I would highly recommend DFIS Watford, Dave went out of his way to ensure our van was back on the road as quickly as possible, even though he was extremely busy. He kept us informed throughout with his findings & sent photos of what he was doing, he was very thorough with his investigation, finding the faults & carrying out good quality repairs without an extortionate bill at the end. Dave carried out an initial investigation of the engine of our Renault Clio following delivery after a breakdown on the road. Found problems with the diesel injectors and metal particles in the fuel due to wear in the fuel pump all of which prohibited us continuing the repair financially and selling the car to him for a small sum.

My VW T4 had been with two other garages who gave me lots of excuses and said that’s the best they could do. I wasn’t happy with the results and was thinking about a replacement engine. However I heard about Dave from a friend who had work done to his truck and was extremely pleased. I took my VW to the workshop and Dave took a different approach to the problem and actually fixed it. Extremely happy with the work done and results. Kept informed about what was needed and costs. Would recommend and will be coming straight back to DFIS if I have any other problems in the future on my VW or Jeep.

Had problems with my diesel fuel injectors and was told they needed replacing. Dave managed to extract them and repair them, as well as replacing my fuel and air filters which was needed. He dropped me off and picked me up. Fully cleaned up engine and did a great job. Heartily recommend Dave who is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for his trade and is a nice guy. If you have a diesel engine i recommend Diesel Dave!

Diesel Dave is just brilliant, I was going to buy a fuel line of the shelf but went to Dave instead. He fabricated a new pipe at cheaper cost and better quality. This then fixed all my problems of getting the 2nd cylinder going and saved me replacing a fuel pump, and stripping down to find the problem. Thank you so much Dave and will be back soon with a tin of biscuits.

I was recommended to come here by a RAC patrol man with my VW Transporter T4 which had low power and had broken it's throttle cable. Dave diahnosed the fault and the van now runs fantastically well the best it has ever been in fact. If you have a diesel engine with issues I would recommend DFIS.

Dave has been so helpful to us on many occasions for over 20 years. Running a Skip Hire business there are times when we have had to go to diesel fuel injections for help with repairs. Dave has always been there to help us get back on the road quickly. RK Skip Hire would highly recommend this company from person experience. After reading some of the other reviews, I would totally disagree with one that says this company is phoney. It is 100% legitimate and I would stand by my review. After being in business for over 30 years, I would never give a false review. Diesel fuel injections are 100% legitimate

Dave at Watford Diesel Fuel injection is a mechanical wizard!! I've had my A5 TDI into every other mechanic including the "technical team" at audi Watford (more like sales vultures) quoting every other fault apart from the one I took it in for. But after a refferal from the helpful and knowledgeable Jason at Brookdene Service Centre (Watford) Dave diagnosed my problem that everyone else seemed to be stumped with. All in all the cost of repair was the equivalent of what Audi Watford quoted for a full set of brand new tyres. Highly recommend these guys. Picked her up today and WOW!! Nice one Dave & the lads. APPRECIATED 10 outta 10

My car kept losing power and cutting out frequently. The RAC couldn't determine the problem. My local garage, also couldn't discover what the problem was, however, the mechanic recommended that I take it to Diesel Fuel Injection, and after exhaustively road testing and examining my engine they isolated the problem and rectified it. I'm extremely happy with the service I received there.
