I ordered a cake from here for my 18th birthday, I showed them pictures of exactly what I wanted and they outdid my expectations. I even changes my mind about the type of icing I wanted, and when I called them they change it with no complaints. They where very professional and the cake was light and fluffy. I ordered a cake for my daughters twelfth birthday at incredibly short notice. The sales representative was very thoughtful, helpful and patient. The cake was outstanding I ordered a two tier cake with different flavours and all our family members commented how light, fresh and flavorful the cakes were. After getting rude response from Cakebox for customised cake, I decided to listen to my mum n order cake from here... The cake taste way delicious, sponge was fluffy and cake was yummy... I dont dat cake but this one was so delicious I could not say no... The staff is very friendly and understanding, she literally combine two cake for us, so we get the cake we want... The look of the cake was amazing... Dint expect it to b that good, specially with fresh cream😋😘 definitely ordering from here...

We ordered our sons birthday cake last week to be picked up today. It was a superhero themed cake. It looked and tasted absolutely amazing! We ordered cake for our good friends 70th Birthday and asked if it`s possible to garnish it with Music and Flute themed bits (as he is great jazz flutist). Not only they made it so good, crashing our expectations on looks, but cake was so delicious that there was barely any leftovers within 15 mins after first cut. Christina, lady who made our cake, was very understanding, professional and very accommodating. Definitely will be back for sweet sweet awesomeness when it`s time for another big celebration :)

I am not a vegetarian but have an addiction to cakes and tea which I am sure everyone would as well. As I was in Walthamstow, I discovered Golden Cake which serves Halal, eggless and 100% vegetarian cakes. There were so many cake slices to choose from and they were only £2 per slice which is the cheapest and prettiest that I have seen so far because they are cut from round cake while some shops like Cake Box serves rectangular slices. Since I couldn't decide between the caramel cake and the blackforest cake, I got both!!! Both were soft and fluffy like chiffon but slightly firmer. The caramel cake totally stole the show, it was light and sweet complimented by the cream. The black forest was also good but strangely I found it sweeter than the caramel. The lady there was really friendly as she offered to add more hot water for the tea and asked me if I wanted the door closed because I was sitting by the door.

After a few disappointing cakes from another shop I found this store and have been coming here for years. The egg free sponge is fluffy i could easily eat a whole 6" cake in one go and not feel guilty. Which is something I ordered yesterday last minute and within 6 hours it was ready and available to pick up. Thanks

I ordered cupcakes for my work colleagues and I had each of their pictures on them and they came out great, my colleagues loved them. They came out better than I expected, it was so clear and they dusted them with a bit of glitter which was such a nice touch. It was the only place I could find in Walthamstow that could print images on a cake for me and the prices are so reasonable, I ordered a chocolate sponge with butter cream and it was so tasty, thank you golden cakes.

Golden Cake is really a hidden treasure! Lovely selection of cakes, and they make your whish coming through. I ordered a Unicorn cake, which was over my expectation! Looked amazing and tasted really good! Also the Hungarian desserts are fenomenal! Thank you Golden Cake!

Bought a cake for my partners birthday. It's cheaper, better looking and way tastier than Cake Box. You can also customise it, and ask for alterations to their regular flavours (I asked for pineapple flavour filling). Delicious all round and I loved dealing with Crisrina. The cakes are delicious and they have a big variety of flavors as well. They do even tight deadlines (e.g. next day) and personalized shapes, messages or pictures on the cakes for reasonable prices, I can only recommend their services. The management is very helpful and friendly, always go the extra mile for the customers, same applies to the staff.

These egg free cakes are so light, and beautifully presented. I have always found the staff very pleasant. I was suprised that the cakes taste so good as they are so colourful, but they really are delicious.

I think general cakes are lovely and good tastes, looking good too. I bought it 2x pieces Forest cake and 2x pieces Amadino. Love it. Usually I buy from more expensive Patisserie. The cakes looks amazing with a lots of fruits, but problem is they are very heavy, fatty and you pay a lot of money. It's only my opinion, some people love heavy, creamy stuff. Enjoy your cakes.

Had 2 great cakes designed for mums 70th... one was a huge red velvet cake and second was a beautiful Princess Cruise ship in waves made of ice.... Every guest loved the ship... great communication and outstanding tasting cake... well done guys
