Incredible service and a great Sale price! We were directed to the Tiny Feet site from the BabyZen Official Site directly. Tiny Feet offered the best sale price for the YOYO² Complete set but initially we could not see the colour way we wanted. We emailed TinyFeet to explain and they immediately responded to say they had had a delivery of our desired colour way and made it available to order on the site. Once ordered I was contacted but the store too advise that they were able to deliver the buggy & accessories the next day despite quoting 5 working days. All in all blown away by the service. Would recommend to all.

So impressed with the fantastic and speedy service from Tiny Feet! We ordered the BabyZen Yoyo2 complete with newborn pack last night and it was delivered at 9am this morning! We found Tiny Feet listed as a supplier on the BabyZen website and they offered the best deal by far. Really pleased to have saved money and experienced such great customer service!

Would highly recommend Tiny Feet - and would pay special thanks to Bharat, who has shown superior customer service! We ordered a pram which happened to be rather delayed by the production company...by over 1 month...and this was not helped when Yodel failing to pick up the parcel to deliver to our address! However, Bharat on social media kept me in the loop throughout the process and even sent a status update at 10pm and responded at 3am...! We are very impressed. We got the pram and love it and can't wait to put our little one in it!!

I visited this shop when I was in town for business- I had had my eye on the iCandy Orange for quite a while, but they only sell it in the UK (I live in the states). I emailed ahead of time, and Shehzad ordered the colors I wanted in case I decided to order when I visited the shop. I absolutely loved the stroller, and the shop! Shehzad was incredibly helpful and it was so nice to have 1:1 customer service. He let me take the pram for a test drive, and showed me how to use all the bells and whistles, which I really appreciated. They have a wide range of hours for by appointment shopping. They only held the best luxury car seats and prams- and he was very knowledgable about all the pros and cons of each. I felt like this was an incredible experience, and was happy to support a small independent shop. I bought the stroller, and decided to have it shipped home (because I had more stops on the trip left). For other folks from the states- if you buy a stroller here you basically get a 20% discount when you get the tax refunded to you at the airport- which is a great deal over buying a luxury stroller in the US. Go shop here!

We came without an prior made appointment, but Shehzad happily attended to us, explained the pros and cons of the strollers we were looking at. We appreciate his kind explanation and demonstration, something you cant get in the bigger stores. We are also grateful he managed to get in the BabyZen Yoyo+ color sleeve in our favored color. Love that one doesnt feel obliged to make a purchase here, yet he is willing to go out of the way to help. Would definitely recommend other expectant parents here. A Real Gem of a shop in the centre of London. We wanted to try out a car seat that we were unable to look at in all the big stores. Tiny feet had a display model in their small but chic store moments from Marylebone Station. There were also pushchairs and buggies in the store and everything looked quality. We tested the seats out with our little ones whilst firing questions at Shezad and he was hugely knowledgable about the products we liked. The personal service given really was a cut above the high street stores. They also offer an in-home service where they bring the products to you!

Stopped in to take a look at the Egg pushchair and despite not having an appointment, Shehzad spent an hour showing us the features and pros & cons compared to other pushchairs.
