Sent me pictures of the updates, made sure I was happy with the finish, did a complimentary clean and wrapped the pram system up beautifully when I collected it. The whole overall experience was lovely. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their company/ service. They're always happy to help.

Hannah gave me so much advice whilst being impartial. It was super easy to get the pram sent to them (and back) and Hannah was great with the communication and speed. D.After contacting Mamas and Papas regarding their repair service but finding they have stopped it for the time being due to covid-19 I was worried we wouldn’t be able to have our second hand pram brought back to life in time for our babies arrival. I then came across PrelovedBugz and am so pleased I did! The service I received from the start was great, they arranged a courier to collect/deliver the pram back to me safely at a small fee and the communication was great throughout.
We had some problems with UPS delivering the pram back to me (what should have been next day actually took more than 1 week!) but Hannah was chasing them and constantly updating me on the progress and trying to find a solution for me which completely took the stress off my shoulders.
I can’t thank you enough for the service you provided, the pram is now working perfectly, smells fresh and clean and looks wonderful. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, and should I have any problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use PrelovedBugz again :)

A. T.I had a few issues with my bugaboo Bee, and could not find anyone locally who repaired pushchairs. I found prelovedbugz after a google search and spoke to Hannah who spoke me through the costs and booked me in for an express repair, as i was travelling down from Bristol with a young child, i did not want to have to return another day. the pushchair was fixed in an hour, and my Daughter even came away with the gift or a rag doll, Fantastic service i would recommend highly
B. H.I was so glad to speak to Hannah she was so helpful and emailed me the details I needed to arrange the carrier UPS and on the 15th Feb I dropped our Bugaboo frame to a local Drop off point.
On the 16th Feb Hannah emailed to say the frame had been received and was ready to come back to me. It's it's just come back today 18th.

R. L.After coming across this company randomly on google I was completely THRILLED with their service. The website says they are happy to give advice and they really couldn’t of been more helpful! After I sent a very rambling email almost begging for help I had a reply only a couple of hours later asking for photos of the problem and giving me an optional phone number to use WhatsApp. Hannah you are a SUPERSTAR! She talked me through the issue and after a few messages and pictures back and forth she had it sorted. There was no cost, no problem that we hadn’t bought anything from them, just excellent customer service. She even referred me to a specific YouTube video if I needed a more visual explanation. If I ever have any issues with my pram again or need any other spare parts I know exactly where I’ll be going. Would absolutely 100% recommend this company on the back of my experience today.
