I ordered a birthday cake for my wife as a special surprise. From the initial enquiry, Surhan from Fresh Cream Cakes was extremely helpful and willing to listen to what I wanted. He helped advise me and you could tell he was proud and passionate about what they make. I ordered online and the customer service was brilliant. I accidentally ordered the wrong size cake, but they were willing to help to make sure it was all going to be right on the day. The cake was personally delivered and the service was brilliant all in time for the special event! The cake itself was awesome. The taste was amazing and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from them in the future. Well done and keep up the amazing high standards of both customer service and also the cakes!

I was looking for fresh cream cakes delivered home after my favourite patisserie Valerie store near home closed. I have to say I am very impressed with the cake delivered. So pleased to be able to get a quality cream cake in Birmingham! It was a very deep sponge so we actually got considerably more servings out of it than expected and still managed to polish it off quickly. The birthday boy is looking forward to having one every year from now on.
