Nathalie did such an exceptional job with our team building event! I wanted us to learn how to decorate cupcakes and make it a surprise for the team. We are all over the place. Two in London, and five in the US from the east to west coast. She helped me source a supplier in the US and she sent delicious cupcakes and icing supplies to the lads in London. When it came time for the lesson Nathalie was tremendous! The 90 min flew by. She has a great sense of humour which was absolutely required! It was so much fun that I have a feeling she'll be hearing from everyone on my team to do this with their own teams!! I strongly recommend Nathalie and Rock Bakehouse. You won't be dissapointed.

Nathalie recently hosted our virtual company cupcake decorating class during Lockdown. The Zoom session lasted one hour and was a total hit with colleagues and their kids alike. I personally was particularly impressed with Nathalie’s diligence and efficient communication in the run-up to the event. Some colleagues were temporarily based abroad and Nathalie helped them source ingredients locally so that they too could participate (as there were potential delivery delays to those countries and we did not want to risk that). The carefully packed parcels were delivered by DPD and contained 6 cupcakes, sugar paste fondant icings, sprinkles and buttercream in a piping bag with great instructions of how to store everything and advice for allergies. The class itself was professionally run and massively fun. Nathalie even followed up with aftercare instructions on techniques and safe storage. I would definitely recommend Nathalie – we felt in very safe hands with her and she took care of everything to make our social event a success.

Very professional and tidy service and Nathalie was a joy to work with. Rock Bakehouse hosted our company's virtual Christmas cupcake decorating class and managed very well all 40+ people on the call. Adults and kids were able to complete each decoration as Nathalie explained everything in great detail. The cupcakes and buttercream were absolutely delicious, everyone loved them and talked about how tasty they were. The boxes were delivered on time and I could see a lot of thought went into organising everything we needed for the class. Nathalie was very easy to work with, which is much appreciated when you're organising multiple virtual corporate events. I would definitely recommend for taste, organisation, and skills.

Nathalie came over for a private class at our place. We spend a very enjoyable 4 hours in the afternoon. In the end we had 2 cakes, one decorated one and one in the oven. Nathalie covered both the cake making and the decoration with tons of expertise, and in a really nice way. The cake tastes delicious (a bit like Madeleines, I found), and is fairly easy to make. The following decorating practice was a lot of fun, and Nathalie, being a mom herself, also included our little son (3) in the experience. After the event, she sent over her "baking bible" containing many practical tips, not only recipes, but also which tools to buy, and which brands are recommended. We still speak fondly of the day, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Natalie and her business.

I have been lucky enough to attend two classes Iced Biscuits & Celebration Cake Decorating at the fab woekshop of Rock Bakehouse. The classes were great lots of information and tips and so friendly as a hobby baker who had no clue how to ice a cake it was fab. It was really nice to meet other people who wanted to learn new skills aswell.

I would highly recommend Rock Bakehouse for anyone interested in baking, whether still a beginner or if you have a lot of baking experience. I went to the Christmas Cupcake Decorating class and had a great time. It was the first time I had done anything like it.

This was an amazing class. For a first timer there was a few points that went abit fast, as I have hot hands and had to keep starting over and then missed out on the next step. Really great class where everyone was helping each other out so was happy with the results at the end. Learnt new techniques that I've never even heard of.
