We were very interested in some of the Stokke products because they look very well designed and built. It was great though to be able to go to a physical store to see them in person and confirm that they’re in fact great products. The staff at the Planned Chaos store was incredibly helpful and friendly. They showed us around, explained some of the products we were interested in, how they work, and some other options and accessories. We felt reassured that we were buying what we needed and that we had a place to go for questions and support if needed. They had most of things in stock and they helped us bringing everything to the car we had parked in Westfield’s parking. The few things they didn’t had in stock, we received them short after at home. I totally recommend paying them a visit if you are interested in Stokke products, instead of just buying them online, if you can.

Visited the store with a few questions and uncertainties of what high chair would be most suitable for our 5 month old. The staff were straight to the point and honest and had time for us even when the store was getting past closing time. Very good experience would definitely recommend to any one with any doubts.

I visited the Stokke store in the West London Westfield with my Girlfriend initially to look at prams. We had an idea of what we wanted but thought we would look at The Stokke Xplory X as well. Once in the store we were given a couple of minutes to look around before we were approached ( something I usually hate) The store owner gave us a great demonstration of the pram, but the thing that made it so good was focusing on safety features rather than the shiny bells and whistles. The owner was great and basically seemed as though he wanted us to get what we needed rather than just try and sell us everything in the store. We got a quote and went on our way, a week or two later we went back and had another run through of the pram but also looked at other products. Once again the store owner was great and took us through everything we wanted to know. We ended up ordering our cott from The Stokke store as well as the pram and travel seat, not because the Stokke products are great (which they are) but because the service in the store was beyond 1st class. I couldn’t have asked for more and I highly recommend.

We have been thinking about getting a STOKKE high chair for my girl for months. We went into the shop while we were shopping in Westfield. Westfield STOKKE staff are super friendly and helpful. My favorite color was not in stock in shop so they tried to help me order it from EU warehouse. They are so patient and knowledgeable for all my questions. Delivery was fast. We visited the Westfield Stokke boutique last weekend and feel truly blessed to have been looked after by Michele and his family. We had already been given a few second hand bits and we still got outstanding service, despite not being in a position to buy lots. We got sound advice and lots of parenting tips and info. The hour we spent in store was golden! Shaan gave us a bespoke demo of our pram and helped us work out exactly what we needed. I had a compatibility issue with my Stokke XL bath (note that the XL bath and the stand don’t work together) and Michele couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Yes, I had big luck to get the last piece in stock and it made me feel so relieved but apart from that the customer care was exceptional! Being in lockdown I had a rough idea of what I wanted following a family recommendation. However upon contacting the store the agent was extremely helpful- they video called me to show me the products virtually and the accompanying ‘add ins’. I found them to be honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They also didn’t do any ‘hard or pushy sales’ which I appreciated. The full order process was easy and the kept me updated throughout. Great customer service. Received the extended glider set but one of the inserts didn't work. I emailed and received a phone call back to discuss the problem. A new insert was sent out straight away and I received a couple of days later, it fixed the problem. They followed up with an email to check it had worked.
