Ruben did an amazing job in designing our daughter's 4th birthday frozen theme cake. I had a vision and showed Ruben what I like and Ruben went above and beyond my expectations. The cake turned out amazing and everyone complimented it and wanted to know where we got it from. Also I like to add Ruben has been so accommodating throughout the whole process. We had to reschedule at the last minute and he kindly accommodated us and fitted us in on another date at a short notice. He even delivered the cake at the venue, making our life easier. Ruben has been making cakes and sweets for me for years now. I always come up with some funky designs be it a waterfall cake for my wedding or a Super Mario cake for my son's birthday. They always look amazing! Taste amazing! He will take time to listen, advise, throw in some of his ideas into the mix if he thinks something will work really well, then when the cake is ready it's always better than expected! Not only is the customer service incredible, they are so accommodating and the cakes are FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend Mr Bakey as your go to cake place....(don't order last minute ofcourse like I did....I was lucky to be accommodated but it's only fair to give them time to fulfill your order). I have had several cakes made for myself, relatives and friends for special occasions and none of those cakes come close in taste or decoration to those that Mr Bakey makes. From the moment I contacted Mr Bakey about making a birthday cake for my special 30th birthday, he was extremely professional, welcoming and all round just lovely to deal with. Nothing seemed too much for him and he was keen on making the most perfect cake for me. When I collected the cake, he asked me to close my eyes as he brought the cake out and when I opened them and seen the masterpiece of a cake he had made, I nearly cried! I had so many people message me the day after my birthday saying how amazing the cake looked and furthermore, how it tasted. I had a two tier cake with two flavours..red velvet with white chocolate cream and oreo vanilla. They were both amazing!
