I love lots of fresh/roasted fruits in cakes so Orèe is the place to go for me for fresh cakes, pastries and tarts. We often get them for our departmental leaving dos at the hospital which is refreshingly different from the supermarket boxed cakes. I find it healthy as well and have tasted quite a few different varieties. The tarts with pears and apricots are great but a tad sweet. I also prefer the ones which are cream based and less sweet, depending on what I fancy at the time. Located conveniently on the High Street,great place e to visit for coffee and pastries. They have a deli bar for sandwiches too. If you want a pastry with a difference, do visit Orèe.

It's OK but overpriced. The quality and taste of the food doesn't justify those prices imo and you can find much better at other bakeries. I usually go here out of convenience rather than choice. I have been given stale carrot cake a couple of times... the nicest things are the croissants and cookies. Wouldn't recommend some of the other pastries as they can be stale and tasteless

I've bought a galette des rois there last week. It was really good, though I would have preferred with more frangipane. The staff a bit sad, not really helpful and they seem uninterested. I guess it was a long day. A little smile would have made all the difference, but not that time. They seem to have a wide variety and reasonable quality. Shame about the staff...

Every time I've been to the Cineworld across the road, I've seen this café and wanted to go inside. Today, I finally managed. 😊 My friend and I shared the Chocolate Lovers pastry and an almond croissant. The almond croissant was good and not overly sweet, but the Chocolate Lovers pastry was delicious. The dark chocolate coating melts in your mouth as it mixes with the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. You start chewing and discover the layer of crunchy praline that gives the whole pastry a beautiful hazelnut flavour. 🌰 The best thing is when your friend decides that they prefer to have the almond croissant and you finish the whole thing instead of sharing it. 😍🤤 The only downside, in my eyes, was the Monmouth coffee which I find too acidic. What a shame when you love having coffee and cake together. 🙄 The service was alright, though not great.

Yeah it’s ok. A bit odd to be honest. The cake was nice and the coffee was possibly the strongest espresso I’ve ever had. But they should re-name this place “The moon” cos it has the same amount of atmosphere. The staff are a bit indifferent. Not unfriendly, just beyond caring.

Authentic French pastry! I especially love the almond croissants and flans there! They also serve one of the best Croque Monsieur I've ever eaten in my life! Coffee is also great! As well, as a vast selection of breads (the charcoal variety is fantastic). Very friendly staff, too!

The staff is nice. I really liked the cheddar stick I ordered but the coffee took long and it came to the table cold and with no foam at all.

Of course the fine patisseries were delicious, but... We saw the staff struggled getting the cakes into the little takeaway box but didn't realize that she cut and ruined a big part of each cake with the sharp edge of the box without letting us know and replacing them with undamaged ones. Won't buy again :(

Lovely French bakery! We discovered this place during the March lockdown and we’ve come back many times since whenever we fancy a treat. Thoroughly recommend the pastries (especially the pistachio escargot) and the financiers. Saw a few reviews recently complaining about poor customer service, but we had nothing like that yesterday when we visited (or any of the other times) - very professional and efficient service.

Agree with many reviews here. You always feel not welcome at Oree, like you owe something, or the staff makes you feel guilty of doing something wrong with their many commands - "stay here", "you don't enter yet", "you move down", "you can pay now"... The quality of food is actually very good, and the coffee is also much better than for example at Gail's, but it's also overpriced. Two coffees, one chocolate croissant, one sandwich is approximately £20. I can get two full English plus coffee at Cote for the same price.

The best Almond croasan in Chelsea and Fulham - if you know of a better one, please let me know. During the lockdown, I tryed their almond croasan few times. The pastry is wonderful, light and crispy, filed with almond sauce inside. Dusted with powder sugar. I have not found a match so far in the neighbourhood.

I highly recommend the goats cheese and honey salad. My husband had the eggs Benedict, it was very delicious however the eggs were not poached as written in the menu but instead soft boiled. It was still delicious though. Staff is a bit slow but friendly. Cute interior with quaint vibe. Excellent selection of drinks and their green juice is really really good. They also have a matcha latte.

They bake 3 times a day.7am, 12 noon and 4pm so you always have fresh baked good bread. Their cakes, croissants etc are good. Service is friendly and efficient. They also do great breakfasts and lunches( haven't tried dinner). I highly recommend Orée.

The bread is amazing, but the service and coffee are hit and miss. Some days its great others, like yesterday, not so. After saying the order 4 times it was still put in wrong (this is 2 coffees!) and charged over to have a 'oh, I'm new'. Could be so much better with a few simple changes.

Psssst! I’ve got some good news, and it involves cake! There’s a new place in town, on the streets of Chelsea, called Orēe. Don’t make any plans for your day until you read this post, see how AMAZING the food looks, and then make a beeline towards Fulham Road, so you can indulge in this fantastic new foodie spot! Grabbing a girlfriend, because cake and gossip go together like cheese and marmite (DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT MARMITE), we met up on a Sunday afternoon to indulge in what the French make so well, bread and cake. There is enough to keep both the gluten eating and gluten free lot happy here! So often a cafe with gluten free options will have just one item available on the menu. But not Orēe, the options were so great, for once I was going to struggle to make a decision on what to eat. I went for the Croque Madame, consisting of bechamel, emmental cheese, ham & poached egg on gluten free bread. My friend Jo was much more self controlled and opted for the Superfoods Salad, made up of quinoa, butternut squash, beans sprouts, beetroot, pomegranate, goji berries, toasted seeds, broccoli florets & summer greens. We ordered a Lemon Yuzu Tartelette and a Raspberry Tartelette, These gorgeous little patisseries were divine, in a way that only the French know how to do so well. I was so impressed, I asked the waitress to bag up a gluten free chocolate chip cookie for me to take home too. Regardless of whether you can eat gluten, or you’re like me and sadly cannot, this spot will make you very, very happy!

Rustic looking French style cafe. Expensive perhaps due to being in one the metropolis's most expensive areas. First class ingedients. We had excellent coronation chicken baguette, superb lemon tart. 2 items and 2 coffees just under 20 quid. Phew! Staff pleasant without being overbearing. Clean loo. Remember to take in Battersea Park and nearby blue plaques (choice of a dozen within a stroll) particularly close are: Rosalind Franklin, Stafford Cripps and Joyce Grenfell.
