BMW specialist, I had a problem caused by a French road kill rabbit, they sorted it with no problems at all, they also gave me a great bit of advice about my car. This is the 2nd time I've been, I'll be going back for a service when that's due too. Great guys, highly recommend.

Booked my E46 M3 in for valve clearances. They did a proper thorough job using good quality parts and even took the time to show me round under the car when i collected the car after the repair. First class customer service and will be using again for big specialised jobs in the future on my E46 and other BMWs.

Wouldn’t dream of taking my car anywhere else. Craig and Andy have the knowledge, experience and honesty to provide you with complete peace of mind when it comes to working on your car. It’s no surprise I often see some special edition BMWs waiting outside Autohaus for some love. I’ve had my 330i in a few times, including a couple of major jobs eg rocker cover and timing chain, vanos and a suspension upgrade to name a few. I’ve always been well informed with progress (no nasty surprises here) Never had a single issue or concern afterwards and the work is always done in good time at what I think is at reasonable cost. Excellent service from this garage. Did an oil service on my beloved M3 V8 within an hour as i told them i work night shift so they fitted me in first thing. Really friendly professional to and a fair lot cheaper than the local BMW dealer quoted using the same approved oil&filter. Personal service that you don't get in the dealership to. Can't recommend this place enough.

We were on holiday in the area when we had a Drivetrain warning alarm appear on the info screen an went into amber alarm on the dash and made an appointment to take it in the next day.The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty EGR valve and we were told that they could replace that the same day!! We left the car with them and hopped on to the bus into York. By 3pm the we had a phone call to inform us the X1 was ready. I don’t think too many places could better that? Fantastic service all round, thanks guys. Highly recommend Autohaus,5 stars from me.

I would go extra few hundred miles to get Autohaus's excellent service! It is very professional, honest and client-friendly. They skilfully helped me with regular planned servicing and with off-schedule repairs. As BMW owners we know that these cars are very finicky, but we are incredibly lucky to have Autohaus. Recommend!

For those of you lucky enough to be from Yorkshire, and even more lucky to drive a BMW new or old, get in touch with Craig and Andy at Autohaus Diagnostics, Wiggington, York. I cannot recommend their professionalism and knowledge enough. Id found Autohaus after scouring forums looking for a local technician and these chaps were advised by so many people it was too hard to ignore. After a rainy drive from Wakefield they got to work right away. The hood up, ramp legs under and up the car went. Both of them got to it and carried out a really thorough inspection and road test. I learnt alot that day about the car im. So if you're in the market for some advice or work for your BMW, give them a call. You wont regret it

This was the third time I've used Autohaus and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my BMW. They're super professional and honest which is rare these days and they really know BMW cars. The workshop is clean, tidy and organised, a far cry from the usual oily and dirty garage you would expect. You drive up and there is usually a raft of nice BMW cars outside which gives you confidence you're in the right hands. Prices are good too for the professionalism they offer. In my opinion you would be mad to go anywhere else if you own a BMW and it needs any repairs.

If you have a BMW this is a great resource to take car of your car. As I discovered Autohaus I stopped using BMW main dealers. Autohaus could not be more supportive and worked hard to resolve a long term niggly problem with my car and did not charge me anything until it was fixed. Highly recommended.

Autohaus is a refreshing experience. Honest, experienced, efficient and straightforward. I have used Autohaus over the last 4 years with my BMW 5 Series estate and my Mini John Cooper Works... after first using them following an eye-watering quote from the BMW dealership which Autohaus beat easily and the standard of work ensured I went back again and have continued since. My car is important to me (sad though it is I know) and I need to know that the person dealing with it is doing the work properly and I have always got that from Autohaus. Would recommend no end and only wish they were closer to me!!!!!!

Excellent service. Done earlier than expected, sorted out the lack of locking wheel bolt key without extra charge. Could not recommend more highly. And great to see use of a torque wrench for wheel bolts!

Used a couple of times now, always explain fault diagnosis in terms you can understand, very knowledgeable on common BMW faults so can ID issues and repair swiftly and very reasonably priced. Can't recommend these guys enough. Down from Scotland on holiday when my 330d broke down. They sourced parts and had me back on road in less than 24hrs! Even gave me lift to and from holiday cottage. Absolutely top of their game, service second to none. To top it off they're really nice guys that really know their stuff!

Found these lads online after my regular garage failed miserably to diagnose problem and yet charged me for something which didn't need doing and had no bearing to the fault. Autohaus couldn't have been more helpful and professional in their approach. Not only that, once diagnosed and part received had me back on the road within hours. I was in the act of P/Xing the car when the car went into limp mode so it was critical to turn the repair round quickly. Andy and Craig couldn't have been more helpful, really professionals (as good as Ed China, Wheeler Dealers) My only regret is I no longer have a BMW, but will strongly reccomend to all those who have.
