N. B.Vehicle recovery on the A483, very quick response and dropped car off at my preferred destination.

K Motors who would come and recover my vehicle. M. M.Broke down on motorway and our breakdown insurance arranged for HK Recovery to take our car to our local garage 70 miles away and drop us near home. Quite fast response and collection and smooth drop off of car.

V. J.Outstanding service! My car broke down at home. Luckily, I have homestart on my breakdown cover. H K Motors came out, identified the problem as the water pump, but it turned out the car needed towing to a garage. I had no clue which garage to ask them to tow it to, as it was the week between Christmas and New Year and my local garage was closed for Christmas and as it was 6pm, no one else was answering calls! Consequently, we decided to leave my car at home until I could find a garage who could possibly take it. I called loads the next day, no one could look at it utill well into the new year. Then later that afternoon, I got a call from the mechanic who had originally responded to the breakdown call, asking if I’d had any luck finding a garage. He said he could fix it the next day and had the parts in stock. And true to his word, the next day, my car was fixed, for a very reasonable price. Lifesavers! Everyone I dealt with at H K Motors was lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.
