Quick, efficient & friendly service. I have had my tyres replaced with them twice before and this time I had to go in because of a possible slow puncture, which they confirmed. Went to Kwik Fit Bushey for a tyre replacement because of a damage on my tyre at the passenger front side. I was advised to use Kwik Fit by my insurance company because they tend to have stocks of many tyres, in my case this was no different, they had the right one at their garage I needed and it's not a typical one you can find anywhere. Booked in an appointment couple of days before. On the day me and them as well phoned my insurance company to sort out the authorization, after it was approved they replaced and balanced the tyre within 20 minutes only. Many servicing company whom do tyre fitting and balancing tend to damage the alloy wheel with the machine but Kwik Fit did a brilliant job and they didn't do any damage. After couple of days of driving no issues with the new tyre, fitting and balancing were perfect, tyre pressure monitoring sensor is working properly, no weird noises and unbalancing, shakes at high speed. I would recommend them for tyre replacement.

Good value for MOT and aircon regas. This was completed competently and on time. The agent called me as promised when complete. The only sour note was that, when challenged, the agent made it clear that there was some risk associated with the aircon work and led me to understand that it would be done at my risk. In the event the air conditioning was substantially improved so I’m quite satisfied.

Have been using the Bushey Arches branch for about 20 years, Always very happy with service. Coming into a garage can sometimes be a bit intimidating. Not here - staff always polite and respectful. Explain everything in 'plain' english. Recent safety changes due to Covid are to a good standard. I work security at a nearby Shopping Centre so appreciate it's not easy at the moment. Staff have done a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

5 Stars to Ylberi Zogaj (Ben) Kwik-Fit Bushy. I had an issue with my car after servicing it. I had contact customer services for 3 weeks with (what I consider) RUBBISH response. Taking it back to Ben he pretty much on the spot identified the problem and booked me back in. The only person I would consider to be efficient, timely and professional when compared to others I had spoken to or tried to speak to in Kwik-Fit. I am shock at the slow pace and basic disregard from the customer services team. I know we are in a pandemic but common curtesy shouldn't be forgotten.

Came in on two different occasions. First time was due to having a puncture and the second occasion was to buy new tyres. Both times I was served by one of your workers called Harry. He was amazing and done his job very well and very fast. When he was selling myself the tyres he made sure I was aware on what tyres I would need and the deals that I could get. Great service, they went out of there way to fit an air filter for me within 2 minutes of making a phone call. I am regular with Kwik fit when it comes to servicing and MOT. But they had no clue that I was a regular customer and still offered to do the job. As a gesture I felt inclined to pay something, but the man was as straight as an arrow and refused any money, just requested that they support a cancer charity and donations were welcome!!!! 10 stars!!!!

It felt soulless. So many of the shops have closed down. The new owners need to fill the units with pop up shops - young designers, community services and just accept that nobody wants to call it Intu or Atria or any other name... but The Harlequin. Even people who dont live in Watford call it the Harlequin. If they dont start filling the units soon it will just become a white elephant and people will either continue to shop online or go elsewhere for their pampering experience.

I basically got ripped off!! I booked my van in for a Service and MOT on 23/04/2018. The appointment was at 10:30am. By 11:30am I was told they could not complete the safety checks for the breaks because I had a full load in the back. I was not advised that my van had to be emptied and I've never had to empty my van before. I was told I need to collect the van, make another appointment and bring it back empty. After a few exchanges they allowed me to collect my van, empty it and bring it back straight away. At about 4pm I received a call to say my van failed the MOT and was told what it failed on, the wheel alignment and new break pads were highlighted. I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the work, I told them to go ahead as I needed my van back ASAP so I could get back to work. At 5:30pm I collected the van, and was given all the paperwork after I paid. As I was about to drive off I had a look at the failed MOT certificate and the wheel alignment and breaks were not the cause for the failure. I went back in to question it and was told I could drive a few hundred miles at least on the old break pads and that it was part of the service and not the MOT. Basically I was made to believe my van would not pass the MOT unless I had the wheel alignment and break pads done. I was very unhappy with this and contacted the branch manager on Tuesday morning. I explained the situation and he told me he would investigate and get back to me. It's now the Friday after, and I'm still waiting on a response. I will not be going to Kwik Fit again. The whole experience has been a nightmare! Updated 28/04/2018 I received a call from the area manager who informed me that he listened to the telephone conversation, and the member of staff at that centre did say the breaks and wheel alignment were part of the MOT when in fact it was part of the service. I received a full refund for the wheel alignment and half the money back for the breaks and they will still have the lifetime guarantee. I am very happy with the outcome, a mistake was made and Kwik Fit sorted it out and provided a solution. I increased the rating from one star to three purely because of the after sales service.

I needed a new battery for my car. I phoned Kwik-Fit and was advised I could arrange everything on line. I found a battery, paid for disposal of the old one and fitting the new one. I then organised an appointment at my local kwik-Fit. I was offered one for later the same day. Brilliant service, great welcome. I sat and had a cup of tea while the battery was fitted. Very friendly with customer interests at heart. However, I arrived at 10:30 asking for a break inspection and Air Con re-booster. What I thought would be a 2 hr visit at worst, ended up being a 4 hr visit. They were just so busy, and were turning drop-in customers away or advising them it would take by the end of the day to fix their tyres etc. They were however advising customers to order their tyres online as it was cheaper than ordering directly at the shop, which I was impressed with. Fortunately the shop was at the bottom of Watford so I could kill some time in the shopping centre and sitting in a Weatherspoons drinking bottomless cups of coffee (for £1.30). My advise, bring a book/kindle.

25 Jun 2019 Coffee machine was out of tea and coffee Had to ask for the printout for the wheel alignment Had appointment for 09:00, work on car not started until 09:30 20 Nov 2019 Coffee machine was again out of coffee. Did not replace my side lights. I thought i would give Kwik fit another try as having previous problems but i will not be returning to any kwik fit.
