Rachael was fantastic. We had a 7 month old who had never slept more than 5 straight hours, and most nights was up every 3 or 4 hours. After just three of days of using the schedule Rachael gave us, and the tips for helping the baby learn to resettle we were down to a single wake up each night for a feed. A week in we all caught covid, and still the baby slept better than he had been before we got Rachael's help!
Rachael was really understanding of what we were comfortable with, and worked within those limits to help get our baby sleeping better. She was really supportive and knowledgable and helped us feel really capable and empowered to help our baby sleep.

Rachael has made such a difference to our lives and we cannot thank her enough. Prior to contacting Rachael my daughter (14months) would not sleep in her cot. She had slept in her cot up until around 8months. I had just gone back to work and I was exhausted and felt overwhelmed by the sleep issues that had developed over the recent months. We were cosleeping and waking sometimes every 2-3 hours. Bed time was very long and I had no evenings to relax as there were lots of wake ups approx 3-6. I felt I had to keep breastfeeding to settle back to sleep. Day naps involved lots of walking outside in the pram.
From the start of the process Rachael was very supportive throughout and actively listened to the issues and gave a plan & advised on a routine. I felt I had read lots & lots of info on what to do but never consistently followed it as I was never confident I was doing the right thing. I couldn't have done it without Rachael's support. Trying new techniques does have it's challenges and Rachael was amazing at giving suggestions and answering any questions I had. I feel I am now more aware of my daughter's cues and we have a better structure & routine in our day.
Our daughter now sleeps 11/12 hours at night & self settles back to sleep. Day naps are in the cot at home. I really cannot believe it! At first I kept watching her self settle on the video monitor. As a family we are all so much happier. Due to night weaning and more structure with breastfeeds she has developed such a love for solid foods which is such a milestone. We 100% recommend Rachael. I would highly recommend Little Baby Sleep Co. Rachael was amazing to work with. I was sceptical on sleep training initially but the results sopke for themselves. Rachael allowed us to get full nights sleep after 17 months. I went from waiting in the room for about 40 mins while my little one fell asleep and breastfeeding twice during the night to my little one going straight down at night and sleeping through the night in just over a week. Rachael was always there to offer support and guidance and willing to adapt the plan through the journey to suit us. I wouldn't have been able to do it with out Rachael's support and patience.

I can honestly say that I am a happier mother, with a happier baby, since working with Rachael. I was initially quite sceptical of sleep training, and also very anxious at the idea of leaving my baby to cry for any amount of time, but Rachael's approach was perfectly tailored both to my baby's specific sleep issues and to my level of discomfort with regards to crying. Her advice was always backed by very logical and well explained theory, which made it much easier to follow, and she was always on hand to answer any questions, day or night - and with endless patience! I was amazed at how quickly we saw very concrete results (and with far fewer tears than I had imagined), which came as a huge relief after months of very little sleep for everyone. I would absolutely recommend Rachael to anyone struggling with their baby's sleep (or lack thereof) - you will be in very safe and capable hands. Thank you Rachael!

Rachael was fantastic at helping us get our 18 month old to fall asleep independently and sleep through the night. She gave us loads of information and a plan which was tailored to our exact needs and situation. She was also with us the whole way through to talk through any questions that came up. Rachael was brilliant with helping my 3 month old sleep better. She gave me tips and techniques to enable him to get himself to sleep in his cot and to help us get into a better routine with day time naps. She worked with us everyday to discuss how things were going and to build on these techniques as he developed. Within a week of working with her my little one was consistently going to sleep on his own in his cot (no more rocking or feeding to sleep) at 6:30/7pm, he was only waking at night for a feed and we had started to establish a better day time nap schedule. The programme she developed and her advice was flexible enough to take into account my life as well so that we can still be out and about during the day. Most importantly she gave me the confidence to try different things to see what worked for us and her advice is based on real life scenarios. I would highly recommend getting in touch if you need some help or guidance with your babies sleep. It has been a real game changer for me!

Rachael came into our lives at just the right time. Our son, at 9 months old, was only taking contact naps and woke up every hour during the night. From the first conversation I had with Rachael, I felt confident that she would be able to help. She was considerate, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. When I first spoke to Rachael about my 10 month old little girl I had been cosleeping (since she was 4 months) and she only napped in the pram (from 6 months) so I was skeptical when she said she would be in the cot and hopefully sleeping through in two weeks. But she was right!!! Rachael ensured the techniques were responsive and I could stay present to comfort my girl when she needed it. She took to it quickly, she sleeps on her front and now rolls over too! I now have a good routine, she sleeps well in the cot for naps and overnight. She even sleeps in the cot at nursery which I was dreading! Definitely recommend to others in a similar situation.

We cannot recommend Rach enough!
Our 6.5 month old twins had never slept well and we were at rock bottom with what to do. The sleep deprivation was taking a huge toll on our whole family and we never thought it was going to improve, untilv we met Rach. I can honestly say she was like an angel at some of my darkest times and she was a true support in improving our lives!
Rach was incredibly thorough and pro active from the start. She worked closely with me throughout, taking a huge interest in the twins day to day lives. She created a routine and sleep plan that was personal to our needs and coached me through every step. I can't emphasise enough how wise, supportive, empathic, patient, encouraging and organised she is.
Before working with her we were a family who were stressed, anxious, exhausted, arguing, and all of us not sleeping. Now we are a much more relaxed, happy, calm family who are all sleeping!
I don't think we can quite believe where we were to where we are now.
Before:
- both twins only slept at night or napped in the day if they rocked to sleep, in cot, pram or our arms.
- would only sleep in moses basket or our bed with us.
- our daughter woke 4 to sometimes 15 times a night! But averaged 45mins to 2 hour wake ups.
- our son always ended up in our bed with us 1-4 times in the night.
- feeding little and often.
-late bedtimes after 8pm, sometimes taking 3-4 hours to settle.
- lots of crying and grumpiness from both..
Now:
- both twins can sleep independently, in their own cots and be put down awake.
- they are mostly asleep between 6.30 and 7pm every night and can put themselves back to sleep.
- they average waking once a night for a bottle but average 10-12 hours sleep per night. They have slept all the esy through a few times!
- we all have more structure with set naps and bedtimes. Everyone is happier.

My daughter has always been a great sleeper but when she reached 16 months she started waking up at night and needed me or my husband to sleep on the floor several times a week. Exhausting!
