Pretty to look at, only stayed for a glass of wine on our travels. You wouldn't know by looking at the menu/staff recommendation that they did half the dishes and drinks I had seen on previous reviews. Will look out for the Groupon deal in future. Also it's now called Violas Food & Wine?

I went there today after buying the afternoon offer on Groupon for 2. We got there slightly early and the gentleman was very welcoming and arranged for us to have a vegetarian and alcohol free afternoon tea. The only thing I didn't like was the avocado in one of the savoury food. Presentation of the food was so pretty with flowers and sparkle and the dessert section is to die for. The place is small and cosy with beautiful flower decorations and beautiful furniture's. I will definitely be going again to try the cakes as the afternoon tea was very filling and we couldn't finish it off. Highly recommended this place

Name changed not doubleshot but Viola/Violetta. We bought tickets for double shot on groupon then arrived to a different cafe. Presentation was spot on, good serving sizes, got a pot of tea each. Taste was good but nothing overly spectacular. One of the cakes very dry. Can't fault the decoration though, passionfruit, berries and edible flowers.

I went for an Afternoon Tea with my mom and we were both incredibly positively surprised and impressed!!
The staff was super welcoming, the coffee delicious, the food very tasty, flavorful, colorful, finger-licking divine!
The space is very cozy, well decorated, from the plates, to the cups and the chairs/sofas!
Covid : Staff were wearing masks and sanitised all tables after each customer. Covid friendly 👍
Highly recommend it and definitely want to return 👌

I love the kitsch style of the place and the food was very aesthetically pleasing and tasted very good. They had a nice variety of cakes and different brunch dishes. We had the 'Banana Bread French Toast', 'Avocuddle' and 'The Scottish Bagel'. The Interior Design was also nice. The combinations of the different hues meshed very well:) One complaint would be the choice of music: the pop music did not fit to the ambiance. I would suggest more calming music and not as 'in your face'

Lovely place. Nice and flowery decor and food was delicious and loads of it afternoon tea for 4 could feed 6.
We will be coming back.

It just about makes it to 4 star. Portions ? Amazing ? Price ? Love it. Food ? I mean it’s good. Like don’t expect anything outstanding (expect for the drinks, that was outstanding). I had scrabble eggs and my friend had the soup. They were good but not all that. My bread could’ve been softer and my foot hotter.

I pretty disappointed regarding services. I booked the table in advance and the day when I came in, the table was not booked and plus I needed to wait for the table outside when it was freezing. The staff was not professional they do not matched the place atmosphere. The food wise I was pleased. I had a proper brunch with nice blue latte and some cocktails. I am doubt I would recommend this place :)

I been once before a few months back and absolutely loved it. I would have given a 5 star, but I’m trying to book reservations again for next week and I’ve called for 4 days straight and no one answers. Their voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message, and they don’t have an email. I would love to change this rating to a 5 star, it’s been disappointing not being able to get a hold of them.
Update:
I have changed to 4 star, because I was finally able to make a booking. Although the owners commented below stating their email address, I really recommend they put that on their website instead.
I enjoyed the food and the scenery, it has not changed from my first visit.
The only thing I can comment on is the employees. My waitress, although not rude to me thankfully, she kept rolling her eyes anytime someone asked her a question or asked for something.
Even when I approached her to inform her that my afternoon tea needs to be vegetarian. When I said excuse me, she turned around with her eyes already rolling and huffed. When she noticed it was me, she changed her demeanor thankfully, but I did see her act this way many more times during my stay but to other clients.
If she’s that unhappy serving people, she really shouldn’t be doing that job.
