First class service from Phil and his team. I came in without a booking and they got my car straight on the ramp to see what needed fixing. I expected to be told I'd need to book it in and come back at a later date, but they offered to order the parts in get it fixed there and then. Popped in at approximately 4:30pm and was greeted by Phil who was exceptionally helpful with a very positive attitude. Despite members of the team not giving him a hand, he was still determined to have my tyres changed, whilst also squeezing me in for tracking of my car regardless of time. By the time the job was done it was past closing time and Phil did not mind at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions I had to the best of his ability. Our car's exhaust decided to give up the ghost on the M25 late on Saturday afternoon. Phil said to pop in on Sunday morning which I did. He had the car straight up on the ramp, explained which section was definitely needed and which section might be needed, ordered both just in case, and said he would call when it was done. Less than 3 hours later he had replaced the broken section and managed to salvage the middle section. Fantastic service and greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I went to this Kwik Fit on a Wednesday afternoon. I had new front brake discs and pads fitted approximately 6 months ago, for about £250. This week the steering wheel started shaking when braking on motorway at speeds above 50 mph. The staff put the car on the roller and diagnosed that the discs had warpped (deformed). They changed the discs and pads free of charge, as the original components had 1 year/ 12, 000 miles warranty. So I am happy that I didn't need pay for a new set of components again, but worried that these might only last me 6 months too- the warranty is valid for only the remaining 6 months /miles of 12, 000 miles. I spent about 1hour 15mins at the centre. I also got the front wheels balanced and got the alignment done as well, as I do a lot of motorway mileage. The branch manager was polite and helpful, other staff members were OK.

They were very pleasant and efficient. I noticed a few of my bulbs had gone and I really didn't want to faff around changing them myself, so they quickly changed them for me. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. It was also cheaper then I thought it would be, I needed 4 bulbs changing and it was around £30-£35 for bulbs and labour. Definitely would recommend for a quick easy fix like light bulbs!

Booked on line for express tyre fitting for two tyres at 12 noon. Arrived slightly early all true bays full. An AA man was also waiting to retrieve his emergency spar wheel from a client so he could get back on the road. Didn’t mind them going in front of me to get everything sorted so my fitting was about 25mins late. No problems though, manager put two fitters on my job and I was on my way home job completed at 1250. Good service considering they are obviously short of staff.

Honest and friendly service. Visited in the belief I needed a new car battery as car hadn't started in the snow. They checked the health of my battery and said it was in good condition and didn't need replacing. I always worry when going to garages that I could be ripped off as I have no idea about anything car related so was overjoyed that they were honest and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed. Very good experience, I had a issue with Mercedes Tracking - they re-tracked the car but was still an issue. Very friendly service and after swapping front and back tyres issue was repaired, very friendly and happy to do business with. Highly Recommend!

I used this Kwikfit for an MOT. I expect that this is a standard procedure, hence the 4 stars. However one star is dropped due to the bad attitude of a member of staff. This person, for some bizarre reason, decided to refer to my car as a different make and model and then seemed surprised when I didn't realise that he was calling out for me. He then tried to argue with me that he had got it right. He then complained that carrying out my car's mot made his clothes smell! Weird. Then he offered up the unasked for opinion that he wouldn't ever drive my car and it should be scrapped. Wow! Thanks for that. I like to live by the rule "if you've got nothing nice to say, say nothing". Trust me, this review could have been a lot worse!

I'd give more stars if they were available! we were working @ Stoke Place Hotel, when i had arrived i realised i had a puncture from road debris after an accident on the motorway. I had to call around several dealers (non of which were helpful) or would recommend where to obtain this tyre, which had to had certain specs. My recovery company were pretty unhelpful & just wanted me to send the car to a dealer & get another vehicle. God know when i would have got mine back...... I started calling @ 8.30am., and eventually a nearby Kwikfit found a tyre @ Watford about 20 miles away, i immediately called the recovery team they said they would take my car to Watford. the recovery chap was helpful too and a fellow Geordie! when we arrived at Watford the chap i'd spoken to called Mace, was more than helpful, ensuring I got photographs for the insurance company., he was so very polite and very informative and very good company whilst replacing the tyre, he got covered in the vile liquid to try to seal the tyre, which another recovery chap attempted to do the night before. he checked all my tyre pressures and reset the computer for me. All of this amazing service & never stopped smiling. I can only thank Kwikfit & Mace, so very much for coming up trumps where Porsche Recovery let me down badly.......

I was using before Bushey Arches Kwik Fit. After last year's MOT there I swore I will never use Kwik Fit again as I drove of out of there with a new scratch out on the door and on the boot lid (done by Romanian tester who offered to replace my light bulb - he used biggest screwdriver I've ever seen to pop-out my reg plate light and it slipped) This year I thought, that for last time i give it a chance - but went to Bushey Mill Lane. Best service EVER i had in any of the Kwik Fit branches. Person that done my MOT is L. Ledwith - a proper professional and genuinely nice guy. I need to do MOT on my girlfriends car in 2 months time, will definitely book it at Bushey Mill Lane. Keep up the good work.

Overall good but some of the staff seem a little bit immature and need better management onsite. Maybe it was just an off day. The guy helping me was very helpful though even pumping my tires up and giving some advice about a slow air leak.
