Good people here, battery died in our fiat doblo van and the chap manning the Kwik Fit reception desk had use sorted with a new one in no time and at a good price. I checked on line and I may have been able to save a few pounds but would definitely lost at least a days work. Got a quality battery at a good price no waiting.

Very grateful to Kwik fit Worthing. They were able to take care of our car when the brakes failed while we were on holiday. The fact we could drop the car off on the bank holiday Friday and collect it at lunchtime on Saturday saved the holiday and allowed us to get back home safely on the Sunday.

SPEEDY service Had a flat tyre, called the Worthing branch to see if there was any availability that day (Saturday) and was able to fit me in for an hour later!! They did what Halfords couldn't do. The wheel nuts were over-tightened and Halfords broke the locking nut and advised KwikFit. They spent a long time freeing the wheels to enable them to fit the new tyres.

We had absolutely exceptional service here yesterday after my tyre exploded and was flat. We were desperately trying to sort it out by finding a technician in Worthing. We tried contacting a few garages but couldn’t find anyone to help until we called Kwik Fit who said that they could help. We had sorted a temporary solution with sealant which allowed us to drive 10 minutes to Kwik Fit. Dorian was able to fit us in even though it was last thing on a Friday afternoon. My car needed a full investigation to find a knock in the suspension that it turns out is almost impossible to detect, but this did and folded some of the costs into other work i was having done. I came in for two alignment checks and a set of four tyres, and on every occasion I was met with a friendly professional and no nonsense attitude. The manager Dorian and his team of technicians made sure me and my car were well looked after. They worked efficiently and to a high standard. The guys here have been brilliant. I brought a car from Cinch just before xmas and have had nothing but problems with the car since buying!! The car had not had it's full checks before leaving the prep centre and the guys at kwik fit detected all issues and fixed it very quickly as well as giving it a service and making sure it was safe for my family! I don't normally post reviews, however after today's experience at Kwik Fit Worthing I am compelled to commend the front of house staff. The chap that greeted was courteous and informative on how long the wait would be for my tyre changes. I sat in reception for about 30 minutes during which the sole Kwik Fit ninja was dealt with a swathe of people in person and on the phone, it was constant. A mixture of pre-booked and walk ins. The chap was calm, collected and informative. Some difficult customers handled with aplomb and such high level of customer service. What a star and an asset to Kwik Fit!

I walked into Kwik-Fit with a screw hissing air out of one of my tyres. I explained my need to either repair or replace the tyre and was told it would need replacing upon inspection. I asked if another tyre could be checked and also replaced if too worn. This was no hassle or extra work and I appreciated the reassurance that there was time for me to be dealt with efficiently. A huge thanks to Dorian for putting me at ease and solving my problem professionally and so swiftly I barely remembered I even had a flat tyre! Outstanding Service. Being from the US and getting a flat on the rental without a spare was disconcerting at best. Being 2 hours from hotel and close to closing time from the shops on an Easter weekend was almost depressing. Yet this quick fit squared me away. Dorion was exceptionally helpful. Dealing with a rental car company and the more strict rules about matching tires was daunting but Dorion explained the whole situation exceptionally well. When we finally got the clearance to move forward, they had my car ready to go in about 30 min. Great service. Now on the cost of the tire, given that things the UK are about 30% more expensive than the US I would say it was reasonable and fair. Again, great service, well maintained and clean location and professional staff that actually cared that I got back on the road. Go here. If your experience is like mine, you will be happy. I have changed tires and set the wheel alignment there. everything was done efficiently and quickly, but after test ride wheel alignment was not well positioned and the car was pulled to one side. after returning to the garage i explain the problem. I was greeted nicely and the man who served me said that there is no problem and that they will check everything one more time, in the evening i was informed that it is probably a bigger problem with the wheel alignment setting machine, they had to call specialist to re calibrate it . On next day my car was ready for pickup and everything was perfect. I would like to thanks the whole team of Kwik Fit Worthing for great work and amazing costumer service specially to the gent that was dealing with me and my car . thank you guys. definitely I will return and recommend you to my friends.

I arrived at Kwik Fit before my scheduled time and was met by a very friendly person at the desk. I explained my problem to him and was assured that everything would be OK. We agreed on the procedure and I handed the car keys to him. He said that he would contact me regarding the tyre problem, after they had inspected it, which he did. We agreed on what they were going to do. I received a further phone call a little later to say that all was done and the car was ready for collection. I arrived to pick up the car which was in the car park waiting for me. All paper work was ready to be signed and paid for and was completed in a few minutes. Took my company car in as the front tyres were pretty much at the end of their life, Kwik Fit mentioned that the lease company were difficult and constanly changing their mind on which manufacture of tyre they wanted fitting. Great customer service.. Front desk extremely helpful. I turned up on a Saturday mid day in desperation for a full exhaust replacement.. Most suppliers are closed around that time on a Saturday. Kwik Fit have an extensive supply system and was able to call their supplier to source the parts needed. Sadly not all parts where in stock.. (which was a moment of panic on my behalf as I have to travel to an important exam the following day).. this would only would have meant the full completion would have to be to carried out the following day... Buttt with my predicament, the team went above and beyond and actually drove to the suppliers themselves and was able to source materials to complete the job that day. I believe I ow my thanks to Kieren and Simon... I drove away few hours later, which for a drive by unplanned service, was incredible. Thank you so much guys!!!

I have booked online for tyres fitting. All good. Arrived on time and it only took them slightly over 2 hours to fit. All is understandable given the circumstances and CoVid-19 restrictions, also this was the first day since they have reopened. They honestly were trying their best and working really hard as far as I can tell and see. Very busy garage. Unfortunately 2 wheelnut plastic covers were lost, displaced in the process and I have checked before the car went into the garage all 20 were present. KwikFit branch manager or operations manager offered replacement after a bit of talking however have not heard anything back from them yet. I think being short staffed and being extra busy did not help the situation. I still hope to receive that promised phonecall to arrange collection of those plastic covers replacement.

They had the tyre changed within 40mins of my arrival and at a competitive price. They would have fitted it for free midweek but as it was a Monday it was charged at £12.50??? Not sure as to why. Anyway, pleased with the service.

Recently had the MOT done on my car, and I was really pleased with the service. Fortunately it passed with only 1 advisory, and I was told by a member of staff that it was not critical. so leave it a while. I appreciated not being pressured into getting it done there (or then), when that could so easily have happened elsewhere. Used web to order 2 tyres with fitting at local centre on set day. Very efficient web and fitting service. During initial visit was made aware I had a nail in my back tyre so ordered 2 additional tyres and went back next day to have them fitted. Kwikfit honoured the price that I had paid online. There are a few protection add ons for punctures and realignment on new tyres within number of years.

Staff are 5 star. The Kwik Fit upper management need to be ashamed. How can you run a busy town centre establishment with only 2 people and expect not only for the job to be done right and efficiently but have the high level of customer experience face to face and over the phone. Not possible. The two guys in there today were first class and Kwik Fit do not deserve to have such committed staff. And all for the sake of their bottom line. Doesnt take much to realise that if you staff a business effectively you create more capacity to make a margin and have a better chance of employee buy in and retention. Great on site staff but Kwik Fit management clearly havent changed and sad to say nor are they likely too.

Excellent service, Shane and the team were so helpful, booked a mot and full service, turns out my car was in a dangerous state that they couldn’t get it on the ramp due to suspension, they managed to fit it in to repair suspension, then mot’ed 1st thing the next day, it failed due to various brake and tyre issues and again they are fixing it in a day for me. Fantastic communication throughout, checking with me before carrying out any work, will recommend highly. Will definitely be back again, hopefully all will run smoothly next time with my car.

Happy with tyres but service was a little lacking. I had booked for 4 tyres online for an 11:00 appointment, when I arrived (at 11:00) I was greeted with “you’ll need to leave it with me for an hour and a half” as I had my laptop top I could work so this wasn’t a major concern. Well the work didn’t start until after 12:30 and took a further hour to complete, so what I thought would be an hours visit took 2.5 hours. Other than the delay the tyre fitting and wheel alignment identified was carried out to a good standard and I will use then in the future.

Thankyou to the team over in Kwik fit Worthing especially Shane Martin who helped from the initial call he got from myself when I was absolutely stuck and asked if somebody could help. he explained easily how to get to the centre and ran me through the very in depth but simple Brake check. I was hesitant to big garages as I've heard they're always about the price but in regards to my little Clio isn't worth more then £200 Sane explained why the brakes were doing what they were doing (Grinding Noise) and also whilst the wheels were off the car he bought to my attention the baldness of edges as I was on a long journey back to London with my daughter in the car. luckily enough they had all the parts in stock as this was a Saturday afternoon and managed to get the brakes and tyres done at a reasonable price along with alignment which when discussed about makes sense to have done in order to save tyre life expectancy. All in all Hats off to the team down there I know if im in the area again I will definitely pop in!!!!!

I pulled in with a tyre that was going down slowly , they analysed. The problem so quickly and told me the tire was fine but that the wheel had broken and needed welding repairing or replacing which they didn't do . Online booking went very well, cheap £29 price for MOT, arrived and all was good collected my car an hour later and was told a rear bulb was not working so they wiggled it and it worked so no issues. Then they hand me the failure of MOT notification due to the bulb, and also say the front discs showed signs of very little usage. The car is 6 years old and done 29,000 miles and only 4000 since new discs were fitted. The chap said the discs had plenty left on them just were pitted, which if I used the car more would smooth down the discs. So i NOW HAVE A FAILURE and a pass on my new MOT ! Come on guys, surely you fail a car if the bulb is found NOT to work, not that it did work after a wiggle and if the discs just need some smoothing down due to lack of use is a valid advisory??? I do wonder if other garages would have been so picky? Just frustrating but cheap price so maybe its the rules or maybe an over zealous fail on a bulb that wiggled then it worked???
