A. H.Previously a long standing user of Chandlers BMW, I was referred to Cedar as an independent BMW specialist garage (as well as Audi and Mercedes). I needed a major service on my BMW and wanted an alternative to a main dealer’s prices, but with still specialist knowledge and the online service history.
Customer service was fantastic from the moment I contacted them. Discussed what I needed (major service), sent me the quote and booked me in quickly. Very friendly, transparent over costing and did the work as required. Extra parts were needed - sent me immediate pictures, and called and explained the situation. All done in a morning.
Very happy and they will be my go-to garage for my Beamer from now on. And did I mention they are cheaper than the BMW main dealers?
R.I have been a customer with Cedar Garage for a number of years and this is the first time my car has been properly broken therefore I was anxious and expecting the worst! Straight away, they put me at ease by explaining the steps for diagnosing the issues. They kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain all the issues found and how to fix them, in a non mechanical way, so I could understand! They laid out the cost and shop around for parts to get the best price so nothing was a shock when it came to the final bill! I trust this garage 100%, with customers service and highly skilled mechanics, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The engine diagnostics on the last occasion was random and took two visits to resolve with a larger bill than I would have liked but all the way through they were informative with regular updates and communication. I was nervous about going to a new garage and had always had it serviced in Basingstoke where I purchased my car.
With this being about a 120 mile round trip I decided to try Cedar Garage as they were very close to my house.

J. P.My first time at Cedar garage. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and they did great work on my car and the communication was also top notch.
It was a little pricey but when you get that service it's worth it.
The digital report and ability to select works to be carried out via a web page was awesome, more garages should be like this.
They also investigated a small oil leak on my car. After a clean up and test drive they could not find the source but invited me to come back in a few hundred miles to investigate further free of charge.
I'll be back for sure.
