C. F.Had a lovely Sunday afternoon out with the children, they enjoyed the play area, the food was great, staff very friendly, also visited Santa whilst we were there, he was very friendly had time to talk to the children and they loved it. Great work Cyril’s nut house staff.

M.First turned up for a fair greeting booked us in and we went through to the main seating area, the tables where greasy and plates where scattered around the area, walking through the main play area with my child I noticed some items that need to be fixed (pictures below), these areas can be considered dangerous, in one of the pictures there is a hole in the netting on the roof 3 stories up, this has been mentioned to the staff on the 18/08/18 but she seemed genuinely uninterested this needs fixing immediately, the food was a fair price not expensive at all, but the food took an hour to arrive at the table at a fairly quite time, the hotdog that was ordered was cold and some what tasteless, the cheese and tomatoe toasty was not dry or burnt and was generally OK, for the kids meal the chicken nuggets were dry but the chips were very nice, overall the experience was not the worst in the area but not the best either, improvements are required to bring this place up to scratch on safety and general cleanliness, this could be a good place to go.
H. D. M.The new owners have really improved the place!! Everywhere was desperately in need of doing up, it is clear that a lot of time and effort (and money !) has gone into this project. The new baby sensory areas are stunning and the improvements to the outer soft play are amazing! Well done, we will be back!
J. T.Me and my son go every week and it's fair to say it's a home away from home for him. He loves to climb and run around to his hearts content like all toddlers. The staff are friendly and efficient great place to kill some time and let little ones run off steam
G.Some great changes made to this soft play. The staff were very friendly. Food ok priced. The tables could have been further apart tho. They have a new wonderful sensory room which we were looking forward to taking our babies to but as they were 15months they couldnt go in because we were told that at first the age limit was 2yrs but because of a few idiot(my words) parents that didnt supervise their kids properly the place was trashed so they decided to lower the age limit to 12 months. What a shame. My babys small for her age and very gentle so i found this policy very unfair. She LOVES anything sensory. Maybe it would help to have a member of staff in the room also so that parents maybe are a bit better?? Apart from that a brilliant place to meet a friend and take the kids and I will be returning soon.
G. P.Did a wonderful job of my daughter's 5th Birthday Party on their first day of reopening. Thanks to all the staff for a great job, super-helpful and friendly, and tolerant of the whims of little kids :-)
L. E.Lovely safe and clean place. Food was good and quite a big selection, staff very helpful and friendly. Lots to entertain the children. My Grandson of 17 months loved it at Cyril’s, we will definitely be visiting again soon! The cakes were to die for too so if/when you visit you must try one. I can highly recommend Cyril’s.
s.Spotlessly clean and hygienic, lovely equipment for children from 2 years up. The softplay is arranged so that you can see pretty much the whole thing from the seating area which is great for when your children are old enough to head in solo. The food options weren't great for 10am and a veggie but the staff were really friendly and our children really enjoyed it also plenty of parking.
P. B.The staff are nice and friendly. The place is pretty decent for the money. Plenty of seating and decent coffee. It can get a bit loud with all the screaming kids so I always take my headphones and camp out in the corner. Let the kids burn off some steam and enjoy a coffee and some podcasts.
The kids love it. 2hrs here is enough to wear them out but they would stay all day if possible.
The toilets are always nice and clean. In fact the whole place is clean and tidy. The main bonus is that it's right in the middle of Long Eaton and it's easy to get to.
D. E.Had my granddaughters party today, this is the second time. Great area for the kids to play safely.
On both birthdays the only negative coments I have is that I felt the children are rushed to eat their party food, within 10 minutes of starting their sandwiches the staff are asking if they have finished and ready for ice cream! Then started clearing the plates away.
The tables in the play area could of been cleared and cleaned to a better standard.
You should make sure you have enough staff on to cover party's.
C. S.Great place for the kids to run and jump and climb and play. The play structure is good because you are able to see almost everything sitting down at the tables so you can keep an eye on your kids easily. Food is a bit pricey and you can't bring in outside food and drinks.
N. W.Went to kill a couple of hours on a Saturday with 4 kids.
Staff were lovely, even though we were the last ones in, they didn't hurry us.
Food/drinks are the usual you'd expect. So nothing too spectacular but the sprogs will enjoy chips and stuff anywhere so that's a win.
My only criticism is that the place is looking a little tired and could do with a tin of paint being thrown about and a chair refresh. Its clean enough, just looks dreary. the kids dont mind obviously, but for the adult folk, it would make a difference.
v. b.Freindly staff and cheap on babies (guided on my son who can only crawl at present). The play pen was perfect for a couple of babies but could see it getting crowded very quickly and easily. It was very entertaining and fun for the age range (0-3). The older babies do like to ocuppie it though. Other than that it is a great place and we are going back again very soon.

B. S.Regular visitor to Cyrils and there is always a friendly welcome.
Today my grand daughter had an accident (potty training can be challenging). The staff were efficient and cleaned up the unfortunately extensive mess without complaint. I have to apologise for the mess in the toilet which I inadvertently ommitted to report to the staff. 100% my fault, and not the responsibility of the staff or management.
I will return, but will take precautions next time!
s. b.Really great for kids - big structure to play on and there is a ride on machine too. Food is lovely and fresh and great value for money. Staff are always friendly and polite.
