When I think back on the experience, I realise how we lucky we were to have found Natalie and to be able to access her quality of support. She turned what could have been a difficult time into a really positive experience for us all. Natalie can answer any question about babies and parenting, listens intently, has invaluable advice on everything from feeding, sleep, and sibling behaviour to going back to work and finding balance. She is also a joy to be around. I cannot recommend Birth Baby Bliss services highly enough to all parents, new and experienced.
