Great independent Edinburgh based business, run by one woman on a mission to bring great baking to Edinburgh. Lots of great vegan options and great value for money. Find them at leith and Stockbridge markets, local stockists and online.

Have only found a stall at Leith Vegan Market (1st Saturday in month), Edinburgh. Its really good. A box containing 4 large squares of different cakes is £10 - very good value for money and amazing cakes!! They are supposed to be opening a shop in Clerk Street called the Herbivore Kitchen which will be good. They are also at Leith Market on other Saturdays but more choice of cakes on Vegan Market day.

Found this vegan stall on a recent trip to Edinburgh. I am not actually vegan but the cakes looked so good that I pretended I was while chatting to the stall owner! I bought a brownie to have with my morning coffee and two pieces of apple and cinnamon bundt to share with a friend over a post-dinner appletini later that evening (a great combination). Would recommend both brownie and bundt very highly.
