Camco diagnosed the fault gave me a clear explanation and replaced the faulty part. The car engine now runs properly.

Excellent service. Friendly, professional and helpful. Took our 17 year old Volvo XC70 2 years ago after supposed Volvo specialist said we should scrap it or spend £2K+. Camco diagnosed and fixed the fault for £150. Another visit now after multiple fault messages which left our very good local garage scratching their heads. Feared the worst, but again Camco found and solved the problem, this time for £120. Some people have said they are expensive, but their accurate diagnostics have saved us a fortune and kept a much-valued car on the road. Many thanks, Richard.

I've had several vans diagnosed and repaired here. We are in the motor trade as well but specialise in bodywork. We recently took one of our customers cars here for a wiring fault that had been quoted at £2700 plus vat from the main dealer. Camco repaired this for less than £250! Great honest, knowledgeable garage.

I thought had a problem with my ECU. They tested and found it had been some dodgy connections leading to the ECU. Sorted in less than 24 hours. Great service.

I was impressed at first with their diagnostic abilities when they solved a problem with my car, but was told that they couldn't access my ABS system with their very expensive top of the range systems to sort another problem and that it may take another 1-2 hours to find it @£60ph +vat. I went to my local car electrician who solved it within 10 mins for £30 with his fairly basic tools (Faulty crash sensor Makes me feel like I was being taken for a ride. Not good.

OK, it been about 3 weeks since my mum got her 2006 vauxhall corsa fixed. Had to wait as the problem was an intermittent fault. Saved about 50% by going to Camco. final bill £650. far cheaper than going to a dealership. This garage was recommend by my original mechanic, so they must be good. I found them to be totally professional, they knew their stuff, kept me updates regarding cost and options. In the end I took their advice and went with a brand new ECU replacement and reprogrammed. My mums corsa drive like new. Totally would recommend they for any electrical or ECU faults, sure they do other services. Trust me they are far the best option. Saw other cars Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, fords and Nissan and many others. They can do them all.

Car had engine management faults & was In limp mode, this happened 2 months ago while on holiday in north wales( cost me a fortune) My local garage charged for a diagnostic & then advised CAMCO. Obviously busy, booked car in & then left it with them, kept me up to date with problems then rung & said it was repaired.Had a chat with the engineer & paid the bill...half the price ...should of just gone there in the first place..it's a few miles away from me in Liverpool but I will be using these guys for service/ repair in future..no brainier..top job

My Nissan Juke was in limp mode and had lights on the dash. Other garages were unable to diagnose. Camco diagnosed and repaired in two hours. They kept me updated throughout and are really knowledgeable. Yes they were slightly pricier than the smaller garages that COULDNT fix my car but it was worth the little extra I wish I knew about them in the first place.

Took my BMW X3 to a alleged BMW specialist who made a total mess of the car and charged me the earth for the honour. Had heard of CAMCO from the mechanic who does my other servicing / MOT jobs, WOW what a totally fantastic place. Both diagnosed the correct problem with the car and fixed it all for the absolutely stunning sum of £250.00p. If you have a a problem and don't know where to to go who you gonna call. CAMCO. says it all !!!
