Reviews of Aroma Buffet W12 | Dinner & Lunch
I. M.
Amazing buffet: I com every time I can. Great for families and with friends if you love Asian food, but there is something for everyone! The food is absolutely amazing and I always come out stuffed but happy. Highly recommended the buns, particularly the custard and red bean paste ones
T. P.
Nice location within the W12 shopping centre. Food is very good with a wide variety being provided however lots of fried dishes which is heavy going and the fresh fruit and veg could be better. Fizzy drinks are refillable. Good range of cakes, cheese cakes, ice-cream and sweets are also available. For the price, it's a good place to fill up.
S. A.
The price for the buffet was good. The ambience was nice and the staff were nice too. The food was okay not the best out there. There were different options to try. A variety of options were available, from fast food to oriental dishes. There were some halal options as well. I just felt it lacked taste. Overall it was okay but not great.
N. M.
Decent place to dine in. Wide variety of food with great hygiene on FOH. Great price. Recommended for a good eat out.

One of the better buffets I've eaten in, great variety and flavorful food, responsive staff picks up the empty dishes quickly. Sweets and restrooms weren't the best, otherwise lovely stuff, good value for money compared to other places in London.

Arrived 12.30pm, children's heights were measured as children are £7, and adults are £13.50.
The friend chicken wings were crunchy and hot. A small range of Chinese food, some sushi, chips, nuggets, salads and desserts were on offer.
The food tasted fresh. An Indian section is only available during dinner hours.
Overall, it was a good family lunch.
J. T.
With quite a lot of variety to choose and taste good, especially sushi is great. It would be better if hot drinks can be provided for unlimited drinks
C. v.
Haven't been to this restaurant in 3 years and was pleasantly surprised how vastly the food taste and quality has improved. The desserts used to look great but we're tasteless but now they are really good. The food was halal so I was confident on what I could and couldn't eat. The atmosphere was calm and the kids enjoyed the food too. Would definitely go again.
A. D.
The sushi was good according to my husband as I'm not a sushi fan.
The sweet and sour chicken wasn't the best honestly. The sauce had a strong vinegar smell and taste you can barely eat it. The pizza was good but the appetizers like spring-rolls & samosas barely had a stuffing. It's a waste to have same stuffing for both the other should've been meat, chicken or cheese.

Visited the branch. It is in the first floor in W12 Shopping center. Very delicious food Halal certificate is shown. Great varieties of food, including seafood. Fresh and tasting nice. From soup to ice-cream rolls. Unlimited fizzy drink refill for £2.5. The staff are very friendly. Totally recommended.
I. G.
The lunch menu is a great option if you just want to sit in and grab a few plates of food for an affordable price. I always come back here
S. N.
Hmmmm... Been frequenting this place for eons. The decor has seriously improved and is much more comfortable and spacious. The menu remains varied, with many options (for kids and adults alike). Soft drinks are refillable. Prices have increased but it's still good value for money. My one gripe? The food is sometimes cold, which makes it inedible.
N. W.
Food was absolutely delicious. Nice sized restaurant. Great customer service. Definitely have and will continue to recommend.
C. S.
The food is so good the staff are mostly lovely the restaurant is so clean and well looked after
The ONLY issue I have is they don't have crispy seaweed 😭
G. S.
There's a lot of variety in the food and the quality is really good for the price. Aroma provided a fun and affordable lunch with a lot of different items to sample from soup to dessert. There's some odd things like pizza, chicken nuggets, and tater tots but if you're going with a picky eater then it'll make life easier for you.
The one thing I will say is that the spice levels were really low in every single item. Smaller Chinese places I found nearby actually made use of green chillies and tasted great - Aroma on the other hand was very mild and catered to the local tastes.
The dessert section was excellent but almost entirely western which might not be what everyone is looking for - but if you'd fancy some ice cream or some waffles and marshmallows in chocolate sauce then you've got a lot of options.
M. K.
Nice and clean restaurant, friendly staff and most important delicious food 🍱😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 excellent service
Thank you so much 😊 definitely going back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
M. R.
Great experience at Aroma, lovely food and great friendly service, lots to choose from. My favourite was Duck pancakes and the desserts. Yum 😋
R. E.
Although there was plenty of food but still there was missing authenticity. There was not grill meat.but overall it’s a nice place to be
G. D.
Nice food a bit expensive for its qualiy..nice sussi bar. unfriendly personel
A.
Very fresh and high quality food with good choice. I could not fault the food at all and enjoyed everything I had selected on my plate. One of the best buffets of this type in London. There are a few in London of this size and style, BUT Aroma's food was at the top - the ambience is also nice and the enrvironment is clean. Plastic gloves on hand when you take your food.
Best of all, they have the most amazing, kind and gentle staff from the far east - Typical when you visit eastern countries but not so typical in London (brash and bold mentality here) - super nice receptionist.
10/10 for Aroma.... Highly recommended.
F. S.
Aroma is a decent buffet which serves a large variety of oriental cuisine. To be honest, nothing from their extensive buffet tastes outstanding that makes you come back but overall experience including ambience and variety of food makes it a nice experience and once in a while option.
K. J.
Visited several times. Great selection of tasty food. Frequently replenished. Fresh sushi, fresh sashimi.
Freshly made ice cream, cotton candy, chocolate foundation etc.
Chow Mein noodles are super tasty
They should consider having meat buns, as they currently only service vegetable ones. Pork or Duck buns would be nice for an oriental place like this
Does get super packed on a weekend. Better to visit on weekdays
Dinner menu much better than lunch.
W. P.
Best buffet I've been to in London. Highly recommend.
Quality sashimi, sushi and desserts.
All cravings taken care of in one go. Craved a little bit of Japanese Sushi, Chinese noodles, Indian Biryani, Thai curry and ice cream!
£19.99 on the weekends all day. Cheaper on the weekdays.
£6 per take away box.
Clean place and friendly helpful staff.
F. S.
My friend brought me to that place. It’s quite far from where I live but I recommend it.
I’ve been 3 times since. There is a good Choice of food. The quality is good. The place is clean!
M. U.
All the meat, noodles, rice and oven bits were delicious. Especially all the duck dishes. My only criticism is the desserts tasted a bit stale and the ice cream was not nice at all. Othern then that I would recommend this and I personally would go back if I was in the area.
U. N.
It’s nice and fresh food, sushi is nice and the buns were fresh, rice was slightly old but noodles were fresh along with other dishes, it’s £22 per person plus £2.50 a drink which is quite pricey, you can also get fresh stakes made however it’s a thin piece with no seasoning so wasn’t too pleasant, lamb was fresh however half of it was fatty so not really edible, buffet wasn’t too big, nice atmosphere, desserts were quite disappointing, the ice cream was just frozen yogurt and deserts were old and tasteless
G. D. M. (.
Fantastic restaurant to go to!
All you can eat buffet with a variety of different cuisines available to choose from, Indian cuisine, sushi/ Japanese, and a huge variety of Chinese food.
Queues are very long and waiting in line can well extend up to an hour because of it well known restaurant reputation.
E. L.
Really great experience as it was very cheap and had so much variety and so much food! Was a fun experience as buffets all are and I would definitely do it again!
M.
A busy buffet restaurant. I wanted to try pure oriental and while I thought this was the place, I didn't find out that it wasn't until I grabbed a plate and walked around to see what was on offer.
There was a small indian section with the likes of Chicken Biryani, Beef Keema, Lamb Curry, Daal and Chicken Curry as well as pineapple rice 😲.
In the next section was a mixture of far east dishes from noodles to black bean beef as well as tempura and squid.
In another section I found appetisers such as onion rings, chips, crab claw, lemon chicken and prawn toast to name a few.
Our drinks were bottomless, a deal I found on a discount website which was well worth it.
Overall it was good. But I probably wouldn't visit again as parking is a nightmare.
If you want to go, use public transport.
Finally, would I recommend? Yes I would.
k. k.
Food is good but not much variety for a buffet and costing at £22 excluding drinks which is too expensive. Has good selection of deserts but overall OK. Would probably go once in a while but not one of the top of the list to visit.
F. H.
The overall price was £10.99 for Lunch, with an added £2.50 for unlimited drinks.
There’s a great variety of mains, the most aesthetic being the Sushi platter. There was also an assortment of meats, including duck, but the black bean beef was the favourite, with fantastic flavour and tenderness. However, the chow mien and ho fun noodle dishes were dry, and therefore lacked flavour in this regard.
The desert selection was by far the wow-factor of this buffet. The mini profiteroles were so rich and creamy, alongside jelly shots, and a large selection of tubbed ice-cream. A crowd pleaser was the Mango cake with layered cream, which complimented the mango flavour extremely well. Also, there was a large sweet section that caused us to be very excited when we discovered it was all halal.
A. “. B.
Bit pricey on a bank holiday for children, i think under 16s should just be 1 price as paying adult for an 11 year old is wild. None the less, food was ok. 6/10
Z. D. M.
Offering Buffet for both launch and dinner. Aroma Restaurant is a Chinese Restaurant with many different types of dishes for everyone.
This type of restaurant with just 12 GBP per person is nowhere to be seen in this area where one can eat as much as they can afford without limitation of time except in the case of closing hour.
Very nice sitting arrangements with clean and tidy environment. Nice staffs and very courteous.
M. A.
A wide variety of food to choose from. While some of the dishes were immensly delicious; there were some that were not good enough. The value for money was not up to the mark since I believe it is a bit overpriced.
K.
Reopen so I decided to make another review. Visit on Sunday and place looks really nice and spacious. More food variable, increases of Indian, Starters and desert selection. They included fizzy drinks in the price £ 17.99 so they are free refill which is good. Would recommend.
a. G.
Very nice. Nice food rendang, sashimi, sushi, tempura..fish dishes, hijiki edamame salad, seaweed and cucumber salad, red bean paste bun, shave ice....teppanyaki..

Food was good.sashimi bar. staffs was very attentive and helpful. Variety of food fusion east and west ..
This restaurant has always serves fresh prawns ...
The shave ice .. Can be added with the jelly, fruit cocktails and fresh fruits. Delicious..
Just don't waste the good food.
Well done to the staffs and managers who worked very hard. Keep it up...
This place is affordable and value for money.

After a recent refurbishment and what looks like new management, this place is our favourite buffet in London!!! Service is good and the food is GREAT! And as there’re so many different types of cuisine here I come here and eat quite often! I don’t know if it’s a temporary offer but it’s £9.99 for lunch here on weekdays right now - LOVING IT! (Ps £2 for bottomless drinks is VERY competitive 👍👍)!
A.
Clean and well organised buffet restaurant with nice staff and great variety of dishes.
Loved the atmosphere, nice food and very good service.
Love it❤
😎👍
M. B.
Fabulous place it's evolved over the years and there are so many things to choose from. The food is delicious and it's beautifully clean. It's the same owner and he knows how to run a huge restaurant. I have been numerous and it never disappoints. Eat as much as you like. £25 a head roughly and for an extra £2.50 unlimited soft drinks. I love the desserts and the fact there are sweets everywhere is heaven. Plenty of room and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
B. O.
Can never get enough of this place! Great value for food and the staff are very kind and professional. Just wish they bought the chocolate fountain or ice cream machine back during lunch time.
S. D.
Great food, friendly staff. Very busy but it's well worth it. The choices are amazing one of the best buffets around.
A. N.
A significant portion of the selection is deep fried food, it's great if you're into that but otherwise it's majorly unhealthy. That said, the food is tasty enough, and pretty good for the price. While the savory food is middle of the road, the desserts are surprisingly better than expected. The ambience isn't great; very few lights were on at the seating area and it was super dark. Service was pretty good though if you can find the waiter in the dark.
M. L.
Can't help but love this buffet. It has something for everyone and we always leave happy and full when we are finished. £22.50 per person if you opt for unlimited soft drink with your food (weekend prices) which is reasonable considering the range of food is good and mostly good quality too. The dishes are reasonably fast to be replaced when they are out and the staff are polite when you ask for something that is empty to be replaced. The flash frozen ice cream and the candy floss machine are a pretty cool addition too!
Oh, and the sushi here is really really really good, case better than I would have ever expected at a buffet.
F. O. u.
Haven't been here in so long couple years back and to my surprise they upgraded big time extended for more space, the place is beautifully decorated the food tasty af, great emprovement since last visit, definitely looking foward to eating here more often.
Well done Aroma 👌🏾

I had a event with 40 of my family members and called to book a week before and I spoke to Elizabeth who was very helpful and friendly, didn't rush me but instead was calm in helping me organise my massive clan. Upon arrival, we were shown to our seating area swiftly. The food was amazing and especially loved the prawn tempura, noodles, sushi and fresh fish selection and the waffles. I will definitely return for the waffles alone! I was especially impressed as I remembered by Elizabeth, I was surprised as there were so many customers and we had only spoken over the phone but shows that they have good customer service. Thank you Elizabeth and aroma!
O.
Wish they had more choices for the lunch options but overall food tasted much more nicer and yummy when your really hungry! They had a range of food which was good
V. T.
It's ok. My main concern is after explaining my three year old grandson wouldn't eat; they eventually after five minutes came to an agreement that we'd only be charged £3 for him. For right at all for children who don't eat at all!!!
W. d. W.
I would really recommend this place for a (business) casual long night out. Against a fair price you can eat (and drink +£2,50) unlimited from the buffet. Polite staff quickly removes used plates, even though it's pretty busy. The food itself is not amazing but good value for the low pricing. The tables are fairly close together, sometimes it's hard to get trough from the buffet, but at least it gives the restaurant a cozy fealing. I would go again.
J. A.
Very well known buffet but still a bit pricey for what it is but hopefully the price tag is supporting the people who work there!
K.
The sushi was amazing . Completely worth going, the staff was really friendly and soo many options to choose from.
I. M.
Nice buffet in London W12 near Westfield Shepherd bush. I enjoyed nice sea food in here , see weed . Enough place for a family meal. Variety of choice .
K. y.
I Eat there often some time a go they had meny more food option to choose e.g you could have grilled Sea food, they had some Indian dishes, and exc. but now most its chinese still delishous and expencive🙂
M. C.
The staff are hard worker
Anytime they see an empty plate on customers table they would collect them immidiately
They have way too many option of food
I saw some chinese, japanese, thai, indonesian and indian food there
The sushi are very recommended
The sashimi are super fresh
The lamb, i feel like a bit too chewy but still yummy tho
The indonesian beef rendang also its too fatty and the flavour is a bit light but still good
The duck is yummy
If ever i get a chance to visit london again and stay nearby id definitely come back there again and again
Anyway its £21 all you can eat included water
For any other drink we have to pay extra
The other drink is just soft drink if im not mistaken
Good thing i dont drink soft drink so for me i didnt need to pay extra
And they have lots of option for sweets too
This is just my kind of heaven
A.
Was so good very amazing food delicious and fresh different types of food I liked the rice and everything smelled delicious I can’t wait to go back again
R. W.
1st time there. Amazing choice of food. Only issues cold plates and food warm, not hot. Went there at 12.15
V. L.
Need to have more extra foods eg Noodle with various different flavour foods separately vegetables or fish or chow mein, more extra ice cream alot of favourite isn't there??? I hope you will Planning in the future improve
n. S.
Lovely food but some was cold and empty ones took a while to be replaced but other than that it was good!
S. B.
The food was good some main dishes have changed limited in option there wasn't any Thai dishes like I was used to.
S. K.
The food was good, my wife enjoyed it and usually she's very fussy, toilets need a good clean though smelt very bad of number 2 and strong smell of urine but apart from that quite clean, also would be nice if they had spare ribs in just salt and black peper aswell not everyone can enjoy sweet things.
im not trying to leave a bad review i just want this to help management to improve their business.
S. 2.
Good choice of food from curry's to pizza and Chinese food, food is halal, and Good dessert bar area also. Lots of seating so no hanging around, good priced and self service only thing I didn't like this time is there was 1.30 time slot and we lost track of time and went to get desserts and when we came back out table had been given to other people and our drinks had been taken away
Y. Y.
Fantastic food good service we had our staff late Christmas party 🥳 we really enjoyed it lot of food lot of drinks
B.
A huge variety of foods to choose from including sushi and fresh seafood grilled in front of you. The desserts were also amazing especially the creme brulee and banana fritters. Can't wait to go back!
N. T.
Great variety of sushi, chinese stir fries and indian food. Deserts are also very good presented with chocolate fountain, ice cream, fresh fruits among other cake varieties that will make desert lovers go to the place just for to get desert.
It's so good you want to try it all.
S. M.
Delicious meals and lot's of food choices....thanks for keeping me fat 😅😅😅 I adore this place
G. Z.
Friendly staff prices on the high side between the open buffets in London but many dishes to choose from I recommend it
K. S.
Nice restaurant, great environment and lots of variety. Good place to go with family. Lovely and helpful staffs. Enjoyed a lot.
N. W.
Best buffet ever the chicken is the best chicken I have ever tasted. The food is scrumptious and mouth watering.
K. H.
Great choice of food from lots of different areas in Asia, with a few western dishes such as pizza and wedges for the less adventurous and kids. Dessert area has lots of choice and overall really great value. The only negative was some of the chicken dishes were a little chewy but that was about 3 out of the 15 options. I would go back!
C. p.
been here 3 times in a month. love that it's a buffet lunch and dinner. they have a lot to choose from an it comes set price with drink included.
S. K.
Excellent buffet, both in taste and a huge variety including nuggets, fries, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, curries, pizza, sushi, salads, soups, rolled ice cream counter, Mr. Whippy, desserts, and more ! HALAL. Very affordable price and fast service. Most of the time buffets with this much choice compromise on taste but not here! Dishes tasted fantastic with individual tastes! Would highly recommend!
N. H.
Lovely place to take your family, a wide selection of freshly cooked foods especially the sushi which I very much enjoyed.
The dessert section is a big winner for children, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the marshmallows and chocolate fountain as well as all the sweets and rolled ice cream.
Staff were very polite, welcoming and professional.
Would definitely recommend this place.
M.
Average at best.
Would I recommend this place not really, unless you are hungry or nearby because the price is OK for the variety of food served but nothing more.
The problem is the food itself. You have a large variety of choice but nothing it's really good. Nothing it's bad but nothing comes out of the ordinary. Usually in a buffet of this kind I always find at least one dish that me think, oh this was good but not here. Average, with maybe the exception of the rolled ice cream.
R. V.
Great selection of food! Spoilt for choice but didn't get to try it all
K. M.
Have been here many times before and it was great, revisited again in the last week after the refurb and it’s sooooo much better. The place looks amazing and I also feel like the food has improved. Feels more like a modern Chinese buffet now 🙌🏽
K. W.
The photos make it look more luxurious then it is.
Selection of food is okay, a little boring. Rolled icecream made it better but limited flavours. The unlimited drinks options is okay, wish they offered more healthier options rather sugary drinks.
Would only go again if a friend invited me but boring menu.
The pro is the service is very friendly and there is no time limit.
A.
I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the food and ambience makes this place a nice restaurant buffet to frequent. I had a bit of a situation with one of the staff that came off a bit rude while saying that pizza shouldn't be taken by hand. I was understanding and didn't try to question her, however she then went on to give a lecture and reprimanded me in front of other customers which was embarrassing - I'd like to add that I made sure to only touch the pizza I planned to take and didn't even touch the plate. I had seen another customer do this before me. I do understand why the lady felt the need to mention that pizza shouldn't be taken by hand, however there were no utensils other than a knife to take the pizza in the first place. I feel like this could have been handled better and in a less humiliating fashion. Other than that, the rest of the staff were great.
B. S. (.
I absolutely love this place. A all you can eat buffet for a good price. Food is good.
S. O.
Sometimes get a takeaway for £6? but eat in buffet is dearer. I prefer to not make space for entire buffet. Seems a popular venue for a night out. Lots of buffet choices and I have chosen these: Indonesian fried rice, fried hofun, tempura, duck, Indonesian beef rendang, vegetable choices like green beans&veg, beancurd&veg, celery&veg dishes (some with a garlic sauce I think)
Desserts looks good from afar too.
Your taste buds/mileage may vary.
N. A.
We liked the food, the service , meanly the nice waitress Ms. Elizabeth
A. 0.
Very nice selection of foods!Very well made, very quick to get a table.pretty good view
P. S.
Everything was good, not the best that I have eaten, but there is a huge range of food with average to good quality.
W. D.
All you can eat buffet 👍👍👍👍. It is the second of its kind I've been to. There was a queue but we got in within 10 - 15 mins. However, it's probably best to call and book, saves the waiting outside in a queue. The food is great but limited to Chinese buffet mainly. No beef served there. The one in Watford town centre is more beef friendly and multi cuisine. Public transport bus and train is literally outside or close to it. Also its directly across the road from Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush. They also host birthday parties, I observed two parties while we were waiting outside (probably the reason for the queue as well.) You can park in Westfield parking area but there is a different parking which leads directly to the restaurant. You can call and find out. Hope this helps you with your decision.
✅ As a side note, Jesus Christ loves you, He came to this world to die, on the Cross and pay the penalty for your sins so that you don't end up perishing (John 3:16-17) i.e., lose your soul and be condemned to hell. It really doesn't matter what you've done in your life, He gave His life to save yours. The choice is yours to make. Be encouraged and choose to live your life through Him and for Him Alone and ONLY HIM (John 14:6 & Romans 10:9-10). 😄🙏🙏🙏
k. L.
Very wide selection of food, clean and affordable prices
J. L.
Food always hot and tasty, never wait too long to get a table or for them to fill up the dishes. Good variety. Only downside is the bar menu is pretty poor, the cocktails are served in standard glasses with pre-mixed ingredients.
T. S.
Perfect service but the food was hit and miss but chicken curry and the other chicken dishes were lovely but maybe not for the price paid
C. P.
I would love to say it's no good keep away, but I will be honest. It's FANTASTIC ! For the price you pay and what's on offer you cannot grumble , great choice !
A. G.
Big selection of foods, medium or a little bit better quality. Staff really nice and they care about the customers. You have to pay extra for the drinks which could be in the price if you pay £14.99pp. One tea £1.30 which is not too expensive. You have two hours to eat. Good location. Easy to access by bus and tube.
D. S.
It ok for the price! All clean and tasty! But the desserts was horrible. All of it. Stick with the main food .
C. D.
To be fair I was ot sure if this place desreved 2 or 3 stars, but based upon the comments from my companions I have gone for 3.
The food was okay for the price, but not much more than that. A number of the dishes wre quite cold by the time that you get them to your table. Some tasted okay but seemed to leave a bit of a chemical taste in your mouth aftewards. However given that it was £20 a head for an all you can eat buffet I was not expecting too much from the food. The overheads in this place must east up a large portion of the meal price,
The drinks were very reasonably proced and nothing wrong woth them what so ever.
The staff were a bit hit and miss with some obviously not the happiest to be working there but the girl on the till was very frienldy and treated us well.
The toilets looksed relly clean but the fllor was really sticky as though it had just been cleaned with water. My companions told me that the Ladies was the same as the Gents (very Sticky). Overall the rest of the restaurant seemed clean.
T. “. F. G.
Absolutely 💯Love this Place and the Staff are so Nice and Welcoming!
It has a Great Selection of Food Choices, no wonder they're are Busy at the best of time!
My Daughter also enjoys going there.
Thank you so Much for what You all do to make 'Aroma' a Great Eating Experience!
🥳
D. J.
Some of the best quality food you can get from a buffet. I have have experienced food delivery that has been terrible and over priced. So believe when I say you will enjoy the food here. I found some of the chicken dry even if they are in sauce. But it makes sense that people will complain chicken is under cooked so better to over do it. Great flavours can't wait to go again
V. S.
Visited Aroma today, at first didn't like the setup, I missed having my drink as much as you like, now you are only allowed 1 drink which is a separate bill. The food was cold, (I hate cold food) I spoke to the host Elizabeth and she immediately provided assistance and asked if I wanted it warmed up, which she did. She was great, very attentive, and helpful, I wanted to take her home 😆. You couldn't ask for a better host. Management at Aroma please acknowledge her dedication and commitment to her role, she deserves a raise.

I absolutely love this place best buffet in UK 5 stars
F. I.
Very nice place, visited many times and never been disappointed. Our last visit Elizabeth was very helpful. Fantastic choice of foods, and it tastes great.
M. K.
Variety, great venue decoration, very clean, and excellent food. Best all you can eat in west London

Overall the food is mediocre, not great but also not bad, exactly what you pay for with £20. However, the cooked prawns are terrible quality, avoid! The desserts are delicious, but you cannot go pick up whatever you want. The dessert and fruit sections are behind the “bar”, you have to tell a staff what you want, and they will pick for you, so quite challenging for near sighted people like me. The main dishes are around 65% fried, so not exactly the healthiest thing in the world.

Always love eating here. But they didn't hve much this time round. Maybe next time

Very nice place for a Chinese buffet. Customer service is average though

Saturday night very busy but a great place to have a work function or gathering with friends food was yummy and dessert omg!! Fresh ice-cream rolls 😋
T. B.
buffet restaurant. 17.99 for evening meal plus £2.00 for unlimited soft drinks.
Large range of dishes. Indian, Chinese, and Japanese. Just felt it bit over priced possibly due to the location which is right opposite Westfield and shepherds Bush tube station. Great view however.

A good experience with fairly clean atmosphere and casual vibe.
Many dishes, mainly fried.
Teppanyaki was ok but only cook 6 different dishes and no longer as before.
Free water, desserts were nice and ice cream good.
Highly recommend for a special occasion with family.

Nice food
Good price
C. H.
Really great variety, not just Chinese that's for sure. Quality was high considering again it's a buffet. Friendly (overworked!) Staff, be aware on Saturday there is usually a queue out that door - a good sign .
A. H.
I like the all you can eat places food is ok not fantastic but not bad
s.
Great place. Great variety of sushi. Worth the price. Dinner is better than lunch as in dinner you get to use the tepenyaki grill and you're allowed to get cotton candy and snowcones. Wise variety of sushi, noodles and rice. Some fast food aswell if you have a picky eater/child in your group. Most of the reviews are over exaggerated and false. I would give over 5 if I was able to. (Everything is halal there aswell)
M. t.
Sushi selection was good but missing nigiri which they really should have but my favourite was the tuna roll..
Sashimi section was really good. The teppanyaki was also good. There was a huge variety of Asian food. Don't know how different the food is during lunch but during the evening everything I had was really nice.
E. P.
So many choices, great food, nice ambiance, totally full up, great value aswell....be going back again for sure...
D. M.
.. but staff could be more welcoming. Food is good, deserts low quality so go for fruit.

£20 of all you can eat! There is literally anything you want! Sushi, Chinese, duck, chicken, lamb, pork, frieds, vegetables, noodle, rice. Then lot of desserts, ice cream, and fruits. Unlimited soft drinks for £3.50.
Go there ready...otherwise you are not going to eat everything!
A. A.
Got here after 9pm, best to be early, allow enough time to enjoy & digest food as the place starts to wind-down from 10pm and you would be told, to stop eating from 11pm.
Anyway, warm greetings at entrance, £20/head. Fresh sushi, food is halal, verities to choose from. Covid-19 measures in place, wearing of mask & gloves in food areas when serving, with screen shielding food from customers. so hygiene was reassuring.
The sea food and vegetables dishes were fresh.
The paultry and meat were not so much for my liking: ribs, chicken wings all tasted days old nd dry. For me, it's was a No! No! taste.
: wings, shredded Dock, ribs & sweet- n-sour chicken dishes has to taste fresh.
No time for the dessert but it it looks appealing good.
Next visit: To be early, stick to steam vegetables Nd seafood, would taste the wings for reviews only. Overall = Good

Great food selection. Just disappointed that you can only use the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain after 6 pm and weekend's.
L. P.
Very good. Very delicious. Worth the price. There are a many and a variety of food and desserts to choose from! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I would definitely come back too! 😋😋
M.
Selection is a little more limited than expected but overall a good buffet.
L. A.
Not bad, i loved the menu before compare now, very street food taste.
P. B.
Food was great as always. We were lucky there was no queue when we arrived.

Reading the reviews here I was worried about visiting this restaurant with my family but i need not have worried. Aroma Buffet was amazing!
The food was fresh and being replenished regularly and everything tasted as good as the best chinese food I have eaten around London.
The fact that it is halal meant that we could really explore the cuisine and there was something for everyone. Our 7 year old really enjoyed the sushi and the desserts including the chocolate fountain. The pizza surprisingly tasty too!
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent work guys keep up the good work!!

Missing some of favourite dishes but overall, still offers a good buffet experience. Place has adapted well with government's safety requirements in order to welcome diners safely.
S. O.
Good quality if somewhat pricy buffet. The service of drinks leaves a lot to be desired, consistently having to flag down a waitress in order to get some water. This may be because of covid changes though. Aside from that there's a great variety of food to chose from with personal highlights being the Beef Rendang Curry and Nasi Goreng. Desserts are a little less inspiring, the same collection of bland jellies/cheesecakes/sponges you'd expect to find at buffets such as this.

Pleasant Experience - before going here for someones birthday I read the reviews and I was dreading it. All in all it was a good experience. It was clean and the staff were friendly & helpful enough...even the parking assistant in the car park was nice. Was slightly over priced for what it is but there's so much wastage from people over piling their plates I don't blame them. Plus you get free soft drinks so kind of makes up for it. The food was good (not exceptional), just like what you'd expect from any reasonable takeaway, but there's a decent selection (even for us vegans - I had chickpea curry, rice, noodle, sir fry veg, veg samosas & spring rolls and onion rings) and was fully stocked between 7-9 which is when visited. They were patient with the kids (who had pizza & chips) and very accommodating with a cake we'd taken along. This is not a Michelin star restaurant so don't go expecting that. As a Buffet service it's very good and that's all you should expect when going here. I would be happy to go again.

Good restaurant but very basic food nothing over exciting
M.
Lots of choice most diets catered for. All toy can eat buffet.
J. A.
Very good food, the staff and waitresses were very polite. Chef Mohan helped us a lot.
R. A.
Really worth the money, and lovely food. Great variety of choice, great sashimi and sushi as well, and lovely staff. Elizabeth was especially friendly and brought us many dishes she thought we would enjoy. Also very Covid safe, and precautions were taken to make you feel at ease. Highly recommend
K. &. L.
We loved this place before lockdown - and with their strict safety and cleanliness measures (barriers, gloves, service at the desserts) we felt safe and well cared for - and it was just as yummy as before! We can really recommend it!
A.
To be honest, I rate this place for the good covid measures they put in place. I have 3 stars because I wasn't entirely happy with the food quality. The squid ring didn't taste like had any squid in it, same with onion rings.
K. M.
Lovely lovely food, for 21 pounds buffet with many kitchens to choose from
S. A.
Nice venue, decent view and good food!
They are very strict on closing times FYI!
B. K.
Fresh food with multiple choices I really enjoyed every bite
S. P.
I liked the live counter much and different varieties of chicken.
F.
The food was very good. There was a wide variety but not the biggest. Clean toilets and had dessert. Drinks weren't included though.
A. K.
lovely fresh food so many options. my family loved it.. so much food. well worth the price with all you can eat dessert fruit salad,.. I don't see why people are complaining about price.. the Malaysian lady who is the owner works extremely hard. but unfortunately due to cheap prices you see all sorts of people eating their and I can now clearly see why people thought the staff and mangers are rude.. but believe me they are not. in fact I found them extremely helpful, polite and helpful
we travel all the way from east London.. please open another branch in east London . the best Chinese and Japanese food buffet I've been to.. thank you
M. A. N.
I been coming here for the past 5 years
Some times they have bad moments
But in general and especially lately the quality has been spot on, great food, proper Chinese buffet unlike others a f great sitting area and atmosphere
Very good fo family's as well
J. W.
Was debating about whether to give 3 or 4 stars. On the minus, the rice & noodle choices were pretty tasteless & dull. The staff seemed a bit slow, though it was busy. On the plus side there was a decent range of savouries, with the SE Asian section being very good. The desert section was also noteworthy, with fresh frozen rolled ice cream and candyfloss. Worth going once.
T. B.
Amazing. Very good. Will go again
v. s.
Not as good as pre covid, but quite a bit more expensive 🤷🏼♂️
Y. P. E.
Plenty of variety!! Good taste!! Love the place!!
K. M.
Great buffet good options including sushi. Didnt like the fast food pizza chips etc they need to go pls only chinease food as advertised. Queued along time to get in which wasnt great. Bring back the fresh steak option . Also takeaway is a good idea you can fill a box and no queuing go straight to the till.
A. G.
I've been there twice, the food was great and a good selection, will definitely be visiting again.
U. B.
I've been here 3 times one by myself and twice with my freinds and we really enjoyed it here. The food was nice their was a lot to choose from which is also good. Just one or two disappointments is that the price has gone up for lunch and dinner which is going to stop me from coming as much as I used to and the other bad thing is that when I picked up a plate it was so hot that I felt like my hand was going to burn. I hope that changes but other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place. Staff were nice they could be a bit more welcoming but It is a busy place and you should consider that they are very busy
K. G.
Amazing sushi and everything else
M. B. A.
The food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and helpful, usually there was someone available to take my order except a few times when it was pretty busy so it was understandable.
The biggest problem was the menu, while it had a nice variety it did not specify the size portions and you would get the sushi mix
.Overall a great experience would recommend to anyone.

So so so so so tasty, loads of food and desserts and drink, loads of vegan and veggie options too
H. S.
Recently with the family just celebrated my husband birthday. It was an amazing experience, food, service, managers were great. This restaurant never disappoint us with the quality of food what they give.
We also could play our own music, for what I am really grateful.
We are coming back! 😊
C. M.
Food was nice but only gave 3 stars because your feet actually stick to the ground as you walk, not a nice feeling but the counters &.food was fresh.
L. D.
Invited here for lunch on the occasion for a friend's birthday. Soft drinks except Coke were freely available. I have no idea of the price of the buffet as it was paid for by my friend's family. The place was nice and clean and staff were about clearing away the tables. The dishes were mainly oriental and there was no pork on the menu. The staff were very slow at filling up the empty bowls. I enjoyed whatever I tried but as the choice of dishes was somewhat limited compared to some of the other buffet places, it is unlikely that I will visit by choice. Recommended for a first time visit at least.

great buffet to go with friends,
theres soemthing for everyone
will be returning
A. T.
Very nice place with huge variety of very delicious food. I needed two stomachs to feel satisfied.

Not been here for more than 2 years and it's still the same, I'd love to see a new menu.

Amazing!!!! I can’t wait to come back here again. This restaurant has so much choice and quality food. You could stay for hours if you wanted too! The sushi was delicious, the roasted duck breast was awesome. It was just so great.
Y. S.
Renovation did them a solid I believe. The place looks better and offers a much warmer atmosphere, which I like.
The food itself is standard for an Asian buffet: a lot of deep fried items, and then the stereotypical Chinese food is offered as well (fried rice, noodles, sweet and sour chicken, etc). I’ve never tried their sushi (something about buffers and raw fish, I’ve never gotten over).
Staff are cool. They’re friendly, work quickly, and are approachable.
The lost of star is really just the pricing. I’ve seen this restaurant steep it’s prices so much over the years, and honestly the dinner price, to me, for the food they offer, is really quite high.
Lunch time is great though.
R. C.
It's good for what it is. So long as you don't go expecting 5* food you won't be dissatisfied. The food was good with plenty of choice. At £21.50 including unlimited soft drinks the price is very good. The only thing I would recommend is that they consider small pots or bowls to place sauces in.
S. A.
I have been coming here since 2012, and overall I feel the food and selection is good and worth a visit. Since the refurbishment last year the prices have gone up and the staff have become a bit more stricter, if you bring in kids such as a one year old they may ask you if he/she will eat and if they do you would have to pay.
To conclude I miss how it used to be, price used to be a bargain but I would still visit once in a while as it is a Halal buffet, not that many in London. It is child friendly too and the main manager is a decent man.
L. K.
Usually enjoy aroma and the overall quality has improved since it was refurbished, also adding unlimited drinks was a good move. The negative as with many buffets is that some times food can get a little tough sitting out and this time my sister cut into a chicken ball which whilst the chicken was thankfully fine the batter was near raw.. Overall though a little more pricey now aroma has a good range from cold sushi, soups, steamed buns and salads to a wide variety of hot dishes and desserts... you will usually come out satisfied and full up
I.
Lovely service I did got my money worth
A.
Been here twice with friends. Amazing places with loads of options to pick from. I recommend.
k. k.
Great place with a great variety of food.
Sushi, noodles, rice, chicken, fries...etc.
It will make happy a great range of people with a different taste
R. L.
I have been to Aroma before a few years back before the refurbishment, and a few times after the refurbishment with just friends.
However this time I suggested to a family member to celebrate their son, my nephew birthday at the restaurant. So there was about ten of us including small children.
The food was good, however they should not have a height restriction when it comes to children under the age of 5 years old.
How much food can a child under 5 years old eat. £10.50 during the weekends is to much money. From having the price Monday to Friday for under 5 year old £3.00.
The £3.00 only applies if the child is under 90cm. In height.
Plus the manager and the lady by the till very rude towards one of my family members.
I have also notice reading the people’s reviews, that if the review is positive. Aroma response with a thank you. If it’s a complaint they don’t respond to the review.
Feedback is feedback whether you like it or not. It’s supposed to help your company improve so that it continues to generate wealth.
Anyway let’s see if they respond and consider what I have written.
