The team at game were a great help, the manager went above and beyond to help us out and get us what we needed. The sales person Sian is a huge credit to the company and a shining example of how to give customer service with a smile on your face and make all those around smile. We will definitely be back.

Found everything I wanted in store. The staff were really friendly and professional and due to one of the games I wanted being out of stock which was cheaper new than the pre-owned version due to a deal on at the time, the manager gave me a discount on the pre-owned game. Great customer service

We are a local small charity. After losing our teenage daughter to cancer 2017. We decided to create the Emma Cosgrove Foundation. A registered charity granting small wishes to teenagers fighting cancer. Last night we went shopping for a wish. We approached most retail shops in the centre as we always do simply asking could they help us get the best price So that we can carry on granting wishes for as long as possible The manager found us the best deal for our teenagers wish which was a handheld game console. And his lovely member of staff Sian personally gave us her saved up loyalty points and purchased a carry bag for our teenager which will be perfect for hospital. What a kind and caring thing for this young lady to do. She’s a credit to your store and team… thank you Sian from Emma’s mum. The wish is being delivered on Tuesday xx
