My daughter (10 months) has loved her two Minijam sessions in Balham and Clapham Junction. The classes are really well led, with lots of lovely interactions with the children. Coped really well with a wandering toddler! Plenty of instruments and accessories to play with. And the parachute for a grand finale! Would happily recommend. We'll be going again soon.

I can honestly say I have as much fun as my 14 month old at these classes. They are well run, entertaining and completely stress free. The live music mixed with activities creates such a great buzz and so much stimulation for the little ones. It’s a highlight of our week!

Great sensory class for parents and babies! The classes offer lots of opportunities for little ones to engage and interact with musical instruments. The live music from the class leader is great as well-really adds something different to other classes. My little one is a fan of the guitars Ed brought along!

Best class ever for your baby development and yourself to keep your mental sanity in those first hard months as a mum ! Only class I found with Live music (saxophone!) plus a drink for yourself in a friendly environment. They can walk or crawl around surrounded of other babies and the sound of real music plus other sensory activities. I can’t see the time to stop going there with my little one, it’s fun for both. strongly recommended ! Pepa

Minijam was one of the first classes I took my daughter to when she was just a few months old and we love it so much that we’re still going now, a year later. The classes are fun, engaging, and offer hands on experience with lots of different musical instruments. We’ve attended classes run by Chez, Erica, Jade and Ed and they’re all fab teachers and musicians!

We love minijam! The classes are so fab for parents and babies, really different to the normal baby classes with the up to date music and instruments! My little one loves the up close interactions with the instruments.

These classes are fab. So much fun for both parents and babies. My little one loves to boogie to the beats and enjoys getting up close and personal to all the instruments. Great fun all round!

MiniJam is awesome. It’s my favourite class and my son loves it too. We often go to the Bedford on a Friday for the house party and Saxophone with Chez. It’s a great mix of baby fun but you can also have a drink and hang with other parents. Definitely recommend.

We love Minijam so much! My baby girl has been going since she was only a few months old and she is now one and loves it more than ever! There is something for all ages! Chez, Erika and the team are so much fun and put so much energy into each class - the babies really do gain so much from it! They particularly love the different instruments that are played each week! It really does set Minijam apart from the standard baby sensory classes! Highly recommend!

My son Henry loved Minijam (before starting childcare) - especially Jade’s classes in Balham. He was so at home, he’d run riot (Jade was very patient with him!) and sings the Hello song at home all the time. Highly recommend for babies and toddlers, (and tired parents!)

The best baby class I’ve found in our area by a long long way - Laurence is amazing with the babies, it is interactive and stimulating but not a sensory overload. We look forward to Monday afternoons every week.

My 11 months son and I love the minijam classes. He loves playing with all the musical toys, not to mention the acrobatic dancing and THE PARACHUTE! Our teacher, Jade, is a real pro. She plays many instruments, and has great rapport with the babies -she remembered everyone's name from Class 1 and she interacts with each of them really naturally. Thumbs up!

I absolutely love this class, it's so engaging for the children and it's amazing to see how much goes in. My eldest started conducting her own minijam classes at home which is the ultimate compliment. I am now taking my second who is 1 and he loves it too. Jade who teaches at the Clapham one always brings so much energy to each class and makes the whole experience feel safe, friendly and I always leave feeling uplifted.

My two boys have loved MiniJam since the first concert they attended almost 4 years ago. The teachers are amazing musicians and the song arrangements are entertaining for adults and kids. But the teachers also put so much thought into the props and instruments for the children that will help their development and coordination - every session is so interactive and fun. I really can't rate the concerts or classes highly enough; at 7 and 4 my kids still talk about when they can go to the next concert!

Love these classes . A nice mix of singing songs, sensory exploration and live music. Nice welcome song where you get to learn babies names which sets a nice friendly atmosphere. I found that helps with parent interactions too. Its unique compared to other baby classes because you get to see a musican play an instrument live which is really cool. The little ones also get a sticker at the end which is cute.

Such a great class. This is my second baby and so I’ve been to many different classes and found MiniJam to be really top notch. Not sure who enjoyed it more - me or my baby! Very chilled environment and amazing that there are real musicians who play live and then let our babies see and touch the instruments. Definitely booking up for another series.

MiniJam is our absolute favourite! My toddler has such a blast every week. I love the music as much as my little one does, as the arrangements are awesome twists on classic songs, and the live music element where the kids get to touch and interact with the instrument as they are played to by a pro, has made my kid absolutely fascinated by musical instruments. We’re heartbroken to be moving away soon because I have yet to find anything else that comes close to being as good as MiniJam. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

My 2 and 4 years old really enjoyed online session with Jade. Much interaction, change of activities, lively, bright and non-intrusive manner. Especially I liked that there were not only recorded songs but also a live violin. Would surely recommend such classes for little ones.

We love MiniJam! Used to go the monthly gigs in Clapham which were brilliant fun and so well organised, with a fantastic array of talented musicians each time. My two year old has loved the online classes with Jade during lockdown, and we can’t wait till the classes start again in person.

I absolutely love these classes as a nanny I find them a wonderful resource to meet other people and the classes are well organised and fun for the children as well. A really fun class with a big focus on good music and fun! The class was taken by a musician who played violin very well in the session and my son loved it. There was also some really nice backing tracks specially made that kept the baby songs really fresh. Both me and my son had a great time, the best class I’ve been to!

Just so much fun, with lots of lovely songs and encouragement about how to bring the sensory side of the experience to life at home.
