c. n.I recently attended a Sourdough bread class where I learnt so much about baking from Becky, who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. It was such a lovely day complete with a home cooked meal and the satisfaction of taking home our very own freshly baked loaves. Can't wait to use this experience in my own kitchen. Highly recommended
R. K.OMG OMB! Hands down the best crusty baguette I’ve ever had. It lasted seconds in our house. I think this is how bread is supposed to taste - I am a total convert. Also planning to arrange one of Becky’s Baking Masterclasses as part of a hen weekend next year - something a bit different and might learn a few skills.
