I had a slow puncture that was worrying me so I took my car in to CTS. Although they were busy they still manged to fit me in and check everything over, they didn't have my tyre in stock so they orderd it which came in the same day so I was able to drive my car away that afternoon. The staff were helpful and friendly and didn't mind having a chat while they were carrying out work. I would recommend and will be using there services again in the future 😊

It is refreshing when a business is honest and tells you work is not required than carry out work unnecessary. Context is Ford Worcester recommended disc and pads to be changed. I took it to CTS who were honest and said it was not required for probably another year. I will trust them with any future work on my Ford Ranger

So been using CTS for the last 5 or 6 years for MOTs or general vehicle repairs and have to say, they are truly outstanding! Some garages will add bits to the MOT in order to recoup costs back however i can honestly say i have never had that with CTS, really great prices and the service they provide is second to none! Could recommend highly enough. If Carlsburg did garages..........

Quick, friendly, honest. Service on car seems good. Honest discussion of a couple of not major problems - weren't trying to fleece me. Lady on desk seems to keep it organised. Mechanics seem sensible and friendly. Very quick - I rang on Monday afternoon, booked in for next day, replaced 2 minor parts + mot + service, done by 4.30 on the Tuesday, home with car by 5:30pm. Highly recommend

Had a full service and MOT today with CTS. Jane was excellent at reception. No hidden extras and all necessary checks and work done to an excellent standard. When I collected the car, I was handed a winter pack that wasn’t necessary but it was a really nice gesture. I will be using CTS again and I will refer any of my family / friends to them. I have been in the car trade for 18 years with main dealers and have seen some awful bills that really weren’t really necessary. With CTS, you can honestly trust them!! Thanks you CTS. Stewart

This wonderful friendly garage saw me immediately when I had a drama with the pressure of my tyres. They couldn't have been more helpful and refused to take payment after they had sorted it out. My daughter uses this garage for her car services and they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this garage. I had an intermittent fault which made it seem like i was imaging it. But when they couldn't find a problem, they listened to what i had been experiencing, and didn't dismiss it. Instead I went with Craig and we took it for a test drive and the fault showed itself. They were honest about repairs and didn't charge me. Based on this experience i booked my sons car in for a full service. A great price, done quickly and advised us of some advisories that will need sorting soon. They spent some time checking out a problem for me, again at no cost to myself. We have four cars in our family, i will definitely be taking them all there.

Can't fault this garage; Always get MOTs done here which are great value, and when repair work is needed the mechanics will explain what needs doing and don't try to add on extra work as some places do. On two occasions they've fitted my car in at very short notice to get it going again - definitely recommend.

To cut a long story short, took my fiesta in and it spent two days with them. They were unable to find the cause of my problem because it magically disappeared, like all small problems like these do. As they were unable to find the cause, they didn't charge me! Two days they had it, not a penny asked for! These guys are amazing, they aren't out to make a quick buck and are genuine good people!

On the same day we had an issue with the battery on our second car and the team managed to replace the battery for a great price, then help us continually when the car locked with the keys inside. A great friendly team, and as a woman I felt comfortable walking into the garage which isn't often the case!

Ordered 4 Maxxis AP3 all season tyres with CTS. Arrived for the fitting and all was going well until two of the wheels locking wheel bolts would not loosen, they were solid!! I only bought the used car in March and this was the first time the wheels had been off since I had owned it. Now when I say the bolts would not move, they were solid. However the CTS guys experience showed as with a long bar and shear strength they got them to loosen - Phew!! No damage to the wheels either. They continued to pop the new tyres on with no further problems, and I was on my way. The car no longer on run flats feels great, a lot more reassuring with plenty of grip on these messy winter roads. I would highly recommend the Maxxis AP3 tyres along with CTS Worcester too.

The staff are always friendly and efficient and there's usually no problem with getting my car booked in even at short notice. The mechanic is very knowledgable and they are very competitive on price. They do an excellent job and I never feel 'ripped off'. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage.

Extremely good and efficient service. My car broke down in Worcester and RAC recommended and towed my car to CTS in the evening and left it for them. They called me at 9am and said they could do the work that day, and quoted an entirely reasonable price. By midday the car was fixed and they were all very polite when I went to pick it up. I think its always best to go to independent local businesses - its their livelihood and their work will be better, in my experience. Cant fault them at all. 10/10. Thank you.

Excellent garage with great prices I would definitely recommend CTS, everyone who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought my cars here for MOT and services the last few years and recently took my Honda in, very pleased with the work that's been done. I was also given a lift home as I was stuck there Friday afternoon and my car has came back cleaner than it went in...what more can you ask for!

Took my Ford Fiesta here for its MOT a couple of times as well as several repairs. Always seemed like good, honest and quick service. They even helped me open my fuel flap when the lock had seized up free of charge since I had recently been to them for repairs.

CTS was recommended to me by a friend a year or so ago when my MOT was due. Since then I haven't thought about going to another auto centre because their service, manner and honesty was amazing. You get the sense they really want to help you and prices are at good rates. A year ago I was in a panick after being quoted over a grand in repairs when taking my car to another popular branch motor shop. At CTS the price was nowhere near that price! Fantastic ! Another time my car started to make a strange rattling sound and thinking the worse I took my car to CTS. Again I applaud their honestly because something had come loose and it apparently took less than 5 minutes to fix so they decided out of kindness not to charge me...This may have been a different story if I had taken it somewhere else. Also to note , CTS are prompt in booking you in for your car service and MOT. I called up yesterday and they booked me in for the next day. Great :) CTS are polite and make you feel welcome when you arrive. Lovely team. Can't fault them!

After a breakdown on the M5 - two fed up children and a 5 hour wait for the RAC this garage were fantastic. The lovely RAC man made contact with CTS and CTS agreed to fix the car over the weekend and even sorted a hire car for me so that I could get back on the road. That was above and beyond! Great service at CTS Auto Centre. They do MOT Testing, Servicing & Repairs, Tyres, Batteries, Exhausts and more.I have used them for 2 years now, having my car go for its' MOT twice now. Quick while you wait service or you can go off and return later. You do not feel like you are being ripped off here - which as far as car repairs go these days, is a rarity. VERY Low cost MOT price is a bonus. Highly Recommended!!

What a brilliant service from these guys. Very happy to help especially in an emergency situation. Thank you to Jam and Jamie especially who came to the rescue with replacing a tyre on my new car that I have had for only a month. They came out of their way to come and look at my tyre and then go back to base and get me a tyre and fit it as the insurance people who I have tyre cover with said it wasn’t an emergency and could do it tomorrow yet I was stuck at work not able to drive my car. Originally ordered tyres on ebay, since i needed them straight away, called up in the morning to ask if they have them, been informed that they get a delivery around 12 ao went all the way from London since i had to go to Liverpool it was kinda my way. Arrived this morning with a punctured tyre but after inspecting the vehicle the technician realised there was something wrong with the springs of the front left tyre too. Althought they were short staffed because of the festive season they somehow managed to fit me in today as I explained I desparately needed my car to be driveable tomorrow. Thanks to the very helpful staff, from the receptionist to the guys in the workshop, who went the extra mile I got my car back later the same day. Brilliant service at a great price. Thanks!

Had a blowout on the motorway, found this garage on Google and couldnt believe they had my tyre size in stock as I normally have to wait a few days for delivery with it being a 285/30/20 they sorted it out right away and I was back on the road. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely what you want from a garage! Our motorhome rear brakes failed on the M5; RAC came and lead us to the nearest RAC approved garage for repairs. As we could not safely go anywhere, my wife and two dogs and I stayed in the motorhome overnight in their secure garage yard while CTS sourced the necessary parts. They even gave us a power cable to plug into, so our fridge, lights and TV worked while we camped overnight! The best part of it was then that we were first in line in the morning, the parts having arrived last thing the day before. And when the bill came, we got a very pleasant surprise to find it was much lower than their original estimate! Thanks everybody at CTS!

I recently had my car fail the MOT due to a cracked rear coil spring. The part was ordered, car booked back in and repaired the next day. Paid for parts and labour, but the MOT Retest was free! Fantastic!

I'm always cautious about getting ripped off by garages. Had an MOT today and was overcharged by £15. When questioned it was quickly rectified by the receptionist, however I'm not sure i'd trust going there again.
