D.Kartec came out for the RAC really friendly and polite great service very helpful. They took me over 90 miles home very late at night great service.
N. S.Was picked up off the M25 after breaking down. Arrived within an hour and the driver was absolutely fantastic. Let me know where I could find some food and made me feel a lot better about the generally horrible situation. AA managed to fix the van but the driver made it clear they would happily take me and the van 2 hours up the road. Great service!

N. V.I will start with saying a lot of these negative reviews could not be further from my experience.
Couldn't get my car started, after failing to jump it I called my insurance who use these guys as contractors for breakdown. From placing the call to getting someone out was less than an hour (this is inside the M25 near busy junctions and roads) from their Watford branch. Communication was great all along and I received a courtesy call when they were 10 mins away.
The call out technician was a very friendly and knowledgeable man called Thomas. After trying numerous things the car was unfortunately not to be saved there and then. He arranged to tow me to a place of my choice and once there loaded all my baggage into his car and took me home.
All in all a great service.
Thank you Kartec and Thomas, very happy top use again.
