Reviews of Brigit's Bakery & Afternoon Tea Bus Tours
J.
This place is absolutely fantastic. I came here after a relative bought me some vouchers for afternoon tea in the bakery itself. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and professional. The food was absolutely outstanding, and done to perfection. I particularly liked the cakes and the scone which was served warm. I went when they had the valentines theme, which looked absolutely great. I really liked the fact that they had afternoon teas that catered to different dietary preferences, such as vegan, gluten free and halal. I had the vegan one which was very nice. It would be good to see a dairy free option in the future. I would definitely come back here. Thanks for an amazing day!

Highly recommended afternoon tea experience. Food was all lovely. There are dietary options available to suit all requirements. Drink as much tea /coffee as you can handle with no loo on board. Tables set out so you weren't close to others. On board commentary of London landmarks. Unfortunately some roads were closed and we missed the front of Buckingham Palace but didn't spoil the experience. On board staff were excellent.

My wife and I absolutely loved the whole experience, we've been on quite a few afternoon teas and this was up there as one of the best.
The food was great, they were very accommodating of dietary needs which is great as I'm a veggie. The bus was beautifully decorated for Christmas and with mulled wine and Christmas themed cakes the experience was really festive. The savoury food was also really tasty and you could tell that effort had been put in to making everything nice, all too often the veggie food is a checkbox item in an afternoon tea but not here, it was lovely.
The staff were really friendly and the tour route was a great trip around the best bits of London. I hadn't realised how much I'd missed the place over the last couple of years but the tour showed us so much it was like seeing an old friend.
Y.
Friends engagement party- the afternoon tea was fantastic. They cater for halal, vegan, gluten free. The vibe was amazing. The staff were professional and assisted with taking pictures for our whole group.

If you get the chance to do tea on this bus tour absolutely do it!
The staff is so lovely and helpful, they really do make you feel very comfortable.
The tour itself is very interesting and they teach you fun facts about all of the major monuments and locations that you will drive by. They definitely keep you engaged.
The tea is served in super cute to-go cups that you actually get to take him and the accompaniments are very good as well.

Fabulous gin afternoon tea experience. The onboard team were attentive and great fun, the catered to our needs with food and drinks served throughout the tour of London. Delicious cakes, great atmosphere and super gin!
Team were particularly helpful with rescheduling our booking due to Covid. Thank you for a fabulous treat!

I have used Brigits Bakery bus as a private hire for my wedding and had 3X tours with them ever since, taking friends along to enjoy the London views as part of their London Pride and Christmas tours.
When we used their services for the wedding, the team allowed us to leave goodie bags on everyones seats, the table planning took all of 10 minutes and they turned up on time, picked us up from the venue where we got married and dropped us back off at the hotel after the tour. Ver easy to book, responded quickly to queries and would recommend their private hire service. The food was similar to that of the regular tours, same quantity and they do take in to account various dietary requirements. The BB's travel cup was a nice souvenir for our guests to take away from their London trip (many lived abroad).
The London Pride and the Christmas tours had a similar atmosphere, although you are obviously with others you don't know, however you are on your own table. I like the views from either the front top deck or the second table in on the passenger side (rather than driver side) on the top deck, as you get the most of the sights. Champagne, mulled wine and prosecco can be added on for some journeys, however hot drink options are provided on all tours, with a travel mug to take away. You don't tend to get a top up on your hot drinks, but I imagine you could if you asked. The baked goods slightly vary, however essentially you will end up with the same types of sandwiches and drinks. They are all tasty and you can pack anything up that you don't eat in a goody bag. I can understand that some people may find the music loud, however I felt it added to the atmosphere and I could still hear my friends fine. A fellow guest had asked for it to be turned down. On a pride tour there was a dog on board, however I'm not sure if this is a regular thing.
Just to note, we did find that the bus had more of a stop start feel to the journey, with the breaks being regularly pressed quite sharply. So much so, the staff had to keep readjusting the bin that was falling over and some of the cups on the table etc. This is not something that we would tend to notice, but was quite difficult to drink the hot liquids at one point. It wouldn't put me off going on to another tour as this was the only time I have known this to be the case.

Excellent vegan afternoon tea. Best I’ve ever had. Freshly made and full of flavour. The carrot cake was out of this world. The bus ride was great fun and it was good to see the sights of London from the top deck. The waitresses were attentive and efficient. Would certainly recommend this. They offer a large choice of afternoon tea to suit all needs.

Superb outing. Great value for money. Staff were amazing and made the tour. Food was lovely and very plentiful. In my top 5 of things to do in London. Highly recommended. Great music, fab food and awesome gin, couldn't ask for more.
L. H.
Very fun afternoon out to see the sights with your kids. The hosts were super interactive the whole time, the food was yummy and adults could get tea & champagne to share. I think they should run an earlier tour so afterwards the parents could take the kids to a playground to run off their sugar high.
A. T.
Excellent service. The set afternoon tea with choice of tea, coffees a selection of cakes and sandwichs is generous and cost £35 per person. The one thing I didn't like is sitting near the open kitchen. It's super noisy. We could have changed but as we were already settled we didn't but if I had known the staff would start cleaning up, and putti g the dish washer on I would have moved. It is a real shame. So if you go, make sure you don't sit at the back of the room near the kitchen (unless they put some sliding doors). Also Dow stairs has no windows, so not ideal either.
R. T.
Absolutely bloody brilliant. I thought it was expensive when booking and worried we would regret it, but it was worth every single penny and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Such a precious and memorable experience. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent and what I wasn't expecting was entertainment from beginning to end. Thoroughly enjoyable! I want to do the one for grown-ups now!

My wife and I had a fantastic time aboard one of the beautiful Routemaster buses. The cream tea was gorgeous and the staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Today my daughter and I went on the Christmas afternoon tea tour bus and absolutely loved it. Delicious food, friendly staff on board and a wonderful 90 minutes seeing the lights and sights if London. Looking forward to doing it again next year

We had the best afternoon celebrating my 1 year in London with Brigit’s afternoon tea bus. The food was divine and sweet treats were mouth watering. Lovely experience would highly recommend going.
A. M.
I had a lovely afternoon at Brigit's Bakery, quirky afternoon tea, but they can't cater for clients with nut allergies. Enjoyed the food and went for the bottomless prosecco, I think we may have been reminded 3 or 4 times of when the time started on the 2 hours, 15 minutes before the 2 hours were up they arrived with the bill so it really did at times feel like they didn't really want you there. However they redeemed themselves slightly by bringing one more glass of prosecco. It was a lovely afternoon treat for a friend's birthday, certainly something different. Having been I'm not sure I would go again, but I would recommend it to others.
E. Q.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Really good food! Great service and guiding. Loved the tour. The bus was beautifully decorated and the afternoon tea laid out very very nicely. There's a halal option for those needing it. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely do it again and recommend it to others! Thanks to the Brigit Bakery team! :)
I. K.
Loved Afternoon Tea Bus. It was my daughter’s birthday treat. She enjoyed so much and she said it was most delicious food and she had an epic start of her day. I have enjoyed too. Thought the timing on the bus was just perfect too. 90 min just right not to get bored and by that time we finished with all our food. The hosts were great too, very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Bigit’s Bakery and definitely will visit their shop. Thank you xxx

On my first visit to London, I went to Brigit's for afternoon tea and it was amazing!! I had the gluten-free traditional afternoon tea menu and it awesome! The atmosphere (the design is just the cutest) and hospitality (thanks Ovi 😊) was just top notch.
Loved that this was my first afternoon tea experience. Thanks Brigit's!!!

A must when visiting London! The guys attending the bus were amazing. Very friendly and personable. Every pastry and sandwich was absolutely delicious.
K. H.
A little disappointing if I'm honest. The food was not what I was expecting for the price. I've had more afternoon tea for alot less. Would have been nice to have more sandwiches and maybe less cake as we hadn't had lunch and were hungry. Coffee could have been better too. Hot chocolate did however get the thumbs up from my guest. Staff were lovely.
J. L.
Really friendly welcoming team and a fun way to see the sights in a totally touristy way! Not only that but the sandwiches, cakes and scone were all really nice too! Spend some time waving at the people on the street to cheer their day too! Sing along to the cheesy tunes and take plenty of pictures! If you’re gonna do a tour bus, do this one!
S. W.
Excellent service, staff were lovely. Great menu with various different afternoon tea packages to choose from.
M. C.
We had a lovely time, the food and drink for afternoon tea food was really good and plentiful (we took doggy bags away with us!), the service was also great. The only reason I've reduced the amount of stars is that I expected - maybe wrongly - there would be a tour commentary. We could have been driving anywhere as a commentary only came on 2 or 3 times and one of those was after we'd passed where they were talking about. We were lucky as 2 of us know London really well and could point out all the attractions/notable spots ourselves, but the tourists at the table next to us had no clue where they were

Variety at 📍 @brigitsbakery
Rating: 🤩 Tasty but wouldn’t go back
Thoughts 💭
The almond crunch was delicious. Our favourite of our Covent Garden cake tour. I would potentially go back for this one.
The lemon meringue tart however the inside was delicious but the pastry was so hard and tasteless that I picked the pastry off and just spooned out the inside.

This was my second time on Brigit's bus and once again I simply loved it. Food is amazing and the tour is fun and original. Plus the staff is always friendly and nice.. I'll definitely do it again!

An interesting experience to have an afternoon tea in a moving bus. Service was great, all smiles. As for the selection of food, they were all delicious but unlike afternoon teas in hotels, you can't ask for more sandwiches 😜 so if it's value you are looking for, this might not suit you. For a special experience, yes.

The best customer service ever with a great crew working very well together! Excellent service, great food, a guided tour around the city centre. Cannot recommend it enough! I booked for a group of 4 and all of us enjoyed the bus tour very much. An amazing gift to friends and yourself! We’ll be back 😊

I had a lovely time here in August and hope to return sometime this month. very friendly staff with good customer service, food fresh and was filling, we took the left-over home in the cutest little takeaway packs.

Amazing beautiful place. The food was fantastic, the staff were attentive but not overwhelming and the decor stunning. A fantastic afternoon tea and great value for money

My children have a lovely time on the Peppa pig bus! The driver and staff on Board was very helpful, kind and friendly… food was very fun, creative and delicious 😋
T. A.
We all had a lovely time on the peppa pig bus tour, the food was lovely we had gluten free option and vegan option with the kids having traditional tea.
J. J.
Very lovely cafe for breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea - all is delicious and very fresh - very kind and fast staff - my recommendation for late breakfast is the smashed avocado 🥑 with scotch salmon
C. M.
OK tour, recorded information was a bit dated and missed a lot of what would have been really useful information. Fortunately I know London very well but there are tours that are more informative for people that don't know it, I personally would have preferred a "human" tour guide. The covered bus top blocked out many views of important landmarks, although I would not wanted to have been on an open top bus, a conversion of the roof to glass would have greatly enhanced the experience. Some iconic views were missed due to the route, for example we saw the side of Buckingham Palace instead of driving along the Mall to see it from the front as you would expect. Afternoon tea was OK , don't expect high quality products. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bus departed on time, booking process and check were smooth and easy. All in all decent but room for improvement.

Had an amazing experience yesterday afternoon on the bus.
The staff ( Koyleigh,Loluana, Aurora ) were wonderful and so friendly .
Fab sandwiches, fab cakes, fab scones, fab service....
Would definitely recommend the B Bakery Afternoon Tea Bus Tour 🧁

Wonderful afternoon experience touring the London tourist attractions would highly recommend. Great team on board and well looked after and catered for, thank you
A. A.
Fabulous, just go! Only thing I would mention is there is just one veggie cake option, but it is AMAZING.
J. L.
Such a cute shop on the way to Covent Garden which has a great selection of cakes, teas and delicious coffee. Looking forward to trying the afternoon tea next time! Staff are very friendly as well!
R. M. A.
Fabulous experience. The staf were all nice, helpful & happy to take photos. The food was beautifully prepared and presented with a good selection, the bus was done out gorgeous for Christmas, good selection of hot drinks too. I will definitely do it again 🥰😇
C.
Stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for some hot beverages to warm up with. We came quite late so we only ordered some dessert, tea, and hot chocolate. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. I especially appreciated that my peppermint tea was brewed with the correct water temperature so that the leaves did not burn. Will be returning soon to try their brunch!
S.
Birthday treat it was awesome. Picked up at 8 Northumberland and such a friendly professional service, great music , tour, atmosphere, very clean good social distancing and the afternoon tea was delicious 😋 well done 👏 a must see when in London

We did the afternoon tea bus tour thursday, it was absolutely great!
The food and drinks where delicious and more than enough.
It's very original, and it's a fun way to view some attractions of London, while enjoying good food and a cup of tea.
Aurora and her collegue whera also very friendly and did a great job!
I would definitely recommend it.

Booked for two adults and a 3.5 year old. We initially thought it was quite pricey but I have to say we weren’t disappointed. Entire team were wonderful and great with children. Food was lovely and overall it was great fun. We wish we could’ve tipped but had no cash so only suggestion is to perhaps take tips via a card reader. Def recommend though.
T. M.
A great afternoon had on the bus, not a quiet experience more of a disco on a bus which is fine by me but maybe not for someone expecting a sightseeing guided tour the commentary was very limited.
There was a distinct lack of hand sanitiser which should have been been addressed for the safety of the passengers.
L. H.
Loved the experience although felt a bit squashed in as the seats are not very wide. My daughter enjoyed her gluten free option but her scone crumbled as soon as she cut it so couldn't actually spread any jam or cream on it, but having said that it was tasty. The Christmas songs and decorations were very festive and we love our keepsake mugs. I wouldn't have paid for prosecco if I'd known how small it would be, that was the only real disappointment

I recently traveled to London and I found this awesome Afternoon Tea Bus Tour in London. You get to see some famous sites while having afternoon tea! What!!!
They have two starting points, based on the tour time of your selection. Our tour bus departed from Victoria Coach Station. Since these tasty treats come from actual bakery, they looked really good! The seat was a bit small, the booth seat is a bit tight for two grown adults…
The amount of food was great too. The top tier held all sorts of sweet desserts, and the bottom tier held sandwiches. Scones come separately towards the end. The beverage of your choice is provided in adorable cup with a lid, so it was safe to have a hot beverage on a moving bus.
We had a fun tour, although I was more focused on the food than what was outside… LOL. And even if I was focused on outside, we didn't really get to have a good view of the sites, as we were driving by kind of quickly. It was more of a special “experience” than a bus tour. One of the staff did highlight the most expensive hotel in London, and of course, the second most expensive hotel in London, which was kind of funny.
This was such a fun experience. The food was much, much better than I expected, the tour was interesting, and we had great time! The staff was great, funny, and took care of us. For anyone who couldn’t finish the food, they had cute boxes you can pack it with.We totally enjoyed it and yes, I do recommend! If you are going to London in a near future, and looking for an interesting bus tour that comes with tasty delights, maybe this is the one for you!
S. P.
Would absolute recommend this experience. We opted for the vegan menu and were pleasantly surprised and impressed at the afternoon tea. The staff were brilliant and it was a great day with a 4yr old and 8yr old 😊

Me and my sister had a great time on the afternoon tea bus tour yesterday , the food was lovely and the bus had been decorated in a retro style which was nice. Our two servers were both very helpful and friendly. There was a slight delay in picking us up but I’m sure this was due to busy traffic en route. I would recommend this trip.
m. k.
A great experience! A nice tour of the basic attractions London has to offer along with some yummy treats. What else can you ask for? The ladies working were also very lovely and made the tour even more enjoyable!
S. H.
Such a great day out with the kids, my daughter loved it. Very interactive and the music and singing is joyful. Food was lovely and refills on drinks 👍🏼 Bus was dressed up with Christmas decorations which makes the day out even better. Some great sights to see and Christmas lights.
A. R.
Being rather partial to afternoon tea, this rates as one if the very best…..
Such a fabulous experience, travelling on an original Route Master with great choice of music. The staff were exceptionally helpful and so friendly, offering to take photos.
The Afternoon Tea, however was the Star of the show, exquisite cakes, pastries and delectable sandwiches/rolls…..
Worth every penny and I’ll definitely be booking again ❤️
I. D.
Amazing experience , highly recommend . We were so full and the cakes were so delicious
Y. A. M.
Highly recommend!! Food delicious! Staff are absolutely fantastic, wish I got their names we went on Sunday on the bus tour afternoon tea to finish off my hen weekend and what a great end to the weekend. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again
C. B.
Overall it was a nice afternoon, but the price is more about the experience than the food, very stabdard food and very cream heavy, no soft drinks for children other than water and asked for extra scone for my son as he didn't like all the cream on the cakes and was refused. Was lovely seeing London at Christmas 🎄
E. F.
This was delightful. The tea and baked goods were great and with the music, tour info, and wonderful hosts, it was such a fun time!
S. M.
Visited end of August. One of the best vegan afternoon teas I've ever had - it came with scones! Everything very tasty and really well presented. Staff were really attentive and lovely. Highly recommend.
T. B.
Highly recommend this tea bus tour. It's such a quirky and memorable thing to do when visiting London. They even sang to those of us that had birthdays, and gave a surprise birthday cupcake with a candle to blow out. The treats were the perfect amount to split amongst our party-- there was definitely enough for everyone.
A. A.
Went here today for afternoon tea.
Amazing from start to finish.
Food delicious and staff really helpful and nice
Will go back soon.
Thank you so much.

We went on the Gin tour. It was enjoyable, however maybe our expectations were too high 😉 The G&Ts weren't up to scratch and of the five deserts - 2 were delicious, 1 ok, and 2, unfortunately, not good at all, and the scone was over baked.
To improve it, I would recommend explaining a bit more about the Gin and the food. A bit more of an "experience".
K. K.
My sister and I had the best time on the afternoon tea tour! If we come back to London, we will do it again! Leon, Kate and Gary were the best! :)
F. a. F.
Of you are going to have afternoon tea anywhere in London this is the place you need to go! It’s young and vibrant. The food is out of this world. From the sandwich’s, to the pastries, to the scones, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget to make a reservation so you don’t lose out on this amazing find!
K. D.
We had the most fun on this unique afternoon tea! The staff were courteous and the food was just scrumptious!
S. E.
A little disappointed in this tour. We didn’t actually get a tour. The treats were tasty but they were out of many teas, the bus left very late and we didn’t get any commentary on the sites (didn’t see much but busy streets). Definitely not worth the hefty price.
J. L.
Went for the Peppa Pig Bus Tour with my two kids - 6 and 2 years old and we had the best time! Delicious food, great tour and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
j.
Great tour of London with Brigit's Bakery for me and my two small children. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful ride. Highly recommended :)
B. C.
Lovely little bakery, looks newly decorated. Busy on a Sunday afternoon with many people having their afternoon tea. I tried the savoury scone and it was delicious especially with their chutney. Also tried regular scone with jam and clotted cream. Would've been better if they had home made jam instead of using the mini premade jars.
Decor is not to my liking in terms of it being very feminine orientated. Personal preference.
There looked to be a great variety of cakes and beverages to choose from.
Would go again.
M. S.
We had such a great time on this bus tour yesterday. The food was fabulous and the hosts and hostesses made sure we all had a FABUOULS time. We splurged on the upper level front seats and I'm glad we did.
S. B.
An excellent cup of strong coffe, nice warm scone and a tasty fruit tart all served by friendly staff. What else can you ask? Lovely experience.
R. D.
We did this with some friends as a nice unusual day out. Two of our party needed Gluten free food, which was provided and very tasty. The usual cream tea fare was good with a selection of savouries, french fancies and scones & cream. Many different types of drinks available.
The staff were superb! Monika and Camille looked after us superbly, they have got to be the best! They were smartly dressed, attentive, very capable and a joy to have as our servers. Our driver was brilliant as navigating through unusually heavy traffic on our Saturday afternoon trip - top marks to everyone!
The food was fresh, the bits that needed to be cold were kept cold in fridges on the bus, the drinks were great. Everything was great.
The trip lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes, and many of the sights of London are passed, with a recorded tour guide giving details as we pass. The bus itself is one of the old routemaster buses, so there are no toilet facilities on board, make sure you use the facilities at Victoria Coach station (30p!)
If you have any dietary requirements, make sure you tell them in advance, we were well catered for. We also had some Prosecco provided (extra cost ordered in advance), and that was ready too.
Everything went very well - there was even a Hen Party on the upper deck, what a great idea for a fun outing.
The bus certainly gets people's heads turning as it meanders its was past. the interior of the bus is done very well with flowers and balloons, a real party atmosphere.
All in all, a superb day out, well done the B bakery team and especially Monika and Camille!

I booked the peppa pig afternoon tea for my nieces birthday.
We had such an amazing time, the food was delicious service excellent. The whole thing is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
A. N.
Lovely afternoon tea. Nice place for vegans. I, of course, had the traditional tea.
I had the Rooibos Colada which was very nice. I didn't try the other teas.
The savoury sandwiches were excellent: both traditional and vegan. I really liked the pastrami sandwich and the cucumber sandwich. The vegan menu has a couscous salad which was really good. And so was the avocado wrap.
The cakes were a bit too sweet for my liking. But the others loved them. The scones were top notch.
The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. I would recommend a visit.

Perfect experience to explore London whilst drinking tea or coffee with delicious sandwiches and cakes

What a great and unusual way to have afternoon tea. Bus was spotless, food and cake were yummy.

Yum, yum, yum. My only problem here was deciding which of the delicious items on offer I should choose. Cakes we beautiful and delicious. Staff friendly and service efficient but relaxed.

Thank you so much for making my birthday celebration really enjoyable. The service from Joel, Kylan and Robert was excellent; the food and champagne were delicious.

If your child is a fan of Peppa Pig this afternoon tea is a must! My 4-year-old loves Peppa, we watch it all the time and have lots of Peppa books, when I saw this afternoon tea, I knew we had to go, I’ve always fancied the grown-up’s afternoon tea bus tour but haven’t had a chance to go yet. We won tickets for the Peppa pig afternoon tea bus tour, I screamed when I got the email! The bus is decorated with Peppa decals on all the windows, the seats and tables are pink and blue, and each table has its own TV screen, if you live with a Peppa fan you’ll know there’s a London episode where the queen drives Peppa and her friends around London on a double decker bus, this bus tour follows the cartoon, although the queen doesn’t drive the bus, but you can wave to her as you whizz by Buckingham Palace! The food was delicious, and the scones were nice and warm, the staff were very attentive and offered drink refills and were often walking up and down so you could easily get someone’s attention if you needed help. Be prepared to join in with the singing and frantically wave at passers-by. We didn’t eat all of our cakes so were given a box to take them home in, along with our Peppa Pig reusable cups which I’m really looking forward to using next time I visit Starbucks! Before winning this competition, I was slightly put off by the price but now that I have been, I am tempted to book again as a birthday treat for my daughter.
c.
Oh my this is now a mandatory stop when we are near Covent Garden. The food is fantastic. The scone was lighter then I’ve had before and it was great. It was so good I forgot to add the strawberry preserve to the clotted cream. The quiche made for a great lunch. Luckily I don’t live near this place or I would put on 100 pounds eating the delicious offerings.

Thank you to Kayleigh, Aurora and Loliana for a lovely time aboard, celebrating my lovely husband’s Birthday…
The tour was great, the food was divine and the service was fantastic, we hope to see you all again sometime.
J. C.
From arrival at Bus station to end of tour we were looked after. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I so I have not looked at prices, but a tea that filled us up so we didn't need anything else for the day. Boxes provided to take away what you couldn't manage. Reusable tea mugs for us too. Together with the tour round London, perfect afternoon.

Fell in love with this cute cafe in the first months living in London and came back couple of times for special occasions. It's quite pricy but great for anniversaries, special dates etc. Very romantic! The cakes look like little jewels and they also serve afternoon tea (not only in the cafe, but also on board of their own doubledecker bus and boat taking you around London). Another thing that makes this place special is, that it can only be found in Covent Garden and Bath so it's no chain!

we loved Brigit’s bus trip and would definitely recommend it. The staff were very friendly & we were able to leave our bags at the bakery nearby. There were plenty of sandwiches, cakes & scones which were all delicious. It was so relaxing to see the sights from the comfort of this lovely London bus
R. L.
The gin bus tour was amazing, more than enough food and they don't hold back on the gin. Would 100% recommend.

Surprised my wife on her 50th birthday with a group of 14 friends/family on the tour bus.
It was absolutely fabulous and everyone had a great time, the food was first class as was the service.
I asked them to make a birthday cake and wow it was amazing!
The tour itself was also fab and credit to the driver as he must have nerves of steel.
I can’t remember the waitresses names but both were so professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Please pass on my appreciation to the team who catered for us at 3pm on the 6th October.
I will be telling everyone to book the tour bus as it was just incredible, the weather was also amazing which always helps 😎
Top marks and well done Brigit’s Bakery 😀
A. J.
Was a fun way to spend an afternoon, food was lovely. The only disappointment was that the Christmas lights were off inside the bus, did ask but said something about flashing lights upsetting his colleague 🤷🏼♀️

This was a birthday gift from my daughter. We both loved the girlie bus interior. The food was yummy. The savoury selection did not seem ample at first glance but once eaten, we were full!! The mini sweet selection was on the other hand plentiful!! We needed a takeaway Brigit box for the uneaten cakes. The tour itself was very good and the information for each London site was interesting. We live in London but we still enjoyed being driven around the famous London sites listening to the great tunes whilst stuffing our faces!!
You are also given the takeaway Brigit plastic cup to take with you. Its actually very nice. Do bring a carrier bag with you to carry everything in. Definitely a lovely experience. I do fancy trying their Gin tour!
Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon.
S. W.
Whirlwind tour of all the most important London sights! My husband didn't even mind the total sweetness because the sandwiches were very tasty, accompanied by the fun music and delicious desserts! Nice tour guide with attentive staff that kept the cups full. You should most certainly consider this at least once when visiting London, especially with a group of ladies!
K. P.
SPECTACULAR!! Stunning decor, beautifully simplistic desserts that taste like heaven. The perfect afternoon tea in London! Wow!
R. A.
Fabulous way to see the sights of London while enjoying the most delicious assortment of savoury and sweet delights. Highly recommend!
a. d.
Fab time on the Slingsby Gin Bus Tour this weekend. Delicious cocktails and even better food - the desserts were to die for.
A. M.
Cannot fault the service today!
We used a gift voucher for bottomless gin and afternoon tea.
The food was delicious and we didn't wait more than a minute or two between drinks.
Highly recommended and we will be back next time we're in London!
J. S.
I did the tour with my two daughters and granddaughter. We had a great time but there were a few things that could have improved the experience. The food was lovely but there were just too many sweet things compared to the savoury. Another issue was that our 3rd Gin cocktail was served not long before the end of the trip and we did not have time to drink them before being asked to leave the bus. The third issue was that the tour guide/waitress came to our table with a tip box and we didn't think this appropriate. The tip box should have been placed somewhere where passengers could leave a tip if they wanted to and not feel obliged to.

Everything was excellent - location iconic, polite staff, good food, excellent gin - lovely bus - a bit bumpy but fun.
K. C.
Absolutely brilliant fun and amazing food. Staff were excellent. My friend and I really enjoyed it.
A. C.
The idea seemed great but in reality it was quite disappointing.
First of all, turn the volume down, please! It is so noisy. The loud music, kids screaming, the traffic... You will get a headache by the end of the tour.
The food was ok. Sandwiches and pastries were acceptable.
The hummus was very watery. The hot chocolate was not very good either, more water that chocolate.
+1 point for the waitress who asks you several time during the tour if you would like something else. All the staff was very nice actually.
We were not very lucky, it was a very rainy day. The bus windows were completely fogged up, impossible to see anything. But even during nicer weather, some monuments must be barely visible from the bus.
Regarding COVID safety measures, BIG BIG disappointment to be seating at the only table who did not have a screen on both sides. It was wonderful to be coughed on by the kid seating next to us. We had to mask up the entire rest of the tour after being done eating.
Conclusion, it is not an experience made for everybody.
j. f.
Lovely tea and surroundings, and a fun bus trip. Our hosts Jenny and Joel (hope I got that right!) were great :-)
L. I.
Had a fabulous afternoon tea, plenty to eat and it was all delicious! Staff were very friendly and very good highly recommended
C. L.
The tour was fun and the food was tasty. The actual tour information was pre-recorded, which was fine. But by the end everyone else on the bus was so loud, we couldn’t really hear the information. If you get motion sick, this tour may not be a great option as the bus is older and very wobbly. The service was excellent, though. And there’s more than tea (coffees, hot chocolate, and bottled water) if tea is not your thing.
m. g.
It was brill my mu loved ait for her early Xmas present , staff was very friendly and funny made us laugh alot. Wish it was longer but it was lovely
K. W.
We did the B Bus tour with Brigit's Bakery and it was soooooo much fun. We had the sweetest waitresses Marion and Lea who made sure everything was expertly taken care of. We saw a ton of great sights all while sitting comfortably in a cute old school British double decker bus. If you get a chance you have to take the tour it is totally worth every penny!
R. G.
Great experience, highly recommended! 😊
We took the Gin Tour, and we had nice Gin Tonics while we were tasting delicious cakes and sandwiches. The crew was very friendly and the music was perfect. We had a lot of fun and we had a different tour around London, specially if you've been in the city before. Now I want to go to the bakery shop in Covent Garden 😁
A. W.
I’m asking myself why did I not do Peppa Pig Afternoon Tea Bus sooner ! It’s was totally great experience for both mums and kids . Whole idea is spot on , food was exceptional with attention to detail and high quality. Must say I eat too much as it was irresponsible! Want to do it again for sure . Thank you B Bakery

Would definitely recommend doing the Afternoon tea, we had a wonderful time, The food & service was excellent, We had front row seats upstairs & the views were great
I. H.
At first I wasn't impressed with the premise as it looks a bit odd and not like a place one would expect from a decent Afternoon Tea. But oh was I wrong...
The waitress was super nice and explained about the vegan Afternoon tea that they have and when we tasted it, it was superb.
I highly recommend this place for Vegan Afternoon Tea.
M. S.
Brilliant, we absolutely loved it, a bus tour round London with lovely afternoon tea and extremely helpful staff, brought as a birthday present and the staff on the bus made us very welcome as well as putting a candle in a cake. We both would thoroughly recommend brigit's bakery afternoon tea bus
v. w.
Stumbled across this little gem of a tea room........superb selection of cakes, teas and more.
Lovely decor, and seats, and staff very friendly.
D. D.
We hired a private afternoon tea bus tour for 28 of us. The food and service were outstanding and we all had a really great, fun time.
C. S.
I wanted to try the Brigit’s Bakery Afternoon Tea bus as a bit of a novelty. I wasn’t sure how the tour bus, cakes and tea combo would work out, but as things went, it was terrific! The afternoon tea itself was delicious, although the scones were a bit on the small side. We opted for a glass of fizz which we booked when we purchased tickets as they don’t handle money onboard. Overall, a great way to experience London landmarks while enjoying tea and cake. Oh, and a bonus is that you get to take away your souvenir cup to remember the experience!
I.
We boarded at Northumberland Avenue on 9 September 2021 and can honestly say it was a most enjoyable experience.
Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.
Plenty of sandwiches and cakes and my wife's gluten intolerance was taken ino account.
Can wholeheartedly recommend this experience.
Book it and enjoy it!!!
S. S.
A really lovely experience. We booked this at quite short notice to treat visiting family to something a little different. I didn’t really know quite what to expect and opted for the slightly more expensive seating upstairs.
We had such a nice time; the food was great (we needed the doggy bag for our left overs) there were plenty of 🥪 and rolls including warm savoury muffins to start. Then the pretty cakes and finally scones with jam and whipped cream 😋. The waiter brought us as much Tea as required, we simply had to raise a hand. There was music and commentary as we were driven around the loveliest bits of London. The whole environment and ever-changing scenery created a simply joyous atmosphere, from the top floor I got such a great view of some truly amazing buildings. I was sorry when it came to an end.
m. r.
Brilliant! Took my disabled mum for her 80th birthday. She loved it. Staff were so kind and friendly. Really made my mum's day. Thank you
Y. R.
Really nice place, but the staff looks like really tired at the moment we came in, but still made us feel comfortable, we enjoyed the time there and the sandwich & dessert was really delicious. I will definitely come back again.
E. L.
Well worth the money! This was a wonderful experience, especially for people who want to see a lot of the city without much effort.
G. L.
We had a wonderful Christmas lights tour thanks to the awesome staff of BB bakery!
K. C.
It was a really well organised tour with lovely staff and superb freshly-baked food. I would recommend it!
C. Ö.
Had such a great time on the bus tour! Massive amount of cupcakes and pastries :)
S. J.
What a lovely afternoon spent on the bus!! Family got this for us as a birthday present and we finally got to do it! I called in advance to make them aware it was for my husbands birthday and the lovely host Jordan who looked after us presented him with a cupcake and candle and a glass of bubbly! We were really well looked after and the afternoon tea was delicious! They even provide you with a takeaway box if you can’t finish all the goodies!
J. P.
Lovely afternoon here for high tea at the bakery. Nibbles were lovely. Gin cocktails superb and the staff simply delightful. Ella was so friendly, helpful, patient and just cherry on top! Perfect afternoon. Thank you
S. H.
Very attentive staff and delicious afternoon tea treats.
M. R.
Fun experience and something a bit different to do in London. Nice route with some iconic sights. The tea and cakes were ok but nothing special.
C. M.
If you would to see some of the sights in London with a twist this is the way to do it! I organised this as a birthday present for my mum. We have seen London many times but I felt this experience would be really nice as we has the afternoon tea included and I arranged for us to have a bottle of champagne also. It was really well organised and the food and drinks were to a high standard. The staff were amazing, full of knowledge and very friendly. Would recommend this to all, it’s something for everyone
C. T.
Wonderful time on the Christmas afternoon tea tour, with great food and hospitality.
M. s.
Excellent afternoon. Amazing food. Lovely people. Great music. Loved it
A. W.
Just had a lovely afternoon on Brigit's Bakery Afternoon Tea tour bus. Booked it ages ago, but because of Covid have only managed to get on board today! Tasty sandwiches, pretty cakes and scones and a bottle of prosecco! The staff were absolutely brilliant!
S. A.
Great afternoon tea lovely champagne would go again
M. B.
Lovely place, delicious cakes and Tea selection at a reasonabke price. Highlu recommended

We had a lovely afternoon. Jamie looked after us and was so friendly and funny. very professional. The afternoon I would totally recommend.
T. S.
Will recommend to everyone. Very good customer service.
H. L.
A lovely place to enjoy an afternoon tea at reasonable prices with wonderful service.
R. K.
This was a totally amazing experience that everyone should do at least once. We had 2 birthday celebrations. The team especially Kaylan hope it spelt that right could not have been more accommodating and helpful. All our special requests were met with no fuss or bother. We got extra champagne 🍾 and had the best of days. A memory we will a cherish
Also the jasmine tea is the best I have ever had !!!
The souvenir booklet was lively as was the birthday cards from the team and Bridget cups which we were thrilled to take home
Thank you all for a wonderful day ❤
We would love to come back and do a night tour when running
D. D. G.
Lovely environment and staff. Everything was tasty and nice. Great experience
E. R.
This place is excellent! We were trying to find nice high tea places, but everyone of them seemed expensive- but this was until we came across Brigit’s bakery. The cakes are to-die-for and the tea is exceptional! If I were to come to London again, I’d definitely give this place another visit.
S. A.
The food was great and it’s a unique way to have an afternoon tea👌🏼
H. Z.
I cannot recommend this brand enough! Love everything about them including all their different services including the Bakery, Bake Club & The Afternoon Tea Bus Tours. Cannot wait to attend the tours again once they re-open. Thank you for providing amazing experiences and keeping me entertained during lockdown with the Bake Club.
L. B.
So good, very welcoming.
It's worth every penny!
K. F.
Fabulous afternoon tea with family. Food was lovely. Enjoyed the tour.
S. W.
Outstanding fun for the whole family - great service and quality food.
Q.
I had the ability to take the Afternoon Tea Tour. While our tour was dampened significantly by heavy traffic caused by a protest, the food and drink was great, the staff were very attentive, and was generally a great experience. I would recommend starting and ending the tours at their shop, rather than the Victoria Coach Station so people can buy their food, and also because the station is rather dodgy.
N.
Had a great time on the bus today with Joel and Angelie. Everything ran on time. Sandwiches, cakes, sweet treats, scones with jam and clotted cream, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and prosecco for those who ordered that. All items were fresh and delicious. They had commentary over the intercom but Angelie will give some extra details on the tour. Bus was lovely and clean. Music was great, cheerful and uplifting. A lot of 80s and 90s songs which most people knew the lyrics to. Great service from Joel and Angelie who helped take photos of us. They also had air conditioning which was glorious on a hot sunshiny day like today. Enjoyed the tour in comfort, stress free, entertained, great services and wonderful smooth driving. Not a drop spilt. You also get to doggy bag what you want to from your tray and get to keep their cups as a souvenir. Highly recommend this as an extremely comfortable tour of London by bus.
J. M.
who would have thot - table service on a traditional double-decker! Well executed idea - no flaws - Except: I suggest that the person giving those tidbits of info be on the same sound system as the tour highlights guide. Couldn't hear him from the far end of the bus
Y. M.
Incredibly satisfied with how brilliant the bus tour turned out to be! My partner and I had an amazing time and loved every minute of it. The bus was on time, the food on the bus was really tasty (we went for the vegan afternoon tea, highly recommended!), the service from Joel was incredible, he was friendly and professional, and he sometimes would drop some extra info about what we were seeing outside. Gary, the driver, was also really friendly and the drive was smooth and very enjoyable. Customer service was helpful during booking and overall it was just a great experience. I’m going to recommend it to my friends so they won’t miss out. Keep up the good work! Love the vegan menu!!!
L. B.
Absolutely amazing!!! The people working there are so incredibly nice and kind! I went with a bunch of my friends (from the US) and they were incredibly helpful with answering questions we had about london. On top of the great service the food provided was also delicious! They give out boxes at the end, so you don't have to worry about finishing everything, and they give you your tea in a reusable to-go cup that you get to keep at the end. It was wonderful!!!
R.
I was gifted a Gin afternoon tea experience for two at Brigit's Bakery for my birthday. When we arrived the gentleman hosting was very accommodating and showed us to our table. The bakery had a wonderful atmosphere, with lovely decor and really cute china. The food itself was amazing, we loved the sandwiches which were obviously prepped on arrival, and the selection of cakes we were given were delicious. The portion of sandwiches and cakes was very generous and we left feeling very full. We were given 3 gin cocktails each with the experience which were brought over as we finished the last, each very refreshing. I thoroughly recommend Brigit's Bakery, either as a gift or to go yourself, it was wonderful!
B. B.
Absolutely delicious tea!! My first proper English tea and I don't know if any other will come close to the quality of everything we had 😁 Highly recommend the pistachio macaroons!! You won't be upset if you take a half dozen home for later 😉😋
C. T.
Food was amazing and staff very helpful and friendly x
C.
We had a tour throughout the city, one hour and a half. The bus was an older one, looking nice but at the expense of comfort. We were served with tea, sandwiches and cookies, it was good.
E. M.
Booked the Champagne afternoon tea for my girlfriend's birthday. Not cheap but not too expensive that I wouldn't go back. We loved pretty much everything we ate and drunk. Cakes were delicious, scones were soft and warm, coffee was lovely, sandwiches tasty. Lovely decor inside, strange but nice dolls house towards the back. The star of the show to be honest was the service. A gentleman called OVI. He was attentive but not smothering, polite and knowledgeable of the products on offer. This sounds basic but good service seems to be a dying art these days. We just expect bad service and are delighted when we get good service when in reality it should be the other way around and I don't know how we can change that. OVI, thank you for making the difference to our experience.
M.
Amazing experience! Must try! Delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones! ☕️😋😋😋
C. D.
Went for afternoon tea today with my best friend as she bought me a voucher for my birthday.
I can honestly say it's one of the best afternoon teas I've ever had! The service was fantastic, the cafe itself was gorgeous and the food was so delicious. The only downside for us was that there wasn't more of it but there were 4 finger sandwiches, a savoury muffin, 4 cakes and a scone with jam and cream each. Plus tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
G. R.
One of the best afternoon teas in London. Great value and service! Cakes and teas are amazing and the cafe' is just so welcoming and cute.
This is always the top choice for me and my friends to meet for tea and coffee or celebrations!
I highly recommend a visit to this little gem of the West End.
J. I.
Great food and excellent Gin, wonderful experience
S. K.
I had taken my mum on this experience of afternoon tea whilst viewing wonderful London. I was very happy with what it had offered. But with their costs, I do think they hold back on their portions. Overall, nice and I’m pleased.
v. r.
Great experience, great treats and great service. Had an ear to ear smile through out :) definitely recommend
W. G.
My Husband was totally surprised and enjoyed his Fathers Day Treat.
If you loved Sight seeing, Bus trips and Afternoon Tea. This is the treat for you. Well Worth a Trip.

Popped in for a quick breakfast, lovely little cafe / bakery. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they serve various cakes, pastries, savoury food and afternoon tea. If we’d been able to stop for longer we would have done. Very nice environment, and great to relax.
D. C.
Very nice experience and lovely, friendly team on onboard.

My daughter who is 2yrs old enjoyed the Peppa Pig Bus afternoon tea experience. To be precise, she was mesmerised with all the details as she’s obsessed with Peppa Pig. The journey through central London was exceptional as we got to see all the key sites without having to walk 1000000 steps across London 😀
The Peppa pig biscuits, cakes, tarts, delicious sandwiches and healthy hummus with vegetables were delicious ESPECIALLY the warm scones with clotted cream and jam) towards the end of the journey.
Thank you so much for this awesome experience. My daughter the following day kept mentioning the Peppa Pig bus to all her nursery friends.
I’m thinking this experience might be a regular thing 🤔
We look forward to visiting Brigits Bakery as well as the food was to die for!!!!
E. T.
Just got off the bus after a fabulous afternoon tea with an excellent host and driver
O. T.
Excellent tour, pretty good food, amazing service from the staff, Joel was good hoster

A lovely afternoon tea
F. B.
This is honestly a dream come true for a Peppa loving child. The whole experience was brilliant and very well executed. The food on offer was excellent as were the team. Mel and Keenan in particular. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Not cheap but worth every penny. :)
M. C.
Fantastic, lovely staff cakes taste amazing.
S. L.
This was great. Book early to make sure you get an upstairs seat. I would also wear warm shoes in colder weather. They let you take the cups home with you which is great. Beware that there are no refills on food but there are on tea. There are no toilets on board.
X. G.
The atmosphere was nice but the desserts not so much. Liked the tea but wouldn't recommend for someone that wants cake etc.
L.
We just had a fun tour around London with delicious baked goods and sandwiches. The berry/elderflower tea was divine. One of the most fun events in town. Great for kids as well!
K. S.
Great experience. Helpful friendly hosts.
B. C.
My daughter and Granddaughter surprised me with this afternoon
Tea bus tour. I was planning on doing a tea in one of the usual teas rooms.
I have to say it turn out wonderful ! I have to suggest 3 sit comfortably . Not sure about 4 .
S. C.
This is more than afternoon tea, it's a whole experience. We loved riding the routemaster bus, seeing the sights, the delicious treats and the wonderful service (thank you, Lea and Gabor!) It's a really fun way to see London and enjoy something a bit different and very special. We're already thinking about when we can do it again.
E. M.
Unforgettable experience! My sister surprised me with an afternoon tea on the bus. Tea was good, served in cute little mugs and the pastries and sandwiches were delicious. The best part of it all was the staff; Iveta and JP made our journey fun, comfortable and extremely enjoyable - thanks guys!
M. B.
Food was amazing and very fresh. We had 3 different gin based drinks with our food and they were all nice. Service was good and we had a very nice time.
T. E.

We had an amazing time on the afternoon tea bus. The food and tea were perfect and it was quite fun to see London on a double decker red bus! I'd highly recommend this to anyone.
C. P.
Loved the vegan selection!
S. V.
Amazing afternoon tea Would definitely recommend 👌
K. M.
Fantastic way to spend a weekend afternoon with family. Plenty of tasty cakes and nice earl grey tea, we had to pack up the leftovers. Gabor was fantastic, treating us with gin cocktail and helping every table to take group photos. Lovely service. The 5pm tour is great because the 1.5hour tour starts just before sunset and not much traffic. You can take photos in both day and night!
츄.
It is lovely place. I visited here 2 times during my trip. Afternoon tea was good and cream tea was fantastic :)
A. H.
Excellent and DELICIOUS way to get a quick tour of London. My family and I enjoyed the tour, especially the desserts. Highly recommend. Our server was very friendly!

My Mum and I had a fabulous time on the BB Bakery Bus Tour this week for her 60th birthday! The staff were so much fun and made her feel so special! They catered for all my dietary requirements and allergies and everything was super scrummy! (we especially enjoyed the breads and scones!) a fabulous day out she'll never forget! thank you!

Lovely little bakery with an absolutely delicious afternoon tea.

Love the sweets and sandwiches here, they were all so good, and the staffs were very kind and friendly. The only thing was that the scone’s texture was not so firm, rather like fluffy, was expecting more chewable taste. Overall the afternoon tea set was wonderful.
L. L.
Delicious macaroons.

(Translated) Amazing experience. A high-tea through London by bus. Tip is to drink tea. Hot chocolate and coffee are powder with hot water and therefore not tasty (personal taste). Management is top notch. Takes about 1.5 hours.

Geweldige ervaring. Een high-tea door Londen met de bus. Tip is om wel thee te drinken. Warme chocolademelk en koffie zijn poeder met warm water en dus niet lekker (persoonlijke smaak). Bediening is top verder. Duurt ongeveer 1,5 uur.

Anbefales 100%! Hyggelig personale, god mat og veldig fin busstur.

(Translated) It is a place where you can leisurely enjoy the set of Afterglow. It is not very luxurious, homemade feeling 吹 ろ, but it is nice because it seems to be a place where there is not a lot of tourists and the atmosphere of Yeonnam-dong proper. The Aftertouch set is 32 pounds. The car is 5.8 pounds. Is the price here too bad? (Besides, there are many Korean cafes nowadays.) There are lots of different kinds of cakes, macarons and more besides afternoon tea. Afterwards, it seemed that the composition of the car was different depending on which type of car was chosen. I made four fruit juice, with milk cream strawberry scones upstairs and four small cakes on the middle floor with five small sandwiches. I ate three of them. All the desserts are delicious, not just tastes. I'm going to use some ready-made stuff to feel it. If you ask for warmer water, you can fill it up with more water and refill. It was so good. I can adjust the tea concentration.
The store is not so big, so the gap between people is not wide. Employees are kind and paid in installments. Oh, and do not forget to go to the bathroom before you go out because you drank a lot of tea d (^ _ ^ o)

(Translated) Nice decor, very pleasant and smiling staff.
Small flat, arrival at 5:15 pm and already more tea afternoon, apart from that very good cake and wide choice of tea.

(Translated) Delicious afternoon tea. Slightly overpriced considering the amount you received but London is quite expensive anyway. Everything was very tasty.

Heerlijke afternoon tea. Iets overpriced gezien de hoeveelheid die je kreeg maar Londen is sowieso vrij duur. Alles was wel erg lekker.

(Translated) I love tea, what better occasion than this to enjoy a wonderful view of London and in the meantime sip a hot drink accompanied by sweets and biscuits. An experience that I recommend even if the quality of the cupcakes and sandwiches would be improved. There is no bathroom on the bus, but the journey takes only one hour and 30 minutes.

(Translated) We had a wonderful ride with Angel & Anthony :) The pastries were delicious and generous. When booking via the website, you can specify what you are eating, whether halal or vegetarian and more. We took traditionally. You get a to-go mug with a hot drink and even fresh warm pastries like it should be with afternoon tea. The bus also takes a short sightseeing tour and you get more information about the city. This is in English.
In any case, I am very satisfied and will do this tour again if I come to London again.

(Translated) Perfect afternoon tea tour for a birthday
Great organization on the bus platform and booking a vegan variant worked perfectly. My mother and I were seated at the very front of the bus, which I would recommend. We enjoyed the trip, it was very pleasant on the bus. The little things for afternoon tea were delicious, and what you couldn't manage could be packed up. Great service from Coralie and Marion, there was also a scone with a candle as a birthday present. Clear recommendation!

Klare Empfehlung!
