Reviews of Pastry House Birmingham

First visit & honestly the Arabic tea that was recommended by a staff member, was really nice. Will definitely be coming back for some more. We were also given a complimentary coffee which was so nice too. Breakfast was great and the beef panini we tried was delicious. Will definitely visit again when in Birmingham. Lastly the service they provided was really welcoming. So thank you 😊

One of the best coffee shops in Birmingham, must visit for a quick take out or a sit down - definitely recommend the mint tea and a baklawa to go with it.
The staff are all super friendly and customer service is on point, a true asset to Coventry Road ma sha Allah.

Ordered tea and pastry, tea was nice... pastry was average... decent sitting area but busy and noisy. Cleanliness needs improving.
Very busy road but free parking.

Great atmosphere, great place to chill out and relax, very friendly customer base. A nice chill out and catch-up place. Hopefully the upstairs opens soon (sooner than the downstairs did at least) just try their chai latte, or mint tea and you'll be back again. Only thing I'd ask is for consistency when making drinks across all the staff, as some make it and add way too much milk and it just doesn't taste like anything other than warm milk.
Recently tried some of their standard cake slices and was really surprised at how light they were, would definitely buy again.

Loved the latte, Pastries were really good. Customer service was over the top with Qasim being there will definitely recommend it others and will visit again.Ambiance of the restaurant is really good only problem is the parking as Coventry road is always busy if get lucky to get the parking then do dine in otherwise worth doing a take away.Found my desert spot after a long hunt.

My favourite cafe in Birmingham! Recently refurbished - it’s definitely become more upmarket (not that it was bad before!), has a great atmosphere and is VERY clean. A nice Halal food is prepared fresh in house, (if you go - definitely try the beef melt panini - it’s amazing!) tea’s are lovely and the cakes are second to none! You will be spoilt for choice with the selection of cream cakes and pastries - very well priced and staff are super friendly! A special mention has to go to the manager who is really lovely and always has a smile on his face! Go just for the customer experience - you will not be disappointed!

Lovely little café, lovely tea & beautiful cakes. Would have been nice if they had asked me if I wanted to eat in or take away instead of assuming a sister on her own wanted to take out. Nether the less I took my tea outside and enjoyed a sunny spot outside in peace.
