My Renault Master Campervan had its MOT today and passed ok, the staff were extremely polite and helpful with rectifying a headlight problem caused by water finding its way into the lamp. I was welcomed with a very nice mug of coffee into the warm and comfortable reception area. I will certainly go there again in the future and would highly recommend DNA to other people. many thanks.

The amount of recommendations I had to this centre was by a LOT of people. I initially went with an inconspicuous set of issues (which my last place couldn't diagnose from looking) and they diagnosed my vehicle before seeing it. They also take photos to show you what they fixed so you know it's legit. Great priced and fast turnaround. Very friendly and always do a fab job. Highly recommend.

Booked in my car for a full service and MOT recently and can't speak enough of the service I received. I was kept informed every step of the way, and I liked the way that Dave took the time to inform me of every issue and offering multiple options to allow me to make an informed decision. Owning a fairly sporty car, Dave was still mindful of budget and at no point did he try and give me 'the hard sell'. At the end it wasn't a cheap bill but everything was completed to a high standard and I was given a detailed and itemised bill before I paid. I will be a longterm customer for hopefully years to come! Thanks again Dave and team.

I had a complete engine failure on my transporter shuttle and needed help - DNA stripped the engine and diagnosed the root cause - They helped me through the painful journey of what next, finally deciding on a new engine. I’ve had many MOT’s from DNA and all of them have been done to a high standard. They don’t condemn anything unless absolutely necessary and will always ensure your vehicle is safe for the road. Great team and great quality work. No job is too big or too small. I travel over 30 minutes to get to them as I know they’re worth it!

Can’t praise DNA enough, I starting having a problem with my car and it just didn’t sound right. I spoke to Dave and popped into the garage with my car they got my car straight onto the ramp and immediately found the problem was my exhaust. They give me options on how my car could be fixed. Thanks for sorting the Xtrail out. I thought while it was fresh in my mind my initial thoughts about the cars performance following servicing and hydrocarbon clean. The steering is a lot tighter, no slackness now and the handling, braking and general feel to the steering and suspension is a lot better. I was surprised how well the engine performs now. It is quieter at idling and at all engine revs. It is more responsive and really picks up quicker now. I can actually use 6th gear properly. I used to mainly only use it on motorways but the engine pulls much better so it feels worth putting into 6th now. It feels a lot nicer car to drive all round.

Awesome guys and amazing service, I had lowering springs and new shocks fitted with full alignment. They are honest and are happy to give you as much info and advice as they can. Will 100% be using these guys again!!

It's sometimes hard to find a trustworthy garage but I would definitely recommend DNA to others looking for a reliable garage.
