Jeremy was extremely professional and offered exceptional customer service and care. He also took the time to explain and run through all of the features of the new screen which now allows me to use Apple car play along with a whole host of other cool stuff on my car. I really can’t give enough praise and recommendation to using High Down Audio.

Had my small car fitted with pioneer up to date sound system digital and had a subwoofer fitted ! What’s a good test is to try it on your friends! My friend has a Ford Mustang anyway he was well impressed with the extra punch of the subwoofer, the louder you play the sub kicks in and you can customise it . Wanted Apple car play which you can use Siri or not when playing playlists with the touch screen. anyway Jeremy was a lovely guy extremely likeable and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff and loves his job, you can trust to put the right system in your car , mine a small one but still have over half a boot space to use so delighted about that. Also guaranteed for a year too so piece of mind there too! So delighted really and highly recommended! And after having the subwoofer fitted wondered why on Earth I never had one before it’s a no brainer !

I wasn't happy with the stereo in my Cayenne and missed having a DAB radio. The current sound at best was woolly and lacked definition so I decided to pay Highdown audio a visit. After an initial consultation discussing various options, I had a DAB fitted and had speakers upgraded along with sound dampening that have made a massive improvement to the overall sound. Jeremy certainly know his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone wanting their music to sound better than it has before.

I contacted Highdown looking for an Apple CarPlay solution to my 2009 Audi Allroad, and following a conversation with knowledgeable owner Jeremy booked the car in. The installation was done very quickly and at a reasonable price. I now have Apple CarPlay working perfectly on the original Audi screen and will be back for a reversing camera in due course. A very professional company that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.
