I have been using Hus for about 8 years now. I've never found a more trustworthy and honest mechanic in all my years of driving. And as a woman I feel he is totally transparent and always goes the extra mile. I moved 50 miles away 3 years ago but happily travel for his honest and professional service. Today he changed my discs and pads as well as other issues I'd had. Thank you for all you've done over the years and in the years to come. I can't recommend him enough.

Late at night someone decided to rip both my side view mirrors out of their sockets, effectively making my car illegal to drive. So the morning after, I was in a right panic, frantically phoning up different repair shops, as I needed the car for work that day, as I use it 6 days a week for work. Every repair shop or Ford service garage I phoned up said they didn’t think they could get the parts in quick enough to fix my car on that day. Then finally, I called up Watford Brake & Clutch (I’d never used them before) and Bruce picked up the phone. He was extremely empathetic, friendly and professional, and said I could swing the car right round to him straight away. When he inspected it, he said he’d have it done for me before I go to work. He was obviously very knowledgeable with cars and I could not recommend him more, as he completed the job all within about 3/4 hours. He was an absolute LIFESAVER, as I was able to drive to work that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRUCE!!!

I was recommended this place by my usual mechanic who was too busy to do a clutch replacement. Bruce was helpful and friendly on the phone and was able to fit me in the next day and replace the clutch within a day. Would highly recommend. My clutch just went on my Alfa Romeo MiTo 1.4 petrol after they were closed. I called around and was recommended Bruce. I contacted him told him the issue he told me to leave it outside his workshop and he'd have a look in the morning. He fitted original equipment parts that same morning and saved me so much time, stress and money. Very friendly and would not hesitate to send friends or family his way. Thanks again Bruce.
