l. g.I was really impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Chapelhouse Body Repair Centre right from my initial contact with Wendy to collecting my ‘good as new’ car. I took up their offer of a courtesy car - a ‘21’ reg MG - but was flabbergasted to have my own car back so quickly, the following afternoon to be exact in perfect condition and sporting a new rear bumper. I was also amazed and delighted at the extremely reasonable cost of the repairs. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Chris in the body shop department was extremely polite, helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He personally arranged the collection and drop off my vehicle to my door, with no inconvenience to myself. Such a fantastic team, thank you so much Chapel House Warrington!

A. N.5* all way by Chris & his team, we received a 1st class service all the way through. After Mum had an accident, from the recovery, to courtesy car, to being kept up to date to receiving the car back I cannot fault them at all. Considering the amount of work to be done, the standard & quality of the work is exceptional, Mums words "its like a brand new car, I really made up" that says it all. What was a very upsetting situation, the team in particular Chris gave such a professional yet personal service, even at times going above and beyond, what more could you ask for, you're definitely in the right hands here. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the body shop as you will truly be taken care of as nothing seems too much trouble..

I was kept informed by Wendy at all stages so I knew exactly what was going on. The time line was exactly as mentioned. B. L.I only had my car for a week. Brand new, until someone in a car park dinted and scraped the Driver’s door and left the scene. Gutted. Phoned Chapelhouse in St. Helens where I got the car from assuming they would be able to help. They said that have a dedicated workshop in Folly Lane, Warrington, which I didn’t know existed. I Contacted them and got through straight away. Sent some pictures on request and almost immediately got a quote. I obviously thought that it would be more upon physical inspection as Photos couldn’t reveal all of the damage. Turned out the quote was the same when I took it in. Said it would be ready at the end of the week, which it was and Wendy the friendly receptionist kept me fully informed as to the progress. Immaculate job. Worth checking them out. Especially as I never place reviews about anything, anywhere. It takes a lot to impress me!

After a relatively severe accident, Chris collected my car from my home address, dealt with my insurance, and his team repaired all the damage to a “like new” standard. After a complimentary valet, the car once again looks showroom ready. Thanks to everyone that helped.
