We have recently had issues with our BMW 1 series drivetrain after some research decided to take it into David Paul. We had a fantastic service which kept us updated with the issue, estimates cost, estimated time required to complete.
While not a cheap fix very happy with the transparent pricing and great service received. We won’t hesitate to bring the vehicle in for its annual service and any future repairs.
The car runs better now than it did before we knew about the issue.

Half the mercedes price spent two days phoning warrington mercedes 4calls a day averaging 15 minutes a time on there service line no one answered. Excellent customer service from booking in to picking the vehicle up after repair. I was most impressed by the professional and courteous attitude of all the staff involved in the transaction.My BMW X3 had several warning lights indicating immediate attention required. Contacted my local BMW dealership who could not even look at the vehicle for at least 3 weeks and were less than helpful, although I had been a loyal customer for many years. Found David Paul, on google and within a couple of days they had resolved all the issues by cleaning a front ABS sensor at a very reasonable price. I would recommend David Paul of Warrington to any one requiring first class service for their vehicle service and repairs, whether your vehicle is within warranty or not

It is hard to find a garage that is very knowledgeable about your car and that you can also trust not to take advantage of your vulnerability. This was my first visit to David Paul. The previous reviews we very helpful and accurate in relation to quality of service and price. I have a 66 plate BMW 520d m sport, and the nearest BMW dealership quoted me £625 for the major service that the car required.
I felt this certainly was dealership prices so I searched the internet and found DPW. My first telephone call to DPW secured an immediate answer, something very rare from my 2 nearby BMW dealerships. Sharon was the customer facing contact, I found her very professional, polite and knew her subject.
I didn’t have to wait 2 months for an appointment and the same major service cost me £420, that’s a saving of over £200 compared to dealership prices. That a 33% saving.
As my car is still well within it’s warranty, it was essential for me to record the service. Sharon was able to record the service on BMWs own service website and at the same time print a certificate of proof for my own records.
All in all, my experience was a first class professional service but without the flash showroom and high prices required to run such a dealership.
Would I go again, at these prices, yes, even though it’s a 120 mile journey round trip. Not to mention the free winter pack.

Was recommended to use David Paul instead of the BMW Main dealer in Warrington which I have used in the past for my daughters '54' plate mini Cooper, I wasn't disappointed. Checked out the Garage before booking as iam picky with regards to cleanliness and presentation. Clean Garage and reception. After someone hitting my car at my place of work and damaging the headlamp washer, I took my car to the main BMW dealer in Warrington for a quote, let’s just say it could have been a deposit on a new car for what they wanted. I then went to see the team here and was given a considerably cheaper quote, I instantly booked my car in for the investigation, not knowing whether parts would need to be ordered or whether a simple repair was required.
I have just collected my car and I am pleased to report that the repair has been completed and the total cost of the job was only slightly dearer (due to cost of repair required) than I was originally quoted. The car is due it’s 2nd service and MOT later this year and I know where I will be taking it from now on.

I have been a customer of David Paul of Warrington for about nine years and they have looked after the three BMW's that I have owned during that period, they provide an excellent service and have given me confidence in their work over the years.
I worked in Birchwood when I first took my car to DP which was very convenient, however I retired five years ago but wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else, which means the journey from north of Rochdale isn't the best I believe it is worth the effort.
I had my current BMW serviced there on Monday 13th May 2019 and again I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service provided at cost significantly less than my local main BMW dealer, long may it continue.

I was recommended to David Paul in 1998 for a second opinion on my poorly 535 which a racing mechanic had told me to sell ASAP as two cylinders were shot. It transpired to be a blade missing from the radiator fan (causing the engine to run unbalanced) which was replaced for something like £50.
Since then David Paul has been my go to service and repair garage for my 5 BMW’s, and recently my sons as well, same consistent quality service and attention to detail every time. There is no one else I’d trust with my car.

Solved an ongoing issue with my old 335D which was causing me great concern. Always go to Dave for his excellent advice and knowledge. However without Sharon the whole operation wouldn't survive! Just don't mention PC's and printers.. They are warm and friendly with an element of straight talking and no nonsense to get the job done. It’s very rare to find a reliable... trustworthy.... and more important, honest garage.
As a very loyal customer of an alternative garage, it came round to my usual service call to book in and price up.. however, having been told that my car (VW) needed a water pump and cambelt change after 75K, I was very scepticle. Along comes David Pauls of Warrington. I rang up, very friendly customer service, I had to wait for a call back but the call came within 25 minutes and a full price was confirmed.
It came to the service day, the car was dropped off the night before. Great communication throughout, and a very friendly service throughout. The price was as agreed, but more importantly the face to face communication / over the phone communication was spot on, it was actually very reassuring to be serviced with great customer focus in mind.
As a VW specialist, they knew my car, serviced it very well and returned it back in full working order. Genuine OEM parts were used to keep my PCP happy.
Fully recommend, I will be returning and taking my Wife’s Seat along with me.

These guys know what their doing. First time they changed Dual mass flywheel & clutch which is quite a big job but happy to say 9 months later still feels like new & no problems

Then I was starting to get the dreaded DPF / EGR associated problems on my nearly 100,000 miles 525d, took it back to David Paul’s & received informative advice & decided to go with an engine De-coke & what a difference this has made, feels like the engine is much more responsive..sounds more refined on tick over & the power change is most definitely noticeable..1000% happy..thanks guys

Used David Paul for a full service for my BMW 520, had always used Williams before while the car was still under warranty. Much better value than Williams, I guess what you pay the extra for is the car collection service and the mini valet they give your car. I’d recommend DP, would have rated 5 stars if they’d given the car a wipe before I collected it, but I was in a rush so they might have done so if I’d given them time.

We have 2 minis in the family, a Mini One and a Mini Cooper. We have taken the Mini Cooper to David Paul twice now, who have quickly identified and rectified the problem. The last and most recent time, correcting a fault that was caused by another garage during a routine service. The Mini One is now booked in for a full Stage 2 Inspection and some other work, which I have great confidence will be carried out to the highest standard. I will now not take either of the cars anywhere else for maintenance, repairs, MOT or investigation work.
