We have totally lost count of the number of cakes Minel has made so beautifully for us. She's made each birthday and event extra special with her lovely master pieces. We are working through all her flavours and each one is so yummy as the next. This last cake we had by Minel was for my lovely hubby's 40th birthday, it was lemon & coconut flavoured and looked Marvel-ous. There was not even a crumb left to take home after the party. 😍 Thank you so much Minel. On to our next one. X

Cakes by Minel made us our PERFECT wedding cake. She gave really helpful advice regarding flavours and portions, we were thrilled with the 3 flavours we chose. It was really important to us to have an eggless cake and a vegan option, all the other eggless cake samples we'd tried were so disappointing. These cakes were in a league of their own and all of our guests agreed! Minel gave us loads of design options too and when we decided on a simple plan she stayed true to our vision and worked our colour theme into the table setting on the day. Huge thanks again! After being a big fan of Minel’s creations over the last few years, and finding that she wasn’t available for my wedding cake 2 years ago, I was determined that she would be our go to for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Thank goodness she was available as the cake she created was just WOW! As soon as the theme was decided, I contacted Minel. From the initial message to the consultation to discuss design/flavour etc, Minel was just incredible. Her vegan cupcakes are also some of the best I've ever tried. She is always accommodating and really good at advising what will work and what won't. All of Minel’s cakes are tailored and more than exceed expectations - unparalleled design and creativity. Minel created both of our phenomenal wedding and reception cakes (the wedding cake even made it into a wedding magazine!). Above all, our guests all mentioned how the cakes tasted out of this world with such a diverse range of flavours offered (my personal favourite pistachio)! An added touch was that a few people at our wedding were vegan so Minel supplied her spellbinding and tasty vegan alternatives as well so that nobody missed out.

Best cakes EVER! This lovely lady made our wedding cake. She gave us a variety of options of what would go well with our current reception food and what flavour would complement. Minel's cakes are delicious! You wouldn't even know they were eggless. I think the pistachio and rose is one of my favouites, the flavour and detail in decor are a true masterpiece.
