Reviews of Ladurée
A. M.
Beautiful setting ( in the upstairs part). Had a lovely latte and a vegan macaroon. Only one vegan option though for the macarons ( orange and ginger flavour).I found this more crumbly than the standard ones. Would definitely go back as a treat. Really nice service.

Pistachio Cake at 📍 @ladureeuk
Rating: 🤩 Tasty but wouldn’t go back
Thoughts 💭
Pistachio cake was delicious and creamy with a slight wafer Center adding a new dimension of texture. The flavours could be a little better but it was overall a very satisfying cake.
Laduree has delivered me my favourite cheesecake in the world. The counter women said their popcorn tart is similar - huge lie. They obviously never got the opportunity to try their cheesecake. I barely ate the popcorn tart.

Settled in a corner of Covent Garden. Laduree has outdoor seating, takeaway and tearoom seating. The tearoom is very quaint and cosy upstairs. I was tucked in the corner which was very nice and cosy. Service was average. The macaroons and tea was good. A bit disappointed with the hygiene of the restrooms.

This place use to be much better, visited today and I was quite disappointed. The sitting area looked quite messy and I was seated under the heater and the weather didn’t need a heater so I was boiling couldn’t wait to finish my food and leave. Ordered classic french toast which use to taste much better today it was soggy. Had a strawberry mocktail which was okay but nothing special. The staff were nice and friendly. For theirs high price, food and drinks show be much better than what they offer now.
U. L.
Beautiful place with lovely French desserts. We had a great experience. Prices are quite high but it’s worth every penny for special occasions
V. K.
Stopped by after work for quick refreshment. Nothing impressive except prices. Tried selection of macaroons, but didn't find anything exciting. Was very disappointed with caramel flavoured
J. P.
Great place to get a small or large box of macarons. Pretty consistent in quality and lots of flavours to choose from.
K. T.
Love this place and the best macaroons I've ever had!
O. W.
You can’t fault this place, it is just pure class! Understand when you visit Laduree you’re paying for quality. My wife and I popped in after a shopping trip out in central London for a coffee and a cheeky dessert. This place just never disappoints. Go and treat yourself, you deserve it! 😛
G. M.
Great location, pleasant service but underwhelming and poor value. Go for a coffee and enjoy the atmosphere but so many better places to eat in London.
M. P.
Lovely venue. We sat outside on the top balcony. I think their standards have dropped. They don't match the price of the food any more. The tables seemed strange and then on the way out I noticed they have table covers which would have brought the standard up immediately. The sofas inside looked rather dirty and the cushions were very tired. They need a little upgrade. Cosy and atmospheric inside but a little used. Handpainted walls inside were amazing.
A. T.
Love love love laduree. Please bring the Harrods one back in town thank u!
A. A.
My favorite branch in London. Don’t forget to try marie antoinette macaron.
C. C.
Staff were so helpful, we had come from the Chelsea flower show and had brought way too many plants, they created space near their server to accommodate our plants! Could not fault the food it was superb, the desserts were so tasty!! Would recommend!

This place makes heaven in the shape of cakes. Right in the middle of Covent Garden Laduree has great food, a massive choice of drinks and lots of seating inside and out. If you can try to get a terrace seat. The view is great enabling you to watch the street performers whilst you eat and take in Covent Gardens unique atmosphere. It’s a must do!
R. P.
Very nice food, great service in iconic Covent Garden
B. R. W.
The raspberry and rose ice cream was the best. The iced chocolate was good but iced coffee was so bland. Normally I visit Harrods branch but now I prefer the covent garden as you can watch the street performance while dining.
S. M.
Laduree is located in a lovely part of Covent Garden in the square. The hot chocolate here is amazing!
A. d. B.
Excellent tea seller/tea room but not always possible to find a table. The door is usually blocked by a line of tourists buying macaroons. It would be a good idea to separate the entrance if you can.
J. Y. G.
Since I love ladurée so much, I used to come and visit this branch quite often. Today, especially I was so amazed and impressed by the staff’s service. There was mistake on my receipt, so I needed to go back to the shop to correct it. The staff there were so lovely, tried to help me, appologised for the mistake properly and even offered little treatment (a macaron‼️❤️) as a good will gesture. Very unexpected but very pleasant. They were successfully turned my disappointment to even bigger pleasure. Fantastic❤️
A. A.
Nice restaurant, I ordered french toast which was amazing .we were served by tinia . She was so kind and cooperative
C. Y. T.
Lovely, lovely, macaroons! Ordered a dozen of them with a mix and match of different flavours. Sweetness overload! This is the taste of happiness. It's the perfect place for tea, and customer seating is available on the rooftop as well! Laduree with love!
K. B.
A great spot for tourists and instagrammers! Very aesthetic everything...
L.
Great location in the heart of the piazza, this world famous cafe offers everything you’d expect for a quaint, chic Parisian brand. The menu has a wide range of sweet treats, and a number of delicate savoury dishes. The piazza has a large seated area that opens from lunch, which has to be the place to pose in the summer heat. If it is a tad cold they do have electric heaters, but there is a beautiful little balcony upstairs that has a great view of the whole piazza with a bit more privacy and buckets more romance. The macaroons are the obvious choice, but the hot chocolate is to die for!
M. E.
We only had cakes and drinks. It was lovely experience and my Raspberry tart was very nice. Location and service excellent.
N. A.
Delicious and classic Ladurée food I had visited the day before Had to wait over 30 minutes for a seat. Had to wait around, and get up and advise staff we were ready to order. When we were finished with eating had to go and call staff and ask for the bill.
As you can see in the picture the ice cream had melted slightly by the time it was served which made the toast slightly soggy. Nonetheless food was delicious as usual.
T. M. M.
The food is what you would expect from Laduree and the restaurant, especially the terrace, is lovely - but can be loud. I would return at a quieter time
B. B.
These are the absolute the best macaroons I have ever had . I would always recommend them 100%
J. W.
Used to love Laduree a lot more than my recent visit. Unfortunately, I fee it has lost its specialness and is on the way the becoming very generic.
We sat on the terrace upstairs which was lovely and the food/drinks that we ordered were pleasant.
I did order some extra macaroons which never turned up, but when cancelling and just paying for the bill, the staff member was ever so polite and gave us the delayed macaroons complimentary.
Loses one star for the expense, another for the loss of individuality/character.
V. K.
Yum raspberry tart, chilled wine, expensive prices. They are courteous, offering seats closest to the heaters in the chilly nov evening. Quick service. Used the Open air area.
A. D.
Food was ok nothing great, macarons are lovely all in all average. Service was good
G. A. S.
Really fancy place with cool decor and outdoor upper floor terrace. Great tea selections of green black and fruit infusion teas. The deserts are also to die for. Really great to visit in the evenings.
S. C.
Up to the expectations, very nice atmosphere, very nice pastries, very pleasant experience
E. Z.
One of my favorite places in London. Everything is soo tasty. And Ladurée is just like a real royal place.
C. H. C.
Great food and tea, but poor service, asked for the milk and hot water twice , and forgot our cake. Kept waiting for the waitress and waiter while eating this meal. It’s not a good experience coming here.
A.
Cute, but cramped, with a touch of Parisian romance. As with anywhere in a big city, it's a struggle for space but it didn't detract from the experience. We sat upstairs on the balcony which gave us a nice view of the main square in Covent Garden, whilst a street performer added to the atmosphere with his crooning as the sun went down. I went with my sister but this could potentially be a romantic setting if you're after that sort of thing.
Laduree are of course known for their macaroons which are tasty, but not mind blowing. I'd stick to the classic chocolate as that never disappoints. The staff were polite and accommodating. Prices are as you would expect for a brand such as this in London (£12.50 for a glass of pink champagne and 4 macaroons for £10)
U. Y.
This was the best tea that I have ever had, the cake also! It was really delicious and unique, I was not expecting this quality. The staff also was very polite and welcoming. Thank you!
M. L.
Great service, tasty French toast and a nice venue for afternoon tea. Recommended
L. N.
Quite pricey but definitely reflective of the quality.
Macarons from Laduree are definitely my absolute favourite.
If you're feeling basic, definitely try the pistachio and vanilla macarons!
A. D.
nice terrasse, tasty cakes
S. A.
Benedict eggs 8/10
French toast 8/10
C. H.
Food was yum, the service could have been better and more attentive. Some staff seemed to be a bit insecure in what they're doing but overall okay. Food portions varied although we ordered same French toast for the same price.
D.
I decided to try the afternoon tea, as I landed here by chance on a Saturday afternoon after a really hard week.
The pros: really cute table in a quite area on the first floor, some of the pastries excellent, the best macaroons i ever had, very nice service, enough food to be more than full and free tea refill.
The cons: tea choice limited but most disappointedly brewed really poorly (I tried two and both bad!), some of the finger sandwiches were not great (maybe not fresh?), the clotted cream was from-the-shelf not made fresh.
Overall i was happy, but maybe next time i would not invest in the afternoon tea and just pick macaroons and... a coffe?
Picture of the whole “afternoon tea” tray attached.
W.
Beautiful, so beautiful, we went back twice 😍😍 and the desserts were heavenly.
ה. ש.
Fabulous location for a stop in the middle of the very crowded Covent garden
Specially on the balcony on the upper floor which has a very nice view to the garden
Amazing pastries and sweets
Service is nice
Highly recommend the vanilla flan
A. M.
Had a wonderful afternoon tea. Loved the Eugenie tea, and of course, the treats.
S. M.
Lovely shop and delicious macarons. They were out of stuck of the pistachio flavoured ones, my favourite. Customer service could be friendlier.
G. G.
Very tasty, highly recommend! I was introduced to Laduree in Paris so it’s nice to have stores within easy access to me!
P.
Love this place! service is great and the deserts are always perfect! the rose black tea is amazing and so are the rose macaroons
R.
Lovely tea and amazing service from Melanie, she really made the difference!
R. F.
Lovely place with a great and big terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the shops and where you can enjoy the concerts from the garden downstairs.. They do have highchairs (which are beautiful!). I wanted to thanks the beautiful arab lady (who is apparently also the manager I guess) who gifted us a cake when we left! Thank you so much!
S. S.
Lovely place to have dessert after shopping. Nice view from the terrace but space are limited. The service was good anyway.
A. M.
Loved the place and the atmosphere
Very cozy but small
Crowded most of the time and hard to find a table
Good for sweets and coffee
S. C.
Such a gorgeous place. Excellent service and even have a couple of gluten free options. Cakes to die for
D. V.
Delicious food. Best desert! Staff not too with it.. but good for a relaxed afternoon where you aren't in a rush..
s. f.
there macarons are the best , my favorite place
D. V.
A classic Ladurée, so a good experience. Cakes are great (even if macaron to take away were a bit dry, eat in cakes are really great). The place is lovely. Staff is a bit in a rush but most of them are nice.
J.
The macaroons are well packaged. The gold covered ones were pretty good. However, the other ones were not very fresh. The packaging, however, was very nice. It makes a beautiful gift. I had, however, much better macaroons before. The gold cover twist was nice though.
Overall I would recommend this place, especially for the gold covered macaroons.
L. T.
I was with my friends tonight, and 10 ++++ for waiter Thania, I don't know if I spelled her name correctly, she was super, very kind, and friendly! 10 +++ and related to dessert also 10 ++
L. J.
Loved the decorations and the atmosphere, the food is pricy and not fancy
G. H.
Always a delight! High quality patisserie.
Being half french, I always miss a good patisserie. Ladurée bring the quality and class of a refined set of patisseries to the london food scene.
Absolutely adore this place and would happily keep purchasing their cakes. Quality above all.
A. L.
Great coffee spot followed by pistachio macaroons :)
G. F.
Great place for those with a sweet tooth. Views over Covent Garden if you manage to get an outside seat
A. D.
Nice environment sitting outdoor, see all the entertainment around you. Service is good , the deserts are delicious.
A.
Beautiful pastry and macaroons.latte was small but nice. It's expensive!
A. Q.
In the heart of Covent Garden can be found this luscious tea house. The cakes and tarts are as delicious as they are beautiful. While it isn't cheap, the service is quick and friendly and wants to make the experience worth the stop. Sit upstairs and overlook the busker's act or just be a people watcher. Great location for a sunny afternoon.
D. A.
Nice and fancy, but pricey for what you actually get. We had the cream tea, the scones were delicious but a bit on the small side, the macarons were great but that's what you would expect from Ladurée (I think they invented them for Marie Antoinette, dont quote me on that though)
O. H.
Luxurious and distinctive place .. excellent location and delicious desserts
D. O.
Very nice place to sit down, have lunch or tea with deserts. Love it
s. m.
The place is beautiful, the name is superb unfortunately the problem I encountered is the following I ordered a second cappuccino that I only got after 25 minutes when I wanted to ask where it was they brought me the bill the waiter is excused but it is not a cappuccino that they brought me but a mocha. I think it's a shame especially for a place like this
A. R. A. K.
Classic french toast never disappoint. Luv it.
M. A. T.
Great place to rewind after a long day!
J. A.
Decadent interior and food, the macaroons are delicious and expensive for a reason. If you have to go for coffee and expensive decadent sweet stuff this is the place for you. As I joke the road to diabetes is a good one especially if you travel on the laduree one. Reminds me why I got so hyper due to all the heavenly deserts. Thank you for a wonderful time. I should have taken photos but I just devoured them.
M. B.
Good fish and chips, totally recomended!!
B. T.
Love this place so much. Discovered this place when I visited Paris and felt in love with the restaurant and the pastries. I recommend the French toast and Laduree ice tea were our favorite we couldn’t have enough that we had to return and the green macaroon!
S. W.
Lovely staff and great location, but it is pricey! £4 for a tea or coffee. The chocolate éclair is filled not with cream but chocolate--it is too sweet. Macarons are £11 for 4!
A. O.
I visited Leduree with my Mother eating in their outside area with a veiw of the street performers. It was a warm sunny day but the table shades above were large enough to kept us cool.
The salmond starter was delicious and was cooked to perfection. The main, lamb, was tender and juicy. The herb and lettuce salad accompanying the main was dressed in the funest olive oil. The raspberry tart desert was fresh and tangy.
Considering the location, the price was reasonable.
Great service, great place, brilliant location.
There was a French couple dining next to us whom seemed to approve of the French food and wine - so it must authentic.
I would recommend this restaurant.
L. A.
I am a local, and this is my favourite spot in Covent Garden, besides opera or ballet at the nearby Royal Opera House. Their ground level terrace outside is fine for glass of bubbles and people watching in the summer, their indoor space squashy and not particularly inspiring, but it's their balcony terrace that is well worth waiting for. I spend a lot of time here in colder months, as there are heaters outside and they give you blankets. Splendid view to the terrace of nearby Punch & Judy pub and it's full balcony (pure theatre), the licensed street performers on the ground in front of the church, I saw 3 excellent performances on my last visit. I always purposefully come at odd times, very late lunch, or not quite dinner and never had trouble getting an outdoor table right at the corner edge with the best view. I have always had decent service here, at least by Paris standards, if not London ones. On this last occasion for pre-ballet dining, I had their Laduree "kir royal", a pot of wonderful Josephine tea, their latest macaroon, and later their small but super tasty French Onion soup to warm up. It's a little secret this terrace, with the best view of Covent Garden market hall and surrounds, and it's spectacular late November and into Christmas because you get the view of the largest and most beautiful Christmas tree from your table. I love it.
PS have just adjusted my review having been back for 2-3 times since my above review. I dont know what happened but service has gone down the drain. So so poor! Disinterested, unhelpful, cold, inefficient, everything takes forever. Thus no longer 5 stars, 3 max.
n. “. h.
A lovely location on a hot sunny day, what a sun trap. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is not your average cafe/brasserie, it was a lovely experience as if i was in Paris.
N.
Very nice decor. Food is decent. However slightly overpriced.
P. W. L.
I Love going to Ladure'e there macarons are THE BEST!!
P. S.
My friends and I love going to Ladurée together for a treat! We like to dress up for it, but many patrons seem quite casual so it seems to be OK to just drop in. Popular choices with our group are the Marie Antoinette tea, the Ispahan dessert, and the delicious rolled up croque monsieur. Ladurée has a lovely atmosphere and every seating area has its own unique charm. The conversation flows easily here and the food is superb. The staff are also very friendly and professional. I can't recommend Ladurée more, everyone deserves to try their macarons at least once in their life!
C.
Really cute, quaint Parisian bakery in the heart of Covent Garden. The storefront's really eye-catching, and the interior décor is lovely too. As soon as you go in, there's a counter where you can find their macarons on display. I think I saw more flavours out in the Ladurée in Burlington Arcade though.
My friend and I sat outdoors on the upstairs balcony, which overlooks the market where street performers frequent the street. The china our food and drinks were served on were so pretty. My cappuccino was nice, but my friend's hot chocolate was honestly The Best, so I'd rec that. It comes with cream, too.
My French toast was almost room temp when it came out, but it tasted amazing nevertheless. My friend had a pistachio religieuse (which I hadn't previously heard of) which tasted equally brilliant.
The service was great; efficient but polite, and they were patient when we needed time to decide. It's on the expensive side, so go for a treat on a less busy day.

Lots of fancy champagne, macarons and free entertainment as well to see😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍

Charming interior and delicious dishes!
L. L.
A place you take your visitors from out of town to! The original is in Paris, but this one is my favourite. It is small and intimate. In the summer, it is the best place to go sit on the rooftop as not too many people come here (they are all at the bars next door sitting on the roof). This means more space, more privacy and a place to sit with limited queue! it also means a spot to sit and people watch and listen to the buskers sing (amongst other performances).
Go to dessert is the rose flower petal macaroon cake. It is simply delicious matched with a flat white (extra hot).
K. S.
Amazing afternoon tea experience!
I. O.
The very best croissant outside Paris. The tea is good too. Enjoy.
H. S.
Best macarons in London. The other pastries are also fantastic and it's great to go to for tea and cakes. The food menu is also nice. It's pricey but has a very luxurious feel to it. Great place to get cakes as a gift for someone.
S.
Ladurée is truly all that it's cracked up to be! Best macaroons by far—I relished in this treat that I'm usually not a fan of. Unsure if it's as good for eat in but perfect to grab a pastry or macaroon and run! Lil cramped for their many customers, but this enclave stays true to the cute French style of decor, which is eye candy for the few moments you're in line! Will be going back for a sleeve of macaroons!
M. A. s.
Not bad. Average cafe.
ロ.
we sat down upstairs for dinner
food was good and dessert/pastries were excellent.
the place was very run down - old and tired looking. not sure why but we had fruit flies (3 or 4) buzzing around throughout dinner.
A. Q.
In the heart of Covent Garden can be found this luscious tea house. The cakes and tarts are as delicious as they are beautiful. While it isn't cheap, the service is quick and friendly and wants to make the experience worth the stop. Sit …

This branch is very special and I thank the manager and the two girls working in it Amal & Tania
a. A.
Within Harrods building.. good ambiance inside... nice outside sitting if weather permits.. good food, sweets and biscuits.. but a bit pricey which of course worth it.
O. M.
Lovely place!
D. V.
A classic Ladurée, so a good experience. Cakes are great (even if macaron to take away were a bit dry, eat in cakes are really great). The place is lovely. Staff is a bit in a rush but most of them are nice.
C. R.
Nice place to have a tar and a dessert with guest in London, especially appreciated by my girls who come to visit me. A bit on the expensive side, the cakes feel like too long in the fridge sometimes and the service is pretty slow, inefficient. Otherwise alright
M. A.
You come for the location not the food or the service
L. V.
Transports you to the centre of paris. The staff are well presented and friendly. The food is excellent although the lunch isn‘t the best. The macaroons are hands down the best I‘ve ever had and wouldn‘t go anywhere else now. The pistachio and salted caramel are a favourite and excellent with the hot chocolate which is made in the classic french style. So thick rich and delicious. Best for breakfast or afternoon tea. #GoogleGoesPOP
D. C.
My best bud Chloe introduced me too the pure delightful world of the Macaroon and these guys make the best chocolate ones I have ever tasted . Treat yourself too something a bit naughty with Macaroons and a hot chocolate too die for . The service is great and the gentleman mistook me for a lady and called me madam which was rather funny .Too be fair my bud and I where on the balcony snuggled up in furry throw overs , which I have too say is a fantastic idea and makes it a bit more of a treat . Sweet munchies ✌💞
E. S.
Everything was very tasty!
D. A.
I Love Laduree , it have the most beautiful view in Covent Garden.
C. B.
Stop in here for one of the best macaroons you will ever eat. This Paris transport has several outposts in London and the goods are as delicious as the treats you will get in Paris. The price tag isn't cheap, but you won't be disappointed.
A. U.
My favourite macaroons in the world !!! And i love the selection of choices in the menu, and staff are so nice - particularly remember an older gentleman, who was so kind . I Visit every time I walk past !!
C. R.
Sweet heavens. These macaroons. I could just barely afford one small one with all the change I had in my pocket, but I gave in and bought a pistachio one. I never wanted that little macaroon-y piece of heaven to end, ever. I took tiny little bites to stop it from ever finishing. It was the best thing I have tasted in awhile.. and I can almost still taste it a week later. Any more than one will cost you an arm and a leg, but I'd give up *three* of my arms and at least one leg for another one of those. Absolutely worth a try at least one time in your life!
Z. P.
I resisted liking macarons for the longest time – yes, they were pretty but they didn't taste that amazing, right? Turns out I'd just been trying the wrong ones. Salted caramel is *the* flavour to get! The only downside of Laduree in Convent Garden is just how popular this place is... expect to queue if you're buying and expect to queue for even longer if you want to sit down to eat your macarons.
P. F.
Nice bakery, joy can have good slices of well done cakes, croissants and other small pastries with tea or coffee.
Inside one of the more scenographic market in London.
Try it!
M. T.
Stopped by for macaroons! Can’t go wrong, had the chocolate raspberry, pistachio, salted caramel. All were amazing, solid 4 stars!
A. H.
I did not think that there is anything more perfectly created in terms of flavour..texture and filling..when we talk about Laduree macarons! As much as I adore them, I am happy that I can’t indulge in their harmonious flavours so often..otherwise I would be ruining my diet on a regular base and breaking my bank too..as such a sweetness do not come too cheap, especially if you are greedy like me and are always wanting to try at least few different flavours per visit!
C. H.
One of my favourite French places to visit in London, Ladurée is the place to go for fine french dining, tea and patisseries!
You can walk and choose from their vast selection of pretty macarons, the chocolate and passionfruit being the most popular, Salted Caramel (my favourite) are delicious!
Heading to the upstairs area, you can dine in for a meal. They also have seating on a balcony for a nice and scenic view of the Covent Garden square. You must try a tea from their selection, the Smokey Earl Grey and Lapsang Souchong being excellent flavours. The food itself is delicious and makes for a truly delightful dining experience!
R. Z.
Store is really cute. Loved the variety of macarons, some that I've never had before, eg yuzu ginger, strawberry mint, etc. Standard pricing for chi chi macarons.
Only four stars because not the best ones I've had. Prefer Lette in L.A.
S.
Was offered two lovely stuffed macarons and it was lovely.
I am not sure about the price though but it must have cost a fortune
T. B.
as everyone well knowing macaroon shop they have new open in covent garden i love their seasonal pastry and macaroon also their new types of macaroon with marshmallow inside is very nice too if you like marshmallow as well ! DONT recommend their savoury dish too over price and little quantity
M. A.
We were a group of 4 and we sat upstairs on the terrace. The Darjeeling tea and macaroons were delicious. The service was excellent. Will be back soon.
L. G.
I love Laudree, the macarons are beautiful to look and have a perfect crunchy shell with a delicate filling.
The staff tend to be a bit rude and the restaurant upstairs is lovely but looks a bit worn down.
R. F.
Best desert shop in town. Macaroons are the main drifer but they also have some other amazing options. You have plenty of space to sit either outside on the piazza or at the fisrt floor restaurant.
M. G.
Love this place and whenever I am in Covent Garden I have to pop down for some Macarons. I am not really fond of charms and stuff but this time could not resist a cheeky maroon and gold macaron charm :-)
M. H.
Really lovely service and nice seating area. The deserts are nice but expensive. You are paying for the name here but it's still a nice treat every now and then.
A. G.
I used to love this place. Unfortunately the macarons I ordered last Sunday did not meet the high expectations.
S. Y.
Classy and stylish tea room upstairs.
The Covent Garden one feels more peaceful and cosy than the Harrods one.
Great coffee and the macaroons are heavenly.
j. j.
great spot great atmosphere..right beside the street acts and performers at covent garden
M. A.
Cute patisserie in the heart of Convent Garden. The balcony is perfect for summer evenings. Very attentive staff made it a pleasure to dine here. Highly recommend
A. A.
Excellent coffee and cake. Thanks
A. M.
Welcome to the marvelous world of Ladurée in Covent Garden. They have a large choice of different flavors for the famous macarons and delicious desserts. Try the beurre salé macaron, mhhh! You have to put the price but it worth it.
A.
I haven't tried anything other than the macaroons, but Laduree isn't famous because of them for no reason - they were delicious, the salted caramel flavour was to die for !
D. J.
Great location, beautiful surroundings.
C. C.
I used to like to come here, but the quality as fairly dropped throughout the years.
They need to look into service and venue, competition is strong in Covent Garden and you can’t only survive with tourist business.
G. F.
Tania and Jessica were fantastic!! Lots of initiative they treated us perfectly 🤍
D.
Just yum! I simply love the St Honore vanilla! Never fails to satisfy and impress. High standards on food, service and atmosphere.
C. W.
Me and mum visit Ladurée after we've been shopping in Covent Garden. Perfect for an afternoon macaron and coffee treat, they also do the most delicious omelette and chips. You can't just have one macaron either, you end up buying a whole box. And a mille feuille or two…or three.
I. P.
The cakes where delicious and beautiful as you may expect of laduree.
Inside it was an old restaurant what needs restoration.
Service was good and the price was also what you can expect of laduree.
J. P.
Took us a little bit to get sat but the food and the drinks were so good!!!! I would go hear again for sure. Worth the wait!
R. A.
Laduree is a cafe with Parisian origins. Its dainty double-decker macarons are irresistible. The Covent Garden outpost of Laduree is amazing. I recommend everyone to reserve a table on the balcony, overlooking the Piazza and St. Paul's Church. <3
M. A.
Tea slightly tepid but corrected. Delicious dessert.
m. a.
Beautiful tea time spot to enjoy real tea and a delish pastries.... but menu doesnt have much if u want to eat something... and waiting time is riddivulous sometimes... waiters arent really that freindly... but I admit I like to sit in the balcony upstairs more for watching the entertainment shows occuring just below
C. B.
Ladurée is perhaps a little less special now that you can find their outlets in Hong Kong and Las Vegas, but this location is convenient if you're in central London or stopping for a gift for someone back home. If you order an assortment of macarons, snap a photo of the flavor key on display, or you may be hard pressed to remember which flavor is which.
a. A.
Within Harrods building.. good ambiance inside... nice outside sitting if weather permits.. good food, sweets and biscuits.. but a bit pricey which of course worth it.
A. M.
Very nice surroundings. Rich and delicious food. One of the cakes did have a fair amount of fluff on it but they replaced it without question.
A. R. F.
Tried the Harmonie pistachio macaron desert and the Création tea Mélange Spécial Ladurée
Amazing flavours and rich taste. Will definitely come back many times
B. W.
I still remember the first time I had a bite of the unforgettable macaroons..and the feast of all my senses, when I tasted the raspberry one..such a perfection..I don’t know how it is possible such delicious temptations to be created..but it is a fact and I am loving it and so happy that we are able to take advantage of that so sweet and not even making me feel guilty, sweetness!
M. R.
Beautiful place with delicious food and wonderful cakes. Expensive but well worth the price. And the staff is fantastically helpful and nice.
C. W.
Favorite dessert shop!
S. B.
Just stopped in for a macaron and it was scrumptious. I would definitely pop in again if I am back in town.
J. C.
Absolutely blown away by the whole experience, 10 out of 10, and the upstairs secluded balcony overlooking covent gdns piazza a little known gem, for that special person in ones life. Will not let you down, I implore you to try it!!
A. H.
Incredible tea and cakes! The atmosphere was amazing. In the summer it is wonderful to sit out overlooking the main square.
C.
Overpriced. Was brought here by a friend and I will never come again. It's one for the bourgeois bohemians hoping to mimic the behaviours and eating habits of their economic superiors.
ا. م. ح.
This branch is very special and I thank the manager and the two girls working in it Amal & Tania
M. F.
Very accommodating. Friendly staff but breakfast came out wrong and was cold. Not the norm. Usually amazing.

K. P.
The macrons are to die for! We shared a pack of 8 macrons on Mothers Day. My favourites were raspberry and vanilla. I will definately be going back again and again for more macrons.

The address is wrong. Laduree have no branch in Clare Market, Holborn. Somehow the Covent Garden branch which is in Covent Garden Market itself comes up with the wrong address on Google maps. Beware if using the route finder as it will take you to the wrong place.
S. M.
Pizza express food that costed us like in a Michelin star restaurant. The rest is fine.
K. S.
Decent breakfast (disappointed OJ was from concentrate). Location is great and you have to try the macaroons

P. L.
Fantastic atmosphere, great street entertainers with a lively and interesting market next door. Great food!
V. B.
Lovely location but I expect way more as far as good service is concerned! Unfortunately it didn´t meet my expectations at all.
L. M.
My favourite place, usually too busy to get a seat but lovely place to sit down and relax, watch the crowds.

Agonisingly slow. Dont order ice cream unless you want it liquid. Delicious otherwise
