F. T.Despite all the efforts of the staff on the day, we had an average experience. There was only one staff member on a Sunday afternoon helping customers at the tables, and they sure looked overwhelmed. The food was average, the flavours were good, but both the bread of our sandwich and the sponge of the cakes tasted a bit stale.
A. M.Called in for a coffee and pastry while waiting for bus . Waited a few minutes to be seated, was given a menu decided what I wanted and waited to be served. Two young girls came in 10 minutes later shown to table beside me given menus and order taken straight away and I'm still waiting. So got up and left.

l. f.Lovely patisserie, the staff was really nice and they selection of cakes is delightful. They have a range of products to take in or take away. Also, there is available on the menu afternoon tea, sounds good so I may try it one day.
c. s.Not happy with the order we got from here, the pastries used to be the best I wld say but now the worst after financial fiasco of the company. Size is cut down to half and very dry sponge. The fruit on n inside was rotten n leftover from the fruit shop. Disappointed 😥

Which that explains why staff were tired, frustrated and there was an unavoidable delay and confusion. Overall we had a nice coffee and time after our order was sorted.

P.Visited during a busy period and they sat us pretty quickly orders were slow but it was busy :) overall had a lovely lunch with really good options for everyone to choose from whether it's a light lunch or a big burger. They also over all day brunch options and from what I could see from others a nice looking afternoon tea options. Great place to go if your not sure of the area.
Z. A.The staff were generally fantastic, however when we first came in we were not addressed. We stood by the counter for a while and everyone ignored us until I asked one of them if we have to order at the counter or if it was table service. Once we sat down the service was great and everyone was friendly. The biggest problem here was the scone that I ordered. It was roasting hot, I couldn't touch it without a napkin, then when I managed to painstakingly cut it in half it was burned. Brown in the middle and rock hard. It could have been used as a hockey puk on an ice rink if it wasn't so hot. The scone was served with one pot of raspberry jam and three pots of marmalade. There was no need for so much marmalade. When we told the staff though, they were very kind and accommodating. I'm sure this is a rare occurrence however it did ruin the experience thus it received 3 stars.
b. f.Lovely patisserie in the heart of Belfast. The desserts look fab, though admittedly we ran into some that was so bland we did not eat them. But last time i asked recommendation from a lovely Spanish staff woman there, and the ones she offered were pretty nice.

The Food is excellent and staff are initially friendly but one thing I dislike in a coffee shop is when staff bang/throw dishes into a dishwasher with no care towards your comfort levels, this should be discreet and not fill the full restaurant with a warlike echo. I would reconsider returning in all honesty, perhaps buying the cakes to go

N. B.Great food, cakes and coffee but ... poor service. Really slow to take orders and serve these. Several people near us up and left out of frustration. Only one till in operation covering walk-ins (choosing and paying for cakes/slices) as well as people trying to pay their bill. Took 15 minutes just to leave!

Ķ. R.The cakes in the window so grand looking. We had to go in as we had walked by often on our holiday. Soup so lovely and thick and very tasty. It was potato and leek came with Irish bread. Too full so no pudding on this visit. A true reason for going back to Belfast.
A. B.I had a pleasant enough meal here. The service was a touch ropey, I had to ask for butter with my toast, and for salt and pepper with my meal, just minor niggles. The all day veggie breakfast was good.

The guy who served me was not overly pleasant, he seemed distracted by the fridge light. Firstly our bins came out then our tea and coffee. The cake slice was ok, I was a disappointed because it was supposed to have honeycomb in it but I only had one tiny piece in the cake and no flavour of honeycomb. The tea was lovely but the coffee was very weak. We agreed we would not be rushing back as it seems to have gone down hill each time we visit. Pity!!!
L. M.This patisserie does beautiful individual cakes which are very rich, cream, chocolate, icing etc., lovely for a special occasion. You can also have lunch in this patisserie, good all round menu. Great for a catch up with friends.

The staff is mediocre as sometimes you have to ask them to take you to your seat or wait for 20 minutes to be noticed and I got wrong change from them twice now. J. S.Lovely breakfast this morning, i would suggest a smaller fry option rather than individual items or a massive one to feed 3 people lol. Service was fast and efficient and the staff were polite and friendly. Will be back to try the bakery items at some point 😁
