Very professional and easy to deal with. Even though I reckon the diagnosis took a while, they didn’t even charge me for their time, since it didn’t need much work to rectify.

I booked the morning off and was due back in work in the afternoon, but when the parts they ordered were late to arrive, Dave the boss gave me a lift to work himself. They then dropped the car off at my workplace later in the afternoon. Lynn on reception was lovely too. A good, honest garage, very friendly with guys who know their stuff and well priced too. Would recommend to anybody with a BMW or Mini

S.My BMW X5 had a massive transmission failure looked on the internet came up with BM Autocare got AA to transport it Saturday morning , I am no mechanic but the noise when the prop shaft decided to part company from where it was connected , with warning lights flashing up,never new there so many coloured lights on and the dashboard i.e. Transmission problem , no oil pressure and whatever else, Dave sorted it at a very fair price he could have charged more as I would be none the wiser but he didn't ,sometimes you have to put your trust and hope for the best, a very fair and reputable garage he even washed the car as engine oil had come from the punctured sump and covered the complete rear of the car I will certainly use him again
