J. B.Brilliant selection of curries, friendly staff and a place to sit in if you wish. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the portion sizes we received.
Didn't get any of the sweets but was really tempted! Will have to try some next time I'm in Cardiff.
M. L.Mg meal was not a good as before, but still tasty, despite not being exactly hot and the dhal being rather too runny.
The samosas have gone up in price from 4 for £1 to 3 for £1. The hike in prices was saved by the fact that they were delicious.
The price is still good value.
So was my samosa chhaat which was again delicious.
Service was not as good as before, either.
Yet it's still good vfm overall.
But their sloppy service this time around needs to improve significantly if my next visit to Cardiff is worthy of a visit to this otherwise a gem of a place.
M. R.Panjabi Somosa were lovely, the pastry/batter used was crispy and melt in the mouth. Some of the sweets are interesting, but the savory food is the best and wht Indian food is famous for. Parking can be difficult to find, its not their fault, but once you found a spot Punjabi Somosas must be ordered!

Try the vegetarian lunches. Don't miss out on the chaats, either, which are prepared as you want.
N. N.Bought last minute some excellent Gajar & Khoya sweets, along with some others. Very, very delicious, fresh and beautifully made. Thanks for serving me at the last minute. The sweets were a special treat for my daughter's birthday and made us all very happy!

Picture this. It's New Years Day. The night before is bearing down upon you with full force. You dont want to cook. You dont have any money left over after Christmas. Solution? Spinach and potato and paneer curry, a paneer roll, a singara, rice, chapati and a Pepsi max. All for a tenner. The quality is better than most indian take aways in Cardiff except perhaps vegetarian food studios. The price. Fantastic.

J. E.Easily the best samosas I’ve ever had! Love this place, their curries are delicious too, we are vegan and Pooja is our go-to for a take away curry or an afternoon snack! Defo try it out if you’re in Cardiff. Staff are really friendly too.
A. R.Food is awesome. Nice atmosphere. Great variety of sweets and curries which actually taste like authentic Indian curries. Only let down is they have bumped their prices up a fair bit in the past 2 years since it has become busier. Also they only give 2 chappati's whether you get a small, medium or large curry, which makes no sense. You end up having to spend more on extra chappatis or rice which is annoying. Food is 10/10 but not great value for money anymore.

B. M.Pooja is a firm local favourite. Very tasty samosas, bhajis, pakoras and paneer rolls. Excellent value too.

F. N.A firm favorite in Cardiff for Indian desserts, I was amazed at the huge selection of sweets, including barfi and laddoos, as well as jalebi. They also cater for vegetarian dishes although I never ventured that far. They offer a very good price range and have several gift boxes of different designs and sizes for special occasions, such as Eid! They also sometimes offer you samples so you may taste before you order, especially with the less common sweets that you may find there. They also take orders if you are catering for something and I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with the taste!
v. t.The place provides a variety of sweets and savory. These are mostly Indian sweets. I have usually found stuff double fried to keep it from going bad. Only a fraction of sweets are good but as I am not very choosey I don't mind. They can also make a vegetarian cake for you and the price seem reasonable

T. J.Haven't visited the shop but I ordered a few sweets and savouries off the website for delivery. Everything arrived nicely packaged and the sweets are exactly like what you get back home in India! I ordered boondi ladoos, jamuns, jalebis, rasgullas, and soan papdi. I also ordered cornflake mixture and tikha sev. Really pleased with everything, will order again!

S.Everything is so good and fresh, staff is friendly only problem is the music they play is religious prayers which sometime make you to feel you have entered into temple. They should play Asian songs or at least BBC Radio.

A. O.If you're in the area it's worth a visit. If you've made your own curry & need some acompanyments like onion Baji or some authentic sweet nibbles pop in, but don't miss out on their fabulous vegetarian curries. Everything you expect a curry to be. You can eat in, it's not posh, but worth it.

E.The window display is very appetising, and there is even more inside. There seems to be a wide variety of savoury and sweet snacks and side dishes, and the staff are friendly. Vegan items are not labelled, although some are labelled as 'egg-free', but they were able to confirm that what I wanted was vegan.

Eggless birthday cakes are available here, however need to be ordered well in advance. Overall neat, clean and well maintained.

That of course is my weakness. But it also says about how good the shop's quality is ....

C. C.I ordered and paid for some savouries for a small party for my European friends . When my friend went to pick up the order he was told that one of the items (Dhokla) had gone off and they had texted me saying that it was being replaced by something else. Apparently the message which I later found in my "Unknown Senders " text box was sent to me only half an hour before the order was supposed to be picked up. The message said that they will give me something else instead of Dhokla as "....dokhla gone off for some resen...."
As I had not responded for obvious reasons they changed my order without having my agreement.
