Had a lovely breakfast roll and coffee in the Dunfermline cafe. Lovely friendly staff, a young girl called Tanya was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure our experience was delightful. Food and coffee was hot and very much worth the money. Thank you. Fiona.

Reasonable cappuccino and the apple and cinnamon muffin were fine ,very similar to BB Muffins in quality and price. But staff seem disinterested and Tables have not been wiped down and cleared. No wonder why BB Muffins is packed beside them and there are 4 people sitting at tables here . Management is needing to sort things out or they will not be here very long

Just popped in for a coffee and cake. The Americano is excellent. The hot chocolate is fair, not very chocolatey. We paid extra for Marshmallows and got 2. The chocolate chip muffin was very good. I was overcharged at the till. They charged me £8.50 for a £2.50 muffin. They were very relaxed about their mistake. I was handed £5.70 in cash and was told the till does that sometimes. In my cafe we would have been extremely apologetic and offered the muffin free. This was disappointing. You should try harder.

First time visiting and I'm not impressed. Several tables with dirty dishes left on them. A plastic sheet spread over seats and dirty tables. It wasn't busy so there was plenty of time to clean up. Service was ok but not great either. If it was a better experience I'd be happy to pay the prices they charge but as it is I won't return.
