I have asked Roy to address two issues with my car in recent years, as well as providing a more general service, and he did a brilliant job on all occasions. He was very adept at getting my electric windows and air conditioning (both of which can be tricky and I know stumped some other mechanics) working as they should. He is obviously very very knowledgeable and scrupulously honest, as well as friendly and helpful - he clearly cares deeply about cars and giving you the best work which will last. He taught me a lot about air conditioning which should make me a better car owner (so long as I remember to put the advice into practice!). Booking the car in and dropping it off has also been really straightforward each time. Highly recommended.

Roy was informative, and new exactly was was the probable cause of the issues with the engine.he didnt have to replace anything,delt with the issues he said was the problem and charged me a tiny fraction of what Ray Chapman would have charged me.
