Amy makes some of the best cakes I have ever had (vegan or otherwise)! You would never ever be able to tell from eating them that they are vegan. Every single one I have had has been lovely. They’re always super moist without being stodgy and are simultaneously incredibly light without being airy. They also have just the perfect amount of sweetness. I like how she doesn’t use a ton of frosting so that it becomes sickly as well. I particularly liked her carrot and pistachio cake I got at Vegan East but you can’t go wrong with any of her cakes. If you ever get a chance to get a cake from her, you HAVE TO!

Seen Amy's vegan eats and treats all over Instagram from the stands she runs and finally took the plunge and ordered from her. Pleasure to deal, quick correspondence and she made the most delicious carrot cake I've ever eaten - it looked great too 😊 needed fairly last minute for gf's birthday and she is buzzing with it. Will definitely be down to the stalls soon and order direct again. Couldn't recommend her anymore. Kudos 👏👏👏 thanks soo much!!!

We first came across ‘Eat by Amy’ at a market in London and my boyfriend absolutely loved her whoopies. So for his birthday this year I ordered 6 of them. They arrived on time, fresh and more delicious than ever. Would recommend all day long!! Thanks Amy x

Amy at short notice was able to produce a lovely cake for my wife’s birthday. First time I ordered and tried her cakes. Safe to say will be coming back for many more!
