Couldn't be happier with their overall service to me. Got directed to Solus through a third-party insurance claim and they were great in contacting me, and collecting my car for repairs and dropped it back off. Only took around a week for it to get fixed and it looks great.👍 Cheers guys

My car was rear ended. Solus was instructed by my insurance to deal with the repairs. Contacted me quickly after I info the insurance, and collected my car within a couple of days. Kept me informed as to the damage and repairs. Car all done and dusted and returned to me just over a week later. Marvellous! Thank you.

I had some light scratches on the rear bumper of my car after someone hit & scraped my parked car. My car went to Solus Warrington for repairs but after receiving my car back there is a slight defect in the paintwork where the scratches were previously. The defect in the paintwork is more noticeable than the scratches were & nobody has reached out to ask whether I was happy with the repair or not. I would like to note that although the repairs were not to the highest standard, the level of customer service and the speed at which the repairs were carried out was exceptional.

My car went to them through my insurance company after a recent accident. All i can say is that they were brilliant, 5 star. They picked up my car from my house, repaired it and then dropped it back. Absolutely no hassle at all and did a great job.

My car was hit by another car which was upsetting but then Solus Accident Repair Centre, Warrington got involved. They couldn't do enough for me, they picked up the car and started work on the passenger side of the car. They kept me informed and even completed the job days earlier than I expected. They contacted me via email and mobile phone to check when I was available and then delivered the car back to me again. The car looks amazing and you would never guess it had had any damage there at all. Thanks Solus I hope I won't need you again but if I'm ever involved in an accident I hope you are the ones to fix it.

Contacting the repair company before to change collection of the courtesy car wasn't great - I waited almost 15 minutes to speak to someone on their telephone system. However, I can't fault the contact or time it took for the repair (4 days) or service once they got the car. Door replace, with work to sill, front wheel arch panel. Courtesy car was decent too - 5 door corsa with isofix for our kids car seats. Would recommend.

Excellent repair done by Solus Warrington, you would never guess the car had been damaged. Everything went smoothly and on time, very good communication. The only odd thing was when the driver came to collect my car he insisted on unplugging my dash cam, said it was for data protection. I would have thought leaving it plugged in would have protected him better if anything would have happened.

The lady who I spoke to on the phone was friendly, professional and sensitive to the fact that I'd just lost my car. The fix on my vehicle was carried out quickly and professionally, but when the vehicle was returned there was a sticky residue all over one side of the car which has proven difficult to get off without possibly damaging the paintwork. They also trapped an anti-freeze bottle in the seats when moving them and it seems some has spilled as the whole car smells of it.

When your car go to body shop you always wondering to your self what job going to be like and will the paint match. I was like that when my car went in. Because in the past I had a bad experience at a body shop I will not name. Great service. Repaired the bumper on my car to a good standard. Provided a brand new courtesy car whilst in for repair and collected and returned my car from my workplace, super convenient. Also the car was ready two days earlier than estimated. To top it off they cleaned my car inside and out. Superb company to deal with.

After an accident, Solus Warrington was assigned as the repair service by the insurance company Aviva. Being a new car, and also a first experience with an accident I was a bit nervous about the whole process, however I was kept informed at all stages and it proved to be a really swift and pleasant experience. Many thanks for such a smooth process and keep up the good work! :) To detail a bit: I've been contacted on the same day to schedule the repair work. Before the day arrived an engineer called to discuss the damage and inform me that parts were ordered in advance so that the work will be finished as quick as possible. On the agreed day 2 cheerful and polite guys arrived to pick up the car. The mileage has been recorded and the car signed for checking out. After 3 days I've been notified that the work's finished and the car is ready to be brought back. Again the mileage has been recorded and had signed for delivery of the car. As a plus, the car has been washed and delivered in good condition.

Only recommendation is for remote payment to send the link in a timely manner not so you are pressured into doing it on the doorstep. My link was sent at 1.45 when the drop off time was 1-4pm and the car arrived not long after.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy and efficient. Everyone I dealt with at Solus was polite, professional and helpful and although I dealt with different people they were all promptly up to speed with my case. Overall pleased with the service I received for my repair. After some negotiating over the day the repair was to take place, it was done speedily rather than delayed an additional 3 weeks as originally put to me. They also accommodated with a hire car as I could not have a 2 door courtesy car for practicality readons and a 4 door was supplied. Lovely car, allbeit dirty inside with no screen wash! Thankfully my own car was back within 24hrs so could not fault the efficiency of the garage that solus placed my car with and the quality of the repair. Would recommend again.

Quick and efficient service Collection was arranged swiftly and the guy turned up at the time specified to pick the car up.
