Love this little place. Always so busy and thats because they have good food and drinks on the menu! This morning i got myself a coffee and almond croissant which was really good, had the plain croissant too. I love the fact they were individually packed, made me feel safer. I sometimes get my fresh juice too and its nice. Amazing staff, good customer service. Keep it up guys!

I love this place! Found them when I was pregnant and had frequent visits to Chelsea and westminster hospital in 2018. Have been a frequent customer since then. The best bagels I've ever had! The coffee, smoothies, juices, breakfast bowls, everything is perfect here! The staff are super friendly and nice. Their food was one of the reasons I enjoyed both my stays at C&H hospital! :D

Bravo B Bagel! I did not expect to find New York style bagels in west London. The bagel has just enough chew to it and the ratios of ingredients are done beautifully. Consider this lad impressed. I went for a classic in the States which is smoked salmon and creme cheese perfectly prepared on a toasted bagel of your choosing. Service is friendly and quick. Don't skip on the pastries in the window either.

The food here is so good ! I have been here many times and everything I have tried tastes delicious. I’m obsessed with the chicken schnitzel bagel and super salad. Inside is always clean, the service is speedy and the variety of the menu is great. Staff are always nice, especially Daniela she is super friendly and welcoming. The drinks she makes are Amazing, especially the fresh smoothies and hot chocolate which are some of the best in London ! And it always puts a smile on my face to see her so thank you :)

The best bagels I’ve had in London. Was a source of doughy joy while in ICU for 3 weeks over Christmas at the hospital. Mana served us and was lovely.

Really good spot to grab something to eat and go. I tried their salads, smoothies, bagels, and I must say they do the best bagels in London. I also love their challah bread. Whatever you get, I can surely say it's gonna be tasteful and served by very kind staff.

Desperate for a pick me up as i was waiting at the A&E across the road, i ventured outside for a coffee and found this little gem.... having never tried the brand before, I am so glad I did!! The coffee and bagels are the best I've ever had. Not only that, the wonderful ladies serving the customers were just amazing and their beautiful smiles and upbeat energy probably made the food taste even better. Quite literally my favourite food in the whole wide world! These bagels are food of the gods! I live very close to B Bagel Bakery Bar and my only regret is that as a result of these incredibly tasty bagels, I can no longer fit into my jeans! That is my fault though and nothing to with the bagels, I just can't stop eating them because they are so good!! Bagels are my favourite type of bread. I have eaten bagels from all over the country, all over the world in fact, and these are just the BEST!! If I had to select a last meal on earth, a bagel from B Bagel Bakery would definitely be it!

I Love your bagels so much. One question though if you don't mind. What has happened to the Salt Beef of late? The last two i bought were really poor. Please don't misunderstand me, The quality is the same but the presentation is poor. Doorsteps of Salt Beef and a large pickle cut down the middle and placed un-lovingly on a bed of sauerkraut and between a bagel. Until last week the salt beef was broken in to the bagel and the pickle was sliced more. I hate to moan as I love these so much.

Amazing Bagel. I was interested in ordering a salad but an employee, super polite and friendly, Maria, advised me for New York on sesame. It was the most delicious bagel-burger I've ever had. An iced latte after that made it a perfect lunch. If I need to be in the area again, I will definitely get the chance to have the bagel once again. Next time,I'll try some something sweet as well. Maria offered me to try the brownies but I regretted not listening to her. Next time...Soon..

Best Customer Service Ever! I have visited B Bagel Chelsea on the 13.05.21. It was the first time I was visiting this place, and I was not in the best mood for personal reasons. My mood changed completely when Maria assisted me. Her warm welcome and her smile (even with wearing a mask I could feel it!) really made my day. As I am on a diet, was not very sure for what to order. Maria was fully informed for all the sandwiches and recommended a couple of options for me. I was really impressed! THE best bagel place in London! So obsessed with their tuna melt bagels and fresh salads (which are often sold out, so come early!) They offer such amazing options. Especially during the first lockdown this place has been a life saver as it was one of the only places that was open.

Another great little bagel shop/cafe. Really fresh food for take away or eat in, I often bought my take away breakfast there on my way to work at the hospital, they too give a discount to NHS staff. Wouldn't want to sit down to eat though, tables and space in general a bit too close for my taste, but definitely recommend for delicious and fresh take away and friendly staff.

Since it's take away only, I guess staff bad attitude doesn't matter, but still it'd be nice to just feel welcome when ordering. I couldn't wait to grab my bagel and go. I used to live in New York City and had bagels 2-3 times a week. I had given up all hope for a proper bagel after moving to London. B Bagel, while not a true NYC-sized bagel, is a like a refined British equivalent and I’m so happy to be a patron. The bagels are light, chewy, and well portioned, and they crisp perfectly when toasted. Their whipped cream cheese is amazing (garlic chive fan)! Besides the bagels, I highly encourage people try their lemon poppy seed muffin, it’s a true hidden gem. I think the only way it could get better is if they adopted a more NYC Bagel deli vibe to build my own sandwich, and I wish they had a few more choices for their bagel and cream cheese flavors. Regardless, you won’t be disappointed. Personal fav: Everything Bagel with Garlic & Chive cream cheese, double toasted.

It’s honestly a massive shame that I must give this place a three star. Whilst the bagels taste good, the staff seem to be rather incompetent when following instructions and taking down ingredients properly. This is the second time they have not included three of the main ingredients inside the bagel yet fully charged me for it. Only shame is that by the time I’ve had a taken away and gotten home it’s too late to go back. Safe to say I have over spent but reckon I will not be returning until the staff are able to focus more on taking the order than having banter with one another.

I have to agree with Jack Marpay's review here. The bagels are good yet the staff don't have a warmness that makes you feel like a valued customer. I have been here many times and although they're pricey I still return as it's opposite my work and the food is tasty. However, often there is some complication when placing a straightforward order maybe I speak too quietly for all the noise? I haven't ever particularly felt that comfortable when placing my order because the staff are interested in bantering with one another or just plainly not paying attention to me, or what they're doing when I'm ordering. Never a 'good morning' or friendly gesture. I was over charged today 'eat-in' prices and I noticed, so I let the guy who took my order know. A colleague came to refund me but neither of them apologised for the inconvenience and I felt disregarded. I won't be coming back again

AMAZING!! If only I could give 7 stars. Perfect food every time - we go every weekend for breakfast and we've tried most of the menu - the porridge and tuna melt are our favourites, and includes free coffee. They do half price bagels an hour before closing every day and they are amazing, the only bagels in Britain that are as good as those in New York. Once our order didn't go through and we waited 20 minutes before a waiter came over to check why we hadn't received our food. They put the order through again and took 50% off the bill and said we can grab cookies/brownies/pastries etc. for free on our way out. Glad the order didn't go through! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the manager she's lovely. I've rarely ever seen service this good in any restaurant or shop. If there's any downside at all its that it can get extremely busy like all the best places in London so if you come in with a party of 3+ people you may have to wait for a table.

I've long craved a good bagel whilst in London. The only good ones I came across (until now) were the places in Brick Lane. It seems now my search has finally ended. Most other places use the mass produced variety. These guys though make their own bagels on site in the traditional way. They are very good. The only negative is they could have a few more varieties of bagel and a few more of the cream cheese. (Especially lacking is a Jalapeño cream cheese). Even so they deserve 5 stars even with these minor shortcomings.

Love the bagels, the staff needs a wake up call... I used to order from BBBB on Deliveroo but then one day they just stopped going to Fulham. The last two times I've eaten at the restaurant. The first time, I clearly stated that I wanted to eat in and my stuff was packed for takeaway (sans napkins) and the second time I was served a cold bagel not even toasted.
