After skipping a service in 2022 because I was barely using the vehicle for obvious reasons, I was then quoted over £580 to get my car serviced with Audi, this seemed steep so I thought I'd give my local Halfords a chance. Halfords 'full service' included more than Audi's did and cost less than HALF THE PRICE!!! Service was great, car was kept immaculate internally (very important when it's a cream interior) and overall was very impressed with staff and how the treated me. Only minor downside was it took nearly twice as long as they initially hoped it would to complete the work, but that's a minor issue when there's plenty of coffee shops nearby! Would recommend.

First time I have used Halfords for an MOT. Service was fantastic, no pressure sales for a advisory I needed. I decided to book in to have my brakes pads and discs supplied and fitted as per advisory. Again the team were friendly, efficient and Completed the job in a good timely manner. My windscreen washer wasn't working and I had traced the issue back to a blockage in the bottle. I couldn't remove the bottle myself so needed a garage to do it. Halfords autocentre did as I asked (fixing the issue), without the need for an investigation fee. It was resolved without fuss, quickly (including time between my call and the repair). From a dodgy start with Halfords several years ago, my wife insisted I try them again. So for the last 4 years they've got better. My recent dealings was over and above excellent. Ricky took my call after several rings, so they must have been very busy. He booked me in for one new tyre and an MOT. I dropped my car off the night before so they had all day to complete the work. It wasn't till 5pm the next day that I realised I hadn't heard back. I was being dropped off to collect my car so hopefully all was OK. I called and again it seemed busy, Ricky once again answering. Saying he was about to call me, yes my car was ready....oh but hold on.....it needs something, ill ring you back! Well it was too late I was on my way and 10 minutes later I'd arrived. Yes, they were very busy, I only counted about 4 staff members and 3 were mechanics. Tyre ✔ MOT ✔ no advisories. So all good. They deserve a fair pay considering the work they're doing. I would recommend them to all.

Spoke to a very helpful person late Friday afternoon about tyres for our Nissan Juke. After discussing, vehicle was booked in for the following Tuesday when the tyres would have arrived. Confirmation text/email sent. Arrived Tuesday and booked in. Very well organized and set up for Covid restrictions. I was kept well informed of work being done and cost. Informed again when vehicle ready to collect, but they were happy to keep it until I had finished work. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that when I collected there was only one member of staff available and he was caught on the phone, so I had a bit of a wait. Otherwise very happy.

I contacted my usual main dealer about a small service requirement and found a somewhat uninformed response as well as a high cost quotation. In searching for an alternative I found the Halfords website, which answered my requirement and at a reasonable cost. I have always been weary about using nationwide auto chains such as KwikFit and Halfords. However, Halfords Autocentre at Worthing have been the go to place for my wife's car MOT for years now and they have always provided a professional, honest and timely service. Yesterday I took my 26 year old Volvo to them for MOT after it being off the road for repairs for a few months. It was done within an hour and I walked away happy with a pass certificate. The MOT tester spoke to me as I was getting into the car and complimented the work that I had done. We will continue to use this branch for our car MOT's. Additional notes on COVID safety, staff were seen to be wearing masks when required and the office only allows one customer in at a time.

Had my MOT and a full service here - had some borderline issues that needed repairing soon and they rang me up beforehand explaining them thouroughly and their importance or if I could prioritise some that were more urgent. Set up a pat over 4 months which has really helped with the payments and ll repairs complete on same day during my service. No pushiness at all, excellent service.

Online booking made for supply and fitting of car battery. On arrival, a few minutes before the appointment slot, parking spaces were available. I was informed the battery I had chosen was not on site and that it was being sourced from a nearby Halfords store. Happily this did not cause any delay and I was pleased with the service I received. The hiccup appeared to be due to the online booking not being picked up on the system by the staff and this is why I have not given 5 stars.

Brilliant service from Halfords Worthing. Tried to book my car in to local garages for a clutch problem but was being given appts in 3 weeks time and quoted high prices. Booked with Halfords online for next day clutch check and the problem was fixed that morning. Full explanation of how they had fixed it and the price was a third of previous quotes because they replaced the part causing the issue rather than the whole clutch. Even got a £10 gift voucher for their retail shop. Really pleased.

To be honest I was very disappointed about Halfords Autocenters because of my previous experience in Maidstone, It wasn't unpleasant, it was terrible, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Instead a friend of mine suggested me to go here in Worthing and I am very happy 100% satisfied. Friendly service however i went on a bank holiday which is very convienient may i add that it was open. My car had just broken and they diagnosed a whole new gasket needed quoting 1000 i then took it to a mechanic to be told its actually a coil pack on one cylinder, a injector on another and the clutch.... completely different.

After a mix up on my part mainly regarding re test they were incredibly fair and also as I had to wait longer with my 3 kids the guys in the office subjected themselves to 40 minutes of cbeebies! Really appreciated thank you, the only reason for not 5* is unfortunately the cost of repairs after car failed on 2 items, got it repaired at £300 cheaper than halfords with another mechanic and one item listed as needing replacement was literally a clip that was loose needed fastening the whole CV boot did not need to be replaced!

Excellent service, they had the tyres others didn't have (Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric 3 (not 2) for a BMW 435 M-sport convertible. Workshop was flexible with rescheduling the booking -there had been a police incident which made their garage inaccessible-. Also provided me with a quote for the front tyres and brake pads which will need to be done in 6 months time. All in all, a good experience.
